InstalacIón
Instalación y cambio de lámpara
Antes de reemplazar la lámpara, desenchufar el cable de alimentación y deje que la lámpara se enfríe
(aprox. 5 minutos).
Durante la instalación no toque las lámparas de vidrio con la mano. Por favor, siga las indicaciones del
fabricante de la lámpara.
No instale lámparas con más vatios. Las lámparas con una potencia superior generan temperaturas en
dispositivo para el cual no fue diseñado. Los daños causados por el incumplimiento no están sujetos a
garantía.
Durante la operación, la lámpara alcanza temperaturas de hasta 450 ° C. Para la instalación, necesitará
lámparas de 230V/650W ó 230V/1000W con base R7s.
Instalación de lámpara
Paso 1: Quite el portaltros.
Paso 2: Desbloquear la rejilla protectora y abrirlo.
Paso 3: Si es una sustitución de lámpara, quite la lámpara vieja de la base.
Paso 4: Inserte la nueva lámpara 230V/650W ó 230V/1000W con base R7s
Paso 5: Cierre la rejilla de protección y cierre la cerradura.
Instalación del proyector
La instalación del proyector debe estar preparada para aguantar 10 veces el peso de este durante al
menos 1 hora sin que el soporte sufra deformaciones.
La instalación siempre debe ser efectuada con un accesorio de seguridad secundario, por ejemplo, un
cable de seguridad. Este accesorio de seguridad secundario debe ser construido de una manera que
ninguna parte de la instalación puede caer si falla el accesorio principal.
El operador tiene que asegurarse de que las instalaciones de seguridad y de máquinas son inspeccio-
nados por un experto antes de tener en funcionamiento por primera vez y después de los cambios antes
de tomar en funcionamiento otra vez.
El operador tiene que asegurarse de que las instalaciones de seguridad y de máquinas son inspecciona-
dos por un experto inicial cada cuatro años en el curso de una inspección.

estos requisitos, no intente la instalación usted mismo, en su lugar llame un instalador profesional. La
instalación incorrecta puede causar lesiones corporales y daños a la propiedad.

nes de seguridad insucientes!

Conexión con la red eléctrica
Conecte el dispositivo a la red mediante el cable de alimentación. La ocupación de los cables de cone-
xión es la siguiente:
Cable marrón: Fase (L)
Cable azul: Neutro (N)
Cable Amarillo/Verde: Tierra
¡Atención! La tierra tiene que estar conectada
El aparato sólo se debe conectar con una instalación eléctrica realizados en el cumplimiento de las nor-
mas IEC. La instalación eléctrica debe estar equipado con un dispositivo de corriente residual (RCD) con
una corriente máxima de falla de 30 mA.

uso tienen que ser observadas por el instalador competente y los problemas de seguridad tienen que
ser coregidos.
La lente del objetivo requiere una limpieza semanal ya que puede acumular residuos reduciendo la salida
de luz muy rápidamente. Las ranuras de ventilación deben limpiarse mensualmente. El interior del dispo-
sitivo deberá limpiarse por lo menos anualmente usando una aspiradora o un chorro de aire.
No hay piezas de servicio dentro del aparato excepto la lámpara. Las operaciones de mantenimiento y
de servicio son sólo para ser llevado a cabo por los distribuidores autorizados.

InstallatIon
IInstalling and replacing the lamp
Before replacing the lamp, unplug mains lead and let the lamp cool down (approx. 5 minutes).
During the installation do not touch the glass-bulbs bare-handed. Please follow the lamp manufacturer’s
notes.
Do not install lamps with a higher wattage! Lamps with a higher wattage generate temperatures the devi-
ce was not designed for. Damages caused by non-observance are not subject to warranty.
During the operation, the lamp reaches temperatures of up to 450° C. For the installation, you need a
230V/650W or 230V/1000W R7s lamp.
Lamp IInstalling
Step 1: Unscrew the xation-screw of the protection-cover on the rear of the device.
Step 2: Remove the protection-cover.
Step 3: If replacing the lamp, remove the old lamp from the socket.
Step 4: Insert the new 230V/650W or 230V/1000W R7s lamp into the lamp-socket.
Step 5: Replace the protection-cover and tighten the screw.
Installing the Projector
The installation of the device has to be built and constructed in a way that it can hold 10 times the weight
for 1 hour without any harming deformation.
The installation must always be secured with a secondary safety attachment, e.g. an appropriate catch
net. This secondary safety attachment must be constructed in a way that no part of the installation can fall
down if the main attachment fails.
When rigging, derigging or servicing the device staying in the area below the installation place, on brid-
ges, under high working places and other endangered areas is forbidden.
The operator has to make sure that safety-relating and machine-technical installations are approved by
an expert before taking into operation for the rst time and after changes before taking into operation
another time.
The operator has to make sure that safety-relating and machine-technical installations are approved by
an expert after every four year in the course of an acceptance test.

IMPORTANT. Overhead rigging requieres extensive experience, including (but not limited to) calculating

rial and the device. If you lack these qualications, do not attempt the installation yourself, but instead use
a professional structural rigger. Improper installation can result in bodily injury and or damage to property.
The manufacturer cannot be made liable for damages caused by incorrect installations or insufcient
safety precautions.

Connection with the mains
Connect the device to the mains with the power plug. The occupation of the connection cables is as
follows:
Brown cable: Live (L)
Blue cable: Neutral (N)
Yellow/Green cable: Earth
Attention! The earth has to be connected
The device must only be connected with an electric installation carried out in compliance with the IEC
standards. The electric installation must be equipped with a Residual Current Device (RCD) with a maxi-
mum fault current of 30 mA.
Focusing
Step 1: Loosen the focus button on the underside of the device.
Step 2: Adjust the focus by sliding the focus button forward or backward in the guide rail.
Step 3: Tighten the focus button.
cleanIng and MaIntenance
The operator has to make sure that safety-relating and machine-technical installations are inspected by
an expert after every four years in the course of an acceptance test.

The following points have to be considered during the inspection:
1) All screws used for installing the devices or parts of the device have to be tighly connected and must not
be corroded.
2) There must not be any deformations on housings, xations and installation spots (ceiling, suspension,
trussing).
3) The electric power supply cables must not show any damages, material fatigue (e.g. porous cables) or
sediments. Further instructions depending on the installation spot and usage have to be adhered by a
skilled installer and any safety problems have to be removed.
The objective lens will require weekly cleaning as smoke-uid tends to building up residues, reducing the
light-output very quickly. The venting slots should be cleaned monthly.
The interior of the device should be cleaned at least annually using a vacuum-cleaner or an air-jet.
There are no serviceable parts inside the device except for the lamp. Maintenance and service operations
are only to be carried out by authorized dealers.
