• Powerfully provides holding temperatures
of 80°F to 180°F throughout the cabinet for
uniform, forced-air, heating.
• Low velocity fan(s) provided to assure even
temperature throughout cabinet. A vent is
located at the top of the cabinet for positive
humidity control.
• Heater - stainless steel for corrosion resis-
tance.
• Accepts roll-in rack (inboard castor) with
maximum dimensions of 27"W x 29"D x 66"H.
TA1HRI89-1S and TA1HRT89-1S-1S
accepts roll-in rack (inboard castor) with
maximum dimensions of 27"W x 29"D x 72"H
(supplied by others).
• Exterior - 300 series stainless steel doors,
front, back & bottom. Stainless steel sides.
• Anodized aluminum interior.
• Humidity control - 12" x 20" pan standard.
• Manual humidity control is a standard fea-
ture (turn counterclockwise to ventilate).
• Heavy gauge doors.
• Three rugged cam-lift hinges per door- life-
time guaranteed. Designed for easy product
access with a full 180 degree open capability
and stay open feature at 120 degrees.
• Heavy gauge stainless steel ramp standard
for each door.
• Foamed-in-place polyurethane high density
cell insulation (CFC Free).
• Exterior, color coded, temperature display.
• Lifetime guaranteed recessed door handles.
• Door locks standard.
• Incandescent interior lighting.
• Self-contained system.
• Wiper gaskets for positive seal, reversible.
• Interior bumpers protect cabinet walls from
abuse caused by roll-in carts.
• Field reversible door swing.
• Roll-thru heated cabinet designed to be rear-
loaded from prep area and front accessed.
