• Use the microflex® 937 Injector Intensive Cleaner Petrol
exclusively for cleaning petrol injector systems.
• Use the microflex® 938 Injector Intensive Cleaner Diesel
exclusively for cleaning diesel injector systems.
• Cleaning takes place via the TUNAP CM 2020 Cleaning
System item no. 1400850, without the removal of the
injectors.
• Before separating fuel lines, ensure that the lines are not
under pressure.
• Before working on the fuel system, observe the
manufacturer's specifications.
• Wear suitable protective clothing, protective gloves and
safety goggles / facial protection when working.
• Only connect to 12V DC. Protect cables so that they
do not become fragile or frayed.
• Do not open the device and tamper with the internal
components.
• Do not let the hoses come into contact with hot
surfaces.
• Should the engine run hot, turn it off, turn the device off
and release the pressure.
• Release the pressure from the device before separating
the connection hoses.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
• Do not expose the device to temperatures above
50 °C / 122 °F.
• Should flammable liquids come into contact with the
device, wipe them off immediately and maintain drying
time before using the device again.
• Do not use the device as a storage area and do not
make abrupt movements (e.g. allow it to fall).
• Do not smoke when using the device.
• Stand the device on a secure and flat surface.
• The engine should be operationally warm prior to
cleaning.
• Test drive after cleaning. Read out the fault memory
and reset it.
• After cleaning, regularly add microflex® 974 Injector
Direct-Protection Petrol or microflex® 984 Injector
Direct-Protection Diesel to the tank as a preventative
measure.
Maintenance:
• Replace the filter every 6 months or after 50 uses,
whichever first arises. Filter spare part number
1400901.
• Should the device not be used for more than
one week, all liquids should be pumped out of
the device.
