Die Turbelle®High-Jet 5000.021 ist eine spezielle
Förderpumpe zum Betrieb mit Sicherheitskleinspannung
von 12V an TUNZE®Osmolator®nano 3152 und
Osmolator® 3155.
Sie zeichnet sich durch eine große Förderhöhe, leisen
Lauf, sehr hohe Zuverlässigkeit und Sicherheit bei
geringer Wartung aus.

Généralités
La Turbelle®High-Jet 5000.021 est une pompe de reprise
à très basse tension de sécurité 12V pour Osmolator®
TUNZE®nano 3152 et Osmolator®3155.
Elle se caractérise par une forte pression de refoulement,
un fonctionnement silencieux, une grande abilité, une
utilisation en toute sécurité et un entretien très faible.

The Turbelle®High-Jet 5000.021 is a special circulation
pump for operation with safety extra-low voltage of 12V
on TUNZE®Osmolator®nano 3152 and Osmolator®
3155. It is characterized by a high head, quiet operation,
very high reliability and safety with little maintenance.

Sicherheitshinweise
Die Turbelle®High-Jet 5000.021 Pumpe ist gegen
Verpolung, Trockenlauf und Blockade geschützt.
Bei der ersten Trockenlauferkennung stoppt die Pumpe
automatisch, um nach 10 Sekunden einen neuen
Versuch zu starten. Dies soll ein Entlüften der Pumpe
ermöglichen.
Wird auch beim zweiten Startversuch ein Trockenlauf
erkannt, wiederholt sich der doppelte Startversuch nach
5 Minuten.
Auf diese Weise ist ein automatischer Wiederanlauf
nach dem Auffüllen des Nachfüllbehälters gewährleistet.
Gleichzeitig wird ein schädliches Trockenlaufen der
Lager vermieden.
Bei Erkennen einer Blockade erfolgt ein Neustartversuch
alle 5 Minuten. So soll vermieden werden, dass eine
Fehlerkennung die Nachfüllung dauerhaft ausfallen
lässt. Auch im Fall einer temporären Blockade z.B. durch
Schnecken, die sich selbst löst ist ein automatischer
Neustartgegeben. Durchdie Pausenzeitenentsteht keine
gefährliche Erwärmung und Schädigung der Pumpe.
Dosierpumpe nicht ohne Wasser und nicht in abrasiven
Suspensionen (z.B. Kalkwasser mit vielen Partikeln oder
Sand) betreiben!

Safety instructions
The Turbelle®High-Jet 5000.021 pump is protected
against default polarity, dry running and blockage.
The rst time dry running is detected, the pump will stop
automatically and try again after 10 seconds. This should
allow the pump to be vented.
If dry running is also detected on the second attempt to
start, a third attempt to start is repeated after 5 minutes.
This ensures an automatic restart after the rell container
has been lled. At the same time, a damaging dry running
of the bearings is avoided.
If a blockage is detected, a restart attempt is made
every 5 minutes. In this way, a permanent failure of the
rell caused by error detection will be avoided. There
is also an automatic restart in the event of a temporary
blockage, e.g. caused by snails, which resolves itself.
The pause times do not result in dangerous heating and
damage to the pump.
Do not operate the metering pump without water or
in abrasive suspensions (e.g. lime water with many
particles or sand)!
Do not bend the cable!
Sécurité d’utilisation
La pompe Turbelle®High-Jet 5000.021 est protégée
contrel’inversiondepolarité,lamarcheàsecetleblocage.
Lors d’une première marche à sec, la pompe s’arrête
automatiquement puis redémarre après 10 secondes :
ce procédé est destiné à purger la pompe en cas de
présence d‘air dans la chambre de turbine.
Si lors d’une deuxième tentative de fonctionnement la
pompe détecte encore une marche à sec, elle essayera
deux démarrages successifs après 5 minutes. De cette
manière et lors d’un remplissage de cuve de réserve
d’eau, un bon fonctionnement est garanti. La protection
contre la marche à sec évite l’usure prématurée des
paliers de la pompe.
En cas de détection de blocage, un nouvel essai de
démarrage se fera après 5 minutes en permettant
d’éviter une régulation de niveau dénitivement
bloquée. Ce redémarrage automatique est avantageux
en cas de blocage temporaire, par exemple avec des
escargots. Les temps de pauses permettent d’éviter les
échauffements et les dommages de la pompe.
Ne pas utiliser la pompe sans eau ou dans des
suspensions abrasives (par ex. eau calcaire avec
beaucoup de particules ou sable) !

Sicherheitshinweise für TUNZE®Netzteile
TUNZE®Netzteile sind für einen Betrieb im Freien nicht
zulässig.
Um Wasserschäden zu vermeiden, sollte sich das Netzteil
möglichst weit weg von der Aquarien-Anlage benden.
Betrieb nur mit FI-Schutzschalter, max. 30 mA.
Beschädigtes Netzkabel nicht reparieren, sondern komplett
erneuern.
Der Anschluss an Fremdgeräte, z.B. elektronische Schalter
oder Drehzahlsteuergeräte ist unzulässig!
Netzteil nur an trockener und gut belüfteter Stelle aufstellen.
Nicht in der Nähe von Heiz- und Wärmequellen aufstellen.

power supply units
TUNZE®power supply units have not been designed for
outdoor operation.
In order to prevent water damage, the power supply
unit should be placed as far away from the aquarium as
possible.
Operation is permitted only with a residual-current-
operated circuit-breaker tted, max. 30 mA.
Do not repair a damaged mains cable – replace the unit
completely.
The connection to devices, such as electronic switches
or speed controllers, of other makes is not permissible!
Mount the power supply unit in a dry and well-ventilated
position only.
Do not mount in the vicinity of heat sources.

Utilisation avec disjoncteur différentiel 30 mA max.
N’essayez pas de réparer un câble d’alimentation mais
remplacez tout le câble.
Un raccordement sur tout autre appareillage comme des
systèmes de variation électronique ou des pulseurs n’est pas
autorisé !
Placez l’alimentation secteur dans une zone sèche et

Stromanschluss an Osmolator®
Zuerst die beiden Kabel der Turbelle®High-Jet 5000.021
Dosierpumpe (1) und des Controllers von Osmolator®
nano 3152 (2) bzw. Osmolator®3155 (3) mit den
Klemmen (4) verbinden.
Dabei genau die Polung (braun + / blau - ) beachten:
1. Bei Osmolator®nano 3152 / Controller 4017 (2):
a.) Blauen Pumpendraht (5) an schwarz ummantelten
Draht (5a) des Osmolator®nano 3152.
b.) Braunen Pumpendraht (6) an schwarz ummantelten
Draht mit weißer Strichellinie (6a) des Osmolator®
nano 3152.
Die Pumpe ist gegen Verpolung geschützt und startet bei
falscher Verdrahtung nicht!
2. Bei Osmolator® 3155 / Controller 5017 (3):
a.) Braunen Pumpendraht (7) an schwarz ummantelten
Draht (7a) des Osmolator®3155.
b.) Blauen Pumpendraht (8) an schwarz ummantelten
Draht mit weißer Strichellinie (8a) des Osmolator®
3155.
Die Pumpe ist gegen Verpolung geschützt und startet bei
falscher Verdrahtung nicht!

Power connection to Osmolator®
First connect the two cables of the Turbelle®High-Jet
5000.021 dosing pump (1) and controller of Osmolator®
nano 3152 (2) resp. Osmolator®3155 (3) with the clamps
(4).
Pay attention to the polarity (brown + / blue - ):
1. Osmolator®nano 3152 / Controller 4017 (2):
a.) Blue pump wire (5) on black sheated wire (5a) of
Osmolator®nano 3152.
b.) Brown pump wire (6) on black sheathed wire with
white dashed line (6a) of Osmolator®nano 3152.
The pump is protected against default polarity and will not
start if wired incorrectly!
2. Osmolator®3155 / Controller 5017 (3):
a.) Brown pump wire (7) on black sheated wire (7a) of
Osmolator®3155.
b.) Blue pump wire (8) on black sheathed wire with
white dashed line (8a) of Osmolator®3155.
The pump is protected against default polarity and will not
start if wired incorrectly!
Raccordements à l’Osmolator®
Raccordez les deux câbles de la Turbelle®High-Jet
5000.021 (1) au contrôleur d’Osmolator®nano 3152
(2) ou d’Osmolator®3155 (3) à l’aide des connecteurs
rapides (4).
Bien observer les polarités (marron + / bleu - ) :
1. Avec Osmolator®nano 3152 et son Controller 4017 (2) :
a.) Fil de pompe bleu (5) sur l à revêtement noir (5a)
de l’Osmolator®nano 3152.
b.) Fil de pompe marron (6) sur l noir avec ligne
pointillée blanche (6a) de l’Osmolator®nano 3152.
La pompe est protégée contre l’inversion de polarité et ne
démarre pas en cas de mauvais câblage!
2. Avec Osmolator® 3155 et son Contrôleur 5017 (3) :
a.) Fil de pompe marron (5) sur l à revêtement noir
(5a) de l’Osmolator®3155.
b.) Fil de pompe bleu (6) sur l noir avec ligne pointillée
blanche (6a) de l’Osmolator®3155.
La pompe est protégée contre l’inversion de polarité et ne
démarre pas en cas de mauvais câblage !

Wasseranschluss
Mitgelieferten Schlauch in den Steckverbinder (1) der
Turbelle®High-Jet 5000.021 (3) bis zum Anschlag
schieben (2). Festen Sitz durch Ziehen prüfen (4).
Turbelle®High-Jet 5000.021 Pumpe im Vorratsbehälter
waagerecht einsetzen (5), Schlauch für gute Entlüftung
und Förderung knickfrei verlegen.
Schlauch mit Halter am Beckenrand befestigen (6).

Connection to water supply
Plug the supplied hose into the plug-in connection (1) of
the Turbelle®High-Jet 5000.021 (3) as far as it will go (2).
Check by pulling that it is rmly locked (4).
Insert the Turbelle®High-Jet 5000.021 pump horizontally
in the storage container (5), lay the hose without kinks for
good ventilation and circulation.
Attach the hose to the edge of the tank with the holder
(6).
Raccordements hydrauliques
Insérez le tuyau fourni dans le raccord (1) de la Turbelle®
High-Jet 5000.021 (3) jusqu’à butée (2) puis vériez son
blocage par une traction (4).
Insérez la pompe Turbelle®High-Jet 5000.021 dans le
réservoir d’Osmolator®bien à l’horizontale (5). Pour une
bonne évacuation de l’air, disposez le tuyau sans plis.
Fixez le tuyau sur le bord de la cuve à l’aide du support
(6).

Wartung / Demontage
Komplette Turbelle®High-Jet 5000.021 Dosierpumpe
und Antriebseinheit mindestens 1x jährlich gründlich
reinigen. Bei ungünstigen Verhältnissen, wie z.B.
hohem Kalkgehalt, starkem Schlammaufkommen oder
Störungen sind kürzere Abstände nötig.
Die vier Edelstahlschrauben mit einem (T15) Torx-
Schraubendreher lösen (1) und Deckel entfernen (2).
Antriebseinheit mit einer Zange oder Pinzette entnehmen
(3) und Pumpenkammer ausspülen.
Sollte sich die Antriebseinheit infolge Verkalkung oder
getrockneter Verunreinigung nicht mehr bewegen lassen,
keine Gewalt anwenden! Pumpe und Antrieb ca. 24
Std. in max. 30%-iger Essig- oder Zitronensäurelösung
legen, danach gründlich abspülen.
In umgekehrter Reihenfolge wieder zusammensetzen.
Schrauben mit max. 0,7 Nm (leicht handfest) anziehen.

Servicing / disassembly
Thoroughly clean the entire Turbelle®High-Jet 5000.021
dosing pump as well as its drive unit at least once a year.
In unfavorable conditions, such as high lime content,
heavy sludge accumulation or disturbances, shorter
intervals are necessary.
Unscrew the four stainless steel screws with a (T15)
screwdriver (1) and remove cover (2).
Remove the drive unit with pliers or tweezers (3) and
rinse the pump chamber.
If the drive unit is xed due to calcication or dried
contaminations, do not apply force! Soak the pump and
drive in a max. 30% vinegar or citric acid solution for
approx. 24 hours, then rinse thoroughly.
Reassemble in reverse order.
Tighten the screws with max. 0.7 Nm (slightly hand-tight).
Entretien / Démontage
Procédez à un entretien de la pompe Turbelle®High-Jet
5000.021 au moins une fois par an. Lors de conditions
défavorables, par ex. une forte teneur en calcaire,
des accumulations de boues ou lors d’un défaut, des
entretiens plus rapprochés pourraient être nécessaires.
Ouvrez les quatre vis en acier inoxydable avec un
tournevis Torx (T15) (1) et retirez le couvercle de pompe
(2).
Retirez l’entraînement avec une petite pince (3) puis
rincez la chambre de turbine.
Si l’unité d‘entraînement devait être calciée ou
comporter de la saleté sèche, ne forcez pas ! Plongez la
pompe et l’entraînement durant environ 24 heures dans
une solution de vinaigre ou d’acide citrique à 30 % maxi
puis rincer abondamment.
Remontez le tout dans l’ordre inverse de démontage.
Serrez les vis avec 0,7 Nm maxi (serrage léger à la
main).

Garantie
Für das von TUNZE® Aquarientechnik GmbH hergestellte
Gerät wird für einen Zeitraum von sechzig (60)
Monaten ab dem Kaufdatum eine begrenzte Garantie
gewährt, die sich auf Material- und Fabrikationsmängel
erstreckt. Im Rahmen der entsprechenden Gesetze
beschränken sich Ihre Rechtsmittel bei Verletzung
der Gewährleistungspicht auf die Rückgabe des von
TUNZE® Aquarientechnik GmbH hergestellten Gerätes
zur Reparatur oder zum Ersatz, was im Ermessen
des Herstellers liegt. Im Rahmen der entsprechenden
Gesetze sind dies die einzigen Rechtsmittel.
Folgeschäden und sonstige Schäden sind ausdrücklich
davon ausgeschlossen. Defekte Geräte müssen in der
Originalverpackung zusammen mit dem Kassenzettel in
einer freigemachten Sendung an den Händler oder den
Hersteller gesandt werden. Unfreie Sendungen werden
vom Hersteller nicht angenommen.
Garantieausschluss besteht auch für Schäden durch
unsachgemäße Behandlung (z.B. Wasserschäden),
technische Änderungen durch den Käufer, oder durch
Anschluss an nicht empfohlene Geräte.
Technische Änderungen, insbesondere solche, die der
Sicherheit und dem technischen Fortschritt dienen,
behält sich der Hersteller vor.

Warranty
The unit manufactured by TUNZE® Aquarientechnik
GmbH carries a limited guarantee for a period of
sixty (60) months after the date of purchase covering
all defects in material and workmanship. Within the
framework of the corresponding laws, your remedies in
case of a violation of the guarantee obligation shall be
limited to returning the unit manufactured by TUNZE®
Aquarientechnik GmbH for repair or replacement at the
discretion of the manufacturer. Within the framework
of the corresponding laws, the said shall be the only
remedies. Consequential damage and/or other damage
shall be excluded therefrom explicitly. Defect units shall
have to be shipped to the dealer or the manufacturer in
the original packaging together with the sales slip in a
pre-paid consignment. Unpaid consignments will not be
accepted by the manufacturer.
Exclusion from guarantee shall exist also in case of
damage caused by inexpert handling (such as water
damage), technical modication carried out by the
buyer or by connection to devices which have not been
recommended.
Subject to technical modications, especially those
which further safety and technical progress.

Warranty for United States brochure.

Cet appareil manufacturé par TUNZE® Aquarientechnik
GmbH bénécie d’une garantie limitée à une durée
légale de soixante (60) mois à partir de la date d’achat
et concernant les vices de fabrication et de matériaux.
Dans le cadre des lois correspondantes, les voies de
recours lors d’un dommage se limitent au retour de
l’appareil produit par TUNZE® Aquarientechnik GmbH à
son service réparation ou au remplacement de l’appareil
ce qui reste de l’appréciation du fabriquant. Dans le
cadre des lois correspondantes, il s’agit de l’unique
voie de recours. D’autres dommages et dégâts en
sont catégoriquement exclus. Les appareils défectueux
doivent être expédiés dans leur emballage d’origine,
accompagnés du bordereau de caisse dans un envoi
affranchi à l’adresse du commerçant ou du fabricant.
Les envois non affranchis ne sont pas acceptés par le
fabricant.
