Allgemeines
Die Turbelle® nanostream® ist eine sehr kompakte
Propellerpumpe für die Wasserumwälzung
in Aquarien oder Behälter. Ihr innovativer
Synchronmotor beruht auf dem neuesten Stand der
Technik und bietet eine sehr hohe Zuverlässigkeit
bei geringer Wartung und Stromaufnahme. Ihr
außergewöhnliches Design, inklusiv Magnet
Holder, ermöglicht eine 3D Einstellung (1) und
eine unkomplizierte Befestigung an jeder Stelle der
Aquarienscheibe.
Die Turbelle® nanostream® 6045 ist mechanisch
einstellbar von 1.500 bis 4.500l/h (2) und kann damit
in kleineren Becken ab 40 Liter eingesetzt werden,
passt sich auch perfekt an den Strömungsbedarf
der Tiere an.
Die Turbelle® nanostream 6055 und 6095 sind
elektronisch steuerbar und besitzen eine Fish Care
Funktion, die alle 20 Sekunden eine Umdrehung
des Propellers verursacht. Diese Pumpen sind mit
dem Multicontroller 7095, 7096 und Wavecontroller
7092 steuerbar und werden mit einem 12 bis 24V-
Netzteil geliefert.

General aspects
Turbelle® nanostream® is a very compact propeller
pump used to circulate water in aquariums or tanks.
The innovative synchronous motor is based on
the latest state of the art in technology and offers
very high reliability requiring less servicing and
current consumption. The extraordinary design,
which includes the magnet holder, permits 3D
adjustment (1) and an uncomplicated attachment at
every point of the aquarium pane.
Turbelle® nanostream® 6045 is mechanically
adjustable from 1,500 to 4,500 l/h (396 to 1,188
USgal./h) (2), and thus can be used in smaller
tanks as from 40 l (10.5 USgal.). Moreover it adapts
perfectly to the ow demand of the livestock.
Turbelle® nanostream 6055 and 6095 can be
controlled electronically and has been provided
with a sh-care function, which causes a revolution
of the screw every twenty seconds. These pumps
can be controlled by means of Multicontroller 7095,
7096 and Wavecontroller 7092, and are supplied
with a 12 V to 24 V power supply unit.
Généralités
La Turbelle® nanostream® est une pompe à hélice
très compacte conçue pour la mise en mouvement
de l’eau dans des aquariums ou des conteneurs.
Son moteur synchrone innovant est basé sur les
dernières connaissances de la technique, il offre
une grande abilité, une faible consommation ainsi
qu’un entretien très réduit. Le design inhabituel
de la pompe incluant le Magnet Holder permet un
réglage en 3D (1) et une xation sans complications
sur n’importe quelle partie de la vitre d’aquarium.
La Turbelle® nanostream 6045 est réglable
mécaniquement de 1.500 à 4.500l/h. Elle s’intègre
de ce fait dans des aquariums à partir de 40 litres
en s’adaptant aux exigeances des animaux.
Les Turbelle® nanostream 6055 et 6095 sont
réglables électroniquement et possèdent la fonction
Fish Care réalisant un tour d’hydropulseur toutes
les 20 secondes. Ces pompes peuvent être pilotées
par Multicontroller 7095, 7096 et Wavecontroller
7092 et sont livrées avec une alimentation de 12
à 24V.

Sicherheitshinweise
Turbelle® nanostream® ist für einen Betrieb im Freien
nicht zulässig (1).
Vor Inbetriebnahme prüfen, ob Betriebsspannung mit
Netzspannung übereinstimmt.
Um Wasserschäden an den Steckern zu vermeiden,
sollte der Netzstecker möglichst höher als die Anlage
stehen (2).
Betrieb nur mit FI- Schutzschalter, max. 30mA.
Vor dem Hantieren im Aquarium, alle eingesetzten
Elektrogeräte vom Netz trennen.
Beschädigtes Netzkabel nicht reparieren, sondern die
Pumpe komplett erneuern.
Aquarienwasser- Temperatur max. +35°C (3).
Der Anschluss an Fremdgeräte (4), z.B. elektronische
Schalter oder Drehzahlsteuergeräte ist unzulässig!
Gebrauchsanweisung gut aufbewahren.
Dieses Gerät ist für Benutzer (einschl. Kinder) mit
eingeschränkten physischen, sensorischen oder
psychischen Fähigkeiten bzw. ohne jegliche Erfahrung
oder Vorwissen nur dann geeignet, wenn eine
angemessene Aufsicht oder ausführliche Anleitung
zur Benutzung des Geräts durch eine verantwortliche
Person sichergestellt ist. Achten Sie darauf, dass
Kinder nicht mit dem Gerät spielen (5).

Safety instructions
Turbelle® nanostream® has not been designed for
outdoor operation (1).
Prior to initial operation, please check whether the
operating voltage corresponds to the mains voltage
available.
In order to avoid water damage in the plugs, the mains
plug should be tted at a higher lever than the unit (2).
Operation is permitted only with a residual-current-
operated circuit-breaker tted, max. 30 mA.
Before working in the aquarium, please make sure that
all electric units used have been disconnected from the
mains.
Do not repair a damaged mains cable – replace the
pump completely. Temperature of the aquarium water:
maximum +35° Celsius (95° F)(3).
The connection to devices, such as electronic
switches or speed controllers, of other makes is not
permissible (4)!
Keep the operating instructions in a safe place.
This device is suitable for users (including children) with
limited physical, sensorial or mental abilities or without
any experience or previous knowledge, if suitable
supervision or detailed instructions on the operation of
the device is provided by a responsible person.
Please make sure that children do not play with the
device (5).

l’ensemble des appareillages électriques.
N’essayez pas de réparer un câble de pompe mais
remplacez ou renouvelez tout le bloc-moteur.

Un raccordement sur tout autre appareillage (4)
comme des systèmes de variation électronique ou des
interrupteurs électroniques n’est pas autorisé!
Veuillez attentivement consulter la notice d’entretien.

Magnet Holder von Kindern fernhalten! Achtung
Verletzungsgefahr! (2)
Magnethälften nicht direkt zusammenbringen! Die
Magnethälften haften mit ca. 25 - 50 kg, je nach Typ
bei direktem Kontakt.
Magnetteile mit der Hand nur an den Seitenächen
greifen; niemals die Hand oder Finger zwischen die
Kontaktächen bringen!
Magnet zieht Metallteile und andere Magneten unter
10 cm Abstand mit großer Kraft an! Beim Hantieren
mit dem Magnet sollten sich keine Metallteile,
andere Magneten, Klingen oder Messer im Umkreis
von 10cm benden, um Verletzugen zu vermeiden.
Vorsicht bei magnetisch empndlichen

mitgelieferte Zwischenstück verwenden.
Erhitzung über 50°C führt zur Zerstörung des

Keep Magnet Holder out of reach of children !

Do not bring upper and lower part of magnet
together directly ! Depending on the type, the parts
of the magnet cling together on direct contact with
about 25 to 50 kg (55 to 110 lbs.)
Get hold of the magnet parts at the sides only;
never get your hand or ngers between the contact
surfaces !
Attracts metal parts and other magnets with a large
force at a distance of below 10 cm (3.9 in.) ! When
handling the magnet, no metal parts, other magnets,
blades or knives should be located closer than 10
cm (3.9 in.) in order to avoid injuries.
Exercise caution in case of magnetically sensitive
objects, such as pacemakers, data carriers, credit
cards and keys – keep a distance of at least 30 cm
(11.8 in.) ! (3)
Always use the spacer piece supplied when
transporting the Magnet Holder. (4) Heat of more
than 50° Celsius (122° F) will lead to the destruction
of the magnet or the loss of the magnetic action (4).

Ne jamais réunir directement les deux parties des
aimants ! Force d’attraction env. 25 - 50 kg en
fonction du modèle et lors du contact direct.
Tenir les aimants uniquement sur les côtés sans
jamais intercaler la main ou les doigts entre les
surfaces magnétiques !
Les aimants attirent fortement le métal ferreux et
les autres aimants à moins de 10cm de distance !
Pour éviter les blessures lors de la manipulation des
aimants, aucune partie métallique, aimant, lame ou
couteau ne doivent se trouver à moins de 10cm.
En présence d’appareillages sensibles comme des
simulateurs cardiaques, des supports de données,
des cartes de crédits et des clés, observez une
distance minimale de 30cm ! (3)
Lors du transport de Magnet Holder, utilisez toujours
la pièce intermédiaire livrée dans l’emballage. Un
échauffement de plus de 50°C conduit à l’altération
des aimants et à une perte de leur puissance
magnétique (4).

TUNZE® Netzteile sind für einen Betrieb im Freien
nicht zulässig (1)
Um Wasserschäden zu vermeiden, sollte sich das
Netzteil möglichst weit weg von der Aquarien-
Anlage benden..
Betrieb nur mit FI- Schutzschalter, max. 30mA.
Vor dem Hantieren im Aquarium, alle eingesetzten
Elektrogeräte vom Netz trennen.
Beschädigtes Netzkabel nicht reparieren, sondern
komplett erneuern.
Der Anschluss an Fremdgeräte (2), z.B.

Stecker und Stellschraube am Pumpenkabel sind
wasserempndlich und könnten bei Wasserschaden

Original TUNZE® Netzteil zulässig.
Netzteil nur an trockener und gut belüfteter Stelle
aufstellen.

Safety instructions for TUNZE® power supply units
TUNZE® power supply units have not been designed
for outdoor operation (1).
In order to prevent water damage, the power supply
unit should be placed as far away from the aquarium
as possible.
Operation is permitted only with a residual-current-
operated circuit-breaker tted, max. 30 mA.
Before working in the aquarium, please make sure that
all electric units used have been disconne
cted from the
mains.
Do not repair a damaged mains cable – replace the unit
completely.
The connection to devices, such as electronic switches
or
speed controllers, of other makes is not permissible (2)!
The plug and the adjusting screw on the pump cable
are susceptible to water and may cause a pump failure
in case of water damage !
The operation of the Turbelle® naonstream is
permissible only with the original TUNZE® power
supply unit.
Mount the power supply unit in a dry and well-ventilated
position only.
Do not mount in the vicinity of heat sources (3).

Sécurité d’utilisation pour les alimentations
secteur TUNZE®
Les alimentations secteur TUNZE® ne sont pas
autorisées pour un fonctionnement hors habitation (1).
An d’empêcher tout dégât d’eau au niveau des
raccordements électriques, les prises d’alimentations
secteur doivent se situer plus haut que l’installation.
Utilisation avec disjoncteur différentiel 30mA max.
Avant toute intervention dans l’aquarium, débranchez
l’ensemble des appareillages électriques.
N’essayez pas de réparer un câble d’alimentation mais
remplacez tout le câble.
Un raccordement sur tout autre appareillage (2) comme
des systèmes de variation électronique ou des pulseurs
n’est pas autorisé !
La prise et le potentiomètre de réglage sur le boîtier
de raccordement de la pompe sont sensibles à l’eau
et peuvent détruire le pilotage de la pompe en cas de
dégâts d’eau !
L’utilisation des pompes Turbelle® nanostream n’est
autorisée qu’avec les alimentations secteur TUNZE®
d’origine.
Placez les alimentations secteur dans une zone sèche et
parfaitement ventilée.
Ne placez pas les alimentations secteur à proximité
d’une source de chaleur (3).
Température ambiante en utilisation : 0°C - +35°C;
Humidité ambiante en utilisation : 30% - 90%

Montage Magnethalter
ACHTUNG! Magneten nacheinander einzeln
vorbereiten und weit voneinander ablegen, sonst
Verletzungsgefahr.
Elastikpuffer von Folie entfernen (1) und auf
Klebestellen pressen (2). Für jedes Magnetteil
4 Stück verwenden. Die Klebestellen benden sich
wie in Bild (3) gezeigt an den hierfür vorgesehenen
runden Vertiefungen.
Die Magnet Holder sind nur für den Einsatz im
Aquarium mit Wasser konzipiert. Werden die Geräte
ohne Wasser im Aquarium montiert könnten die
Haltekräfte zu gering sein.
Beim Einsatz an der max. empfohlenen Glasstärke
für den Magnet Holder ist die 3D-Einstellung
begrenzt, da die seitlichen Zugkräfte zu hoch
werden können. Bei einer Verstellung von mehr als
30° - 40° gegenüber der Strömungsrichtung kann
es erforderlich sein, dass eine sichere Montage nur
mit einer Magnet Extension umsetzbar ist.
Zubehör: Magnet Extension 6025.501 erweitert
die Haltekraft des Magnet Holder 6015.500 und
6025.512 für den Einsatz an Glasstärken bis 15mm.
Beim Magnet Holder 6025.500 wird die Haltekraft
bis 20mm Glasstärke erweitert.

Attaching Magnet Holder
Caution ! Prepare magnets separately from each
other, and place them far away from each other, as
otherwise there is a danger of injury.
Remove the elastic buffers from the lm (1) and press
them on to the spot provided for the purpose (2). Use
four buffers for each part of the magnet. As shown
in the illustration (3), the adhesive spots are in the
round cavities provided for the purpose.
The Magnet Holders are only designed for use in
lled aquariums. If the devices are mounted while the
tank is not lled with water, the holding force might
be too low.
If used with the max. recommended pane thickness,
only limited 3D-setting is possible, as the lateral
tensile forces might be too high. If adjusted at an
angle of more than 30° to 40° to the direction of ow,
a Magnet Extension might be required to ensure safe
installation.
Accessories: Magnet Extension 6025.501 increases
the holding power of the Magnet Holder 6015.500
and 6025.512 for use with a glass thickness up to
15mm.
The Magnet Holder 6025.5 increases the holding
power up to a glass thickness of 20mm.
Montage Magnet Holder
ATTENTION ! Procédez avec un seul aimant à
la fois, tenez les aimants éloignés l’un de l’autre,
risques de blessures.
Détachez le tampon élastique (1) de son carton
puis pressez-le sur la surface de collage du support
magnétique (2). Appliquez 4 tampons élastiques par
support. Les surfaces de collages sont matérialisées
par les renfoncements visibles sur la vue (3).
Les Magnet Holder sont conçus pour une utilisation
dans un aquarium en eau. Sans eau, le maintien
des appareils pourrait être insufsant.
Lors d’une utilisation pour des épaisseurs de vitres
au maximum de la capacité du support, le réglage
3D se trouve limité par les forces latérales de
poussée de la pompe. Lors d’une orientation de la
sortie de pompe à plus de 30 / 40° par rapport à
une sortie droite, il pourrait être plus sûr d’utiliser un
Magnet Extension.
Accessoires: Magnet Extension 6025.501,
augmente la capacité du Magnet Holder 6015.500
et 6025.512 pour une utilisation sur vitres de 15mm
d’épaisseur.
Avec Magnet Holder 6025.500, la capacité est
portée à 20mm d’épaisseur de vitre.

können innen oder außen am Aquarium positioniert
werden!
Geeigneten Platz an der Glasscheibe vorbereiten.
Im Aquarium sollte die Glasscheibe algenfrei sein
und die Außenseite sollte trocken und sauber sein.
Innenteil des Magnet Holders mit den Elastikpuffern
in Richtung Glas an die Aquariumscheibe
anbringen (2).
Aussenteil des Magnet Holders zum Innenteil
halten (3) und nun vorsichtig zusammenbringen.
Um den Magnet Holder an eine andere Position
zu bringen, ohne die Elastikpuffer zu beschädigen,
sollte der äußere Magnet leicht vom Glas angehoben
werden.
Pumpe in die Klemme einklippsen (4) und nach
gewünschter Strömungsrichtung einstellen (5).
Um zu vermeiden, dass kleinere Fische und Krebse
in die Öffnung der Pumpe gelangen, empfehlen
wir das Schutzgitter 6025.200 (6) parallel zum

Insérez la pince dans l’un des deux supports
magnétiques (1). Les supports magnétiques
peuvent se placer indifféremment à l’intérieur ainsi
qu’à l’extérieur de l’aquarium!
Préparez l’emplacement du support magnétique sur
la vitre. La surface interne de l’aquarium doit être
libre d’algues, la surface externe sèche et propre.
Positionnez l’aimant interne dans l’aquarium,
tampons élastiques contre la vitre (2).
Positionnez l’aimant externe face à l’aimant
interne (3) puis amenez les deux parties délicatement
face à face.
An de déplacer Magnet Holder sans endommager
les tampons élastiques, il est important de soulager
l’aimant externe de la vitre.
Enclipsez la pompe dans la pince de support (4) et
orientez suivant l’image de brassage souhaitée (5).
An d’éviter l’introduction de petits poissons ou
de crevettes dans la pompe, nous préconisons de
placer la grille de protection 6025.200 (6) sur la
sortie de pompe et de manière parallèle au croisillon
„stream“ (accessoire en option).
Un raccordement sur tout autre appareillage comme
des systèmes de variation électronique ou des
interrupteurs électroniques n’est pas autorisé!
Initial operation 6015
Permit the clamp to lock in to one of the two magnet
holders (1). Both parts of the magnet holder can be
positioned on the inside or outside of the aquarium !
Prepare a suitable position on the glass pane.
The glass pane should be free from algae inside
the aquarium, and should be dry and clean on the
outside.
Fit the inside parts of the magnet holder to the
aquarium pane with the elastic buffer pointing in
direction of the glass (2).
Hold the outside part of the magnet holder to the
inside part (3), and then carefully bring together.
In order to move the magnet holder into another
position without damaging the elastic buffer, the
outside magnet should be slightly lifted away from
the glass.
Clip the pump into the clamp (4) and set the
requested direction of ow (5).
In order to prevent smaller sh and craysh from
getting into the opening of the pump, we recommend
the use of the protective grating 6025.200 (6)
supplied for parallel attachment to the cross of the
pump opening (not included in the scope of delivery).
The connection to devices, such as electronic
switches or speed controllers, of other makes is not
permissible!

Silence Klemme montieren: Dazu Grundplatte (1) auf
einen der beiden Magneten (2) pressen (eventuell mit
Gummihammer), vier Silikonpuffer (3) in Grundplatte (1)
drücken und Klemme (4) auf die Silikonpuffer stecken.
Die beiden Teile des Magnethalters können innen
oder außen am Aquarium positioniert werden!
Geeigneten Platz an der Glasscheibe vorbereiten. Im
Aquarium sollte die Glasscheibe algenfrei sein und die
Außenseite sollte trocken und sauber sein.
Innenteil des Magnet Holders mit den Elastikpuffern in
Richtung Glas an die Aquariumscheibe anbringen (5).
Aussenteil des Magnet Holders zum Innenteil
halten (6) und nun vorsichtig zusammenbringen.
Um den Magnet Holder an eine andere Position
zu bringen, ohne die Elastikpuffer zu beschädigen,
sollte der äußere Magnet leicht vom Glas angehoben
werden.
Pumpe in die Klemme drücken (7) und nach
gewünschter Strömungsrichtung einstellen.
Um zu vermeiden, dass kleinere Fische und Krebse
in die Öffnung der Pumpe gelangen, empfehlen
wir das Schutzgitter (8) parallel zum Kreuz der
Pumpenöffnung, aufzusetzen.

Inbetriebnahme nur für 6055 und 6095
Kabelstecker(1) von Netzteil(2) in dieentsprechende
Buchse (3) an der Pumpe einstecken, danach
Netzteil ans Netz (4) stecken. Die Leistung der
Pumpe kann direkt mit dem Jumper (5) von 12 bis
24V am Netzteil eingestellt werden.
An den Anschlüssen der Turbelle® nanostream®
6055/6095 können wahlweise Wavecontroller (6)
oder Multicontroller (7) angeschlossen werden.
Genauere Anschlussinformationen für
Wavecontroller oder Multicontroller bitte den
entsprechenden Gebrauchsanleitungen entnehmen.
Automatische Abschaltung
Bei Blockade schaltet die Pumpe sofort ab. Nach
Beseitigung der Blockade startet die Pumpe mit
20 Sekunden Verzögerung automatisch wieder.
Die Pumpesteuerung ist thermisch geschützt. Das
Netzteil ist gegen Kurzschluss und thermischer
Überbelastung geschützt.
