LEG ASSEMBLY
1. Place desk top on a smooth, non-marring surface
with top side facing down.
2. Attach front legs using four large bolts and four large
nuts on each leg. (See Figure 1) Attach back legs
using four large bolts and four large nuts on each
leg.
NOTE: Door hinges must face inward when
attaching front legs.
DRAWER ASSEMBLY
1. Remove drawer slides from the outsides of the
drawer. Press the drawer slide release lever to
remove slides completely. (See Figure 2)
NOTE: Depending on the side, press release
lever either down or up to remove slides.
2. Attach drawer slides to drawer tracks using two small
bolts, washers, lock washers and nuts. Extend drawer
slide completely to attach to track. Insert center bolt
first to align front bolt hole. (See Figure 3)

3. Insert drawer tracks into inside of desk top, aligning
front and back bolt holes. Drawer slides must face
inward. Use four large bolts and four large nuts to
assemble each drawer track to the desk top.
(See Figure 4)
NOTE: Lip should face the bottom of desk.
CABINET ASSEMBLY
1. Attach front channel with two large bolts.
(See Figure 5)
NOTE: Hole must be to the left of center.
2. Attach side panel with six large bolts and six large
nuts. Lip must face towards desk top. (See Figure 6)
3. Repeat for other side panel and back panel.
NOTE: Wait to install top bolts.
4. Install middle shelf at desired height with four large
nuts and four large bolts. Lip must face towards front
of desk.

5. Install bottom shelf with nine large nuts and nine
large bolts. Lip must face towards front of desk.
(See Figure 7)
6. Set desk top assembly upright and recheck all bolts
and nuts for tightness.
7. Flip door hinges inward. Attach left door to hinges
using four medium bolts, washers, lock washers and
nuts. Repeat for the right door. (See Figure 8)
8. Disassemble door handle. Reassemble door handle
with lock bars. (See Figure 9)
NOTE: Longer rod on lock bars must point down.

TOP SHELF ASSEMBLY
1. Set desk top assembly upright and recheck all bolts
and nuts for tightness.
2. Place top shelf on desk top and assemble with six
large bolts and six large nuts. (See Figure 10)
3. Insert plastic cable ring and cover into the top shelf
from the front of the desk.
4. Insert drawer into desk top.
LOCK ASSEMBLY
1. Disassemble drawer lock and reassemble lock on
drawer. (See Figure 11)
NOTE: If purchased Deluxe Shop Desk, please
refer to instructions document located in
upright and shelf packaging to continue
assembly process.

OPTIONAL OUTLET ASSEMBLY
NOTE: Mounting hardware comes pre-installed
in outlet.
NOTE: Metal perforation must be removed prior
to outlet installation. Follow recommended
steps below.
1. Locate metal perforated electrical cut-outs on left
side of desk top. Place flat head screwdriver on one
end of perforation and hold firmly in place. Using
a hammer, tap the handle end of screwdriver until
metal perforation breaks off on one side.
(See Figure 9)
2. Using protective gloves, reach into the inside of desk
top and bend the perforation until other side breaks
away from desk top.
(See Figure 10)
3. Remove top and bottom screws from outside facing
oval holes of outlet assembly. (See Figure 11)
4. Insert outlet into desk top cut-outs with oval outlets
facing the outside of desk top. Secure to desk top
with the two screws removed in step three.

5. Insert plastic cable ring and cover into the back
panel from the front of the desk.

ENSAMBLE DE LAS PATAS
1. Coloque la superficie del escritorio sobre una
superficie lisa y que no raye con la parte superior
hacia abajo.
2. Acople las patas delanteras usando cuatro pernos
grandes y cuatro tuercas grandes en cada pata.
(Vea Diagrama 1) Acople las patas traseras usando
cuatro pernos grandes y cuatro tuercas grandes en
cada pata.
NOTA: Las bisagras de las puertas deben mirar
hacia dentro al colocar las patas delanteras.
ENSAMBLE DEL CAJÓN
1. Quite la guía del cajón del exterior del cajón.
Presione la palanca de liberación de la guía del
cajón para quitar las guías completamente.
(Vea Diagrama 2)
NOTA: Dependiendo del lado, presione la
palanca de liberación hacia abajo o hacia
arriba para quitar las guías.
2. Fije las guías del cajón a los rieles para
cajón con dos pernos pequeños, rondanas
pequeñas, rondanas de seguridad pequeñas
y tuercas pequeñas. Extienda la guía del cajón
completamente para poder fijarla al riel. Inserte el
perno central primero para alinear el orificios para
perno delantero. (Vea Diagrama 3)

CONTINUACIÓN DE ENSAMBLE
3. Inserte los rieles para cajón en el interior del
escritorio, alineando los orificios para pernos
delanteros y traseros. Las guías del cajón deben
mirar hacia dentro. Use cuatro pernos grandes
y cuatro tuercas grandes para fijar cada riel
para cajón a la parte superior del escritorio.
(Vea Diagrama 4)
NOTA: El reborde debe mirar hacia la parte
inferior del escritorio.
ENSAMBLE DEL GABINETE
1. Fije el canal delantero con dos pernos grandes.
(Vea Diagrama 5)
NOTA: El orificio debe quedar a la izquierda
del centro.
2. Fije el panel lateral usando seis pernos grandes y
seis tuercas grandes. El reborde debe mirar hacia el
escritorio. (Vea Diagrama 6)
3. Repita la operación para el otro panel lateral y el
panel trasero.
NOTA: Espere antes de colocar los pernos
superiores.
4. Coloque la repisa intermedia a la altura deseada
usando cuatro pernos grandes y cuatro tuercas
grandes. El reborde debe mirar hacia la parte
delantera del escritorio.

5. Coloque la repisa inferior usando nueve pernos
grandes y nueve tuercas grandes. El reborde
debe mirar hacia la parte delantera del escritorio.
(Vea Diagrama 7)
6. Coloque el ensamble del escritorio en posición
vertical y compruebe que ha apretado bien todas
las tuercas y los pernos.
7. Doble las bisagras de las puertas hacia dentro.
Fije la puerta izquierda a las bisagras con cuatro
pernos, rodanas, rondanas de seguridad y
tuercas medianos. Repita con la puerta derecha.

8. Desensamble el asa de la puerta. Vuelva a
ensamblar el asa de la puerta con las barras de
bloqueo. (Vea Diagrama 9)
NOTA: La varilla más larga de las barras de
bloqueo debe apuntar hacia abajo.
