This document lists all assembly and disassembly instructions available for the pezo system. The instruments must
be disassembled according to the manufacturer’s instructions to ensure the processing and storage.
The product descriptions in the component overview and in the descriptive text are listed in English according to the
inscription on the instruments.
The user has to ensure that the latest versions of the system-related surgical technique and the "Processing
manual implants and instruments" UH 1100 are on hand and considered. These are also available at:
www.ifu.ulrichmedical.com.

Assembling the inserter
Insert CS 3360-09 (Adjustor)
into the cage of CS 3360-01/-05
(Inserter, length 300 mm/410 mm).
Then slide CS 3360-02/-06 (Locking
rod, length 300 mm/410 mm) into
CS 3360-01/-05 (Inserter, length
300 mm/410 mm). CS 3360-09
(Adjustor) must be secured against
falling out.
By turning CS 3360-09 (Adjustor)
clockwise (in the opposite direction
of the "open" arrow) advance
CS 3360-02/-06 (Locking rod,
length 300 mm/410 mm) until the
second pin is visible.

Disassembling the inserter
By turning CS 3360-09 (Adjustor)
counterclockwise (in the
direction of the "open" arrow)
move CS 3360-02/-06 (Locking
rod, length 300 mm/410 mm)
backwards until it is visible on the
handle.
Then take CS 3360-02/-06 (Locking
rod, length 300 mm/410 mm) out
of CS 3360-01/-05 (Inserter, length
300 mm/410 mm). CS 3360-09
(Adjustor) must be secured against
falling out.
Take CS 3360-09 (Adjustor) out
of the cage of CS 3360-01/-05
(Inserter, length 300 mm/410 mm).

The correction instrument sleeve
CS 3361-05 (Sleeve correction
instrument, length 410 mm) and
the locking rod for the correction
instrument CS 3361-06 (Locking
rod correction instrument, length
410 mm) are stored in a pre-
assembled condition. To assemble
the instrument, first take the
locking rod out of the sleeve.
Set CS 3361-09 (Adjustor
correction instrument) on the
sleeve of CS 3361-01/-05
(Sleeve correction instrument,
length 300 mm/410 mm) and
tighten it counterclockwise by
means of the thread (left-handed
thread). It is important to firmly
tighten CS 3361-09 (Adjustor
correction instrument).
Then set CS 3361-02/-06 (Locking
rod correction instrument, length
300 mm/410 mm) in the sleeve of
CS 3361-01/-05 (Sleeve correction
instrument, length 300 mm/410 mm)
and push it all the way forward.
The hook of CS 3361-02/-06
(Locking rod correction instrument,
length 300 mm/410 mm)
looks ahead of the sleeve
of CS 3361-01/-05 (Sleeve
correction instrument, length
300 mm/410 mm).

Pull CS 3361-01/-05 (Sleeve
correction instrument, length
300 mm/410 mm) out of the
sleeve of CS 3361-02/-06 (Locking
rod correction instrument, length
300 mm/410 mm).
Loosen CS 3361-09 (Adjustor
correction instrument) by turning
it clockwise (left-handed thread)
and take it off the sleeve of
CS 3361-02/-06 (Locking rod
correction instrument, length
300 mm/410 mm).
