This document lists all assembly and disassembly instructions available for the system tezo™. The instruments must
be disassembled according to the manufacturer’s instructions to ensure the processing and storage.
The product descriptions in the component overview and in the descriptive text are listed in English according to the
inscription on the instruments.
The user has to ensure that the latest versions of the system-related surgical technique and the "Processing
manual implants and instruments" UH 1100 are on hand and considered. These are also available at:
www.ifu.ulrichmedical.com.

Assembling the inserter
Insert CS 3460-09 (Adjustor)
into the cage of CS 3460-01/-05
(Inserter).
Then slide CS 3460-02/-06
(Locking rod) into CS 3460-01/-05
(Inserter). CS 3460-09 (Adjustor)
must be secured against falling out.

Disassembly instructions
Disassembling the inserter
By pressing against CS 3460-02/-06
(Locking rod) it can be removed
from the rear from CS 3460-01/-05
(Inserter).
After CS 3460-02/-06 (Locking rod)
is removed, CS 3460-09 (Adjustor)
can be removed from the cage of
CS 3460-01/-05 (Inserter).
!Caution: CS 3460-09
(Adjustor) falls out of the cage of
CS 3460-01/-05 (Inserter).
