Instrucciones / Instalación con el fin de hacer un buen uso del mismo.
Lea cuidadosamente todas las instrucciones de seguridad antes de utilizar el aparato
y conserve este Manual de Instrucciones / Instalación para poder consultarlo en el
futuro.
1.INSTRUCCIONES DE SEGURIDAD
POR FAVOR LEA TODAS LAS INSTRUCCIONES CON CUIDADO ANTES DE
UTILIZAR EL PRODUCTO.
ESTE APARATO HA SIDO DISEÑADO PARA USO DOMÉSTICO
EXCLUSIVAMENTE.
Retire el embalaje y asegúrese de que el aparato esté intacto. En caso de duda
no utilice el aparato y póngase en contacto con su agente de servicio autorizado
local. No deje materiales de embalaje como bolsas al alcance de los niños.
Antes de encender el aparato comprobar si la tensión eléctrica y la frecuencia
del circuito corresponden a las indicadas en el aparato. La toma de corriente
donde esté enchufado deberá tener una potencia igual o superior a 220 - 240V.
El electrodoméstico sólo debe utilizarse para uso doméstico. No lo use para
ninguna otra aplicación ya que podría resultar peligroso.
El fabricante no se responsabiliza de los posibles daños causados por un uso
incorrecto o defectuoso.
El uso de todos los aparatos eléctricos requiere la toma de conciencia de
algunas reglas básicas, tales como:
oNunca toque el aparato con las manos o los pies mojados o húmedos u
otro conductor.
oNunca sumerja ni exponga el aparato a ningún líquido o condiciones
atmosféricas tales como lluvia, sol, etc..
El aparato debe colocarse siempre sobre una superficie plana y estable. No lo
coloque sobre una superficie blanda.
No utilice el aparato cerca de líquidos o materiales combustibles / inflamables o
explosivos.
No encienda el aparato cerca de muebles, cortinas, estantes, etc.
El aparato debe utilizarse en un espacio abierto. La distancia mínima entre el
aparato y el usuario deberá ser de al menos un metro de la parte delantera.

Para evitar lesiones personales o daños a la propiedad, nunca inserte dedos,
lápices u otros objetos a través de la rejilla ni de ninguna otra ranura.
Cuando el aparato no esté en uso, apáguelo y desenchúfelo.
No ponga el cable de alimentación en el aparato cuando todavía esté caliente.
No doblar o envolver el cable de alimentación alrededor de los
electrodomésticos. Asegúrese de que el cable de alimentación esté
completamente extendido antes de usarlo y de que no esté en contacto con
ninguna parte del aparato. No tire del cable de alimentación.
No conecte el aparato a extensiones o salidas múltiples.
Antes de limpiar el aparato o realizar cualquier mantenimiento, apague todo el
sistema y desenchúfelo.
TENGA ESPECIAL CUIDADO!
Los niños deben ser supervisados para asegurarse de que no juegan con el
aparato.
Los niños de menos de 3 años deben mantenerse alejados a menos que estén
supervisados continuamente.
Los niños de edades comprendidas entre 3 años y menos de 8 años sólo deben
encender / apagar el aparato siempre que estén bajo supervisión y entiendan los
peligros involucrados en el uso de este aparato.
Los niños de edades comprendidas entre 3 años y menos de 8 años no deben
enchufar, regular y limpiar el aparato ni realizar el mantenimiento del mismo.
PRECAUCIÓN - Algunas partes de este producto pueden calentarse mucho y
causar quemaduras. Se debe prestar especial atención a los niños y las
personas vulnerables.
Este aparato puede ser utilizado por niños de 8 años o más y personas con
capacidades físicas, sensoriales o mentales reducidas o por falta de experiencia
y conocimientos si han recibido supervisión o instrucciones sobre el uso del
aparato de forma segura y entienden los peligros involucrados.
Los niños no deben jugar con el aparato. La limpieza y el mantenimiento del
usuario no deben ser realizados por niños sin supervisión.
Si el cable de alimentación está dañado, debe ser reemplazado por el fabricante
o personas autorizadas.
Para evitar el sobrecalentamiento, no cubra el calefactor.
El calefactor no debe estar ubicado inmediatamente debajo de una toma de
corriente.
No use este aparato con un programador, temporizador o cualquier otro
dispositivo que encienda el calefactor automáticamente, ya que existe riesgo de
incendio si el calefactor está cubierto o colocado incorrectamente.
No utilice este productor en el entorno inmediato de un baño, una ducha o una
piscina.
Puede haber peligro de instalación cerca de cortinas y otros materiales
combustibles.

Si el aparato no funciona, apáguelo sin manipularlo. Si se requiere alguna
reparación, póngase en contacto con su agente autorizado local y solicite piezas
de repuesto originales. De lo contrario, la seguridad del aparato podría verse
comprometida.
Algunas partes de este producto pueden calentarse mucho y causar
quemaduras. Por favor, no toque el aparato cuando esté en funcionamiento y
espere a que se haya enfriado totalmente una vez apagado.

3. FUNCIONAMIENTO
Nota: Cuando el aparato se enciende por primera vez o cuando se enciende después
de no haber sido utilizado durante un largo periodo de tiempo, es normal que emita un
poco de olor e incluso humos. No se preocupe, ya que esto desaparecerá cuando el
radiador esté en uso un poco de tiempo.

Antes de poner el aparato en funcionamiento, elija un lugar adecuado para el
calefactor, teniendo en cuenta las instrucciones de seguridad anteriores.
Desenrolle el cable de alimentación y enchúfelo en la toma de corriente.

Para activar el calefactor, gire la perilla del modo en el sentido de las agujas del reloj
hasta la posición deseada:
Ventilador
I para calor medio (900W )
II para máximo calor (1800W)
Se recomienda utilizar el modo con mayor potencia para que la habitación se caliente
rápidamente. Una vez que la habitación esté a la temperatura deseada, seleccione un
modo de potencia inferior para reducir el consumo eléctrico y evitar que la habitación
se caliente demasiado.
De la misma manera, ajuste el termostato al máximo y seleccione el ajuste de
potencia deseado. Una vez que la habitación esté a la temperatura ideal, gire el
termostato en sentido contrario a las agujas del reloj hasta que el calefactor se
apague. El termostato ahora mantendrá la temperatura automáticamente encendiendo
o apagando el aparato. En épocas o momentos de frío el ajuste a baja potencia podría
ser insuficiente. En ese caso, seleccione una potencia mayor.
Cuando se apague el aparato, por favor considere que el calefactor continuará
funcionando 5 o 10 segundos en modo ventilador hasta apagarse.
Este calefactor está equipado con un interruptor de seguridad que desconecta
automáticamente la resistencia del calefactor si éste no está en posición vertical. En
ese caso, el aparato volverá a funcionar normalmente cuando el calefactor vuelva a la
posición vertical.
4.MANTENIMIENTO
Después del uso y antes de limpiar siempre desenchufe el aparato y espere hasta que
el artículo se haya enfriado completamente.
El aparato debe limpiarse regularmente para evitar la acumulación de polvo y
suciedad, lo que afectará su rendimiento.
Limpie la superficie exterior del aparato con un paño humedecido. No enjuagar con
agua directamente. No limpie las partes pintadas con disolventes y utilice solamente
un paño humedecido.
Precaución: No utilice el aparato hasta que no se haya secado completamente.
Para guardar el aparato, vuelva es aconsejable colocarlo en su embalaje original y
guardarlo en lugar seco y limpio.

5. SERVICIO POSTVENTA
Este producto cuenta con una garantía de 2 años contados a partir de la fecha de
compra del producto, con las siguientes condiciones:
La garantía es válida sólo con la presentación de la factura de compra del
producto.
No están cubiertos por la garantía los daños causados durante el transporte,
negligencia o mal uso, montaje o instalación incorrecta, así como las influencias
externas, tales como: rayos atmosféricos o eléctricos, inundaciones, humedad,
etc.
Esta garantía termina cuando se descubre que han sido sometidas a
reparaciones, reformas o intervenciones por cualquier persona no autorizada por
Universal Blue.
Para hacer uso de la garantía acuda al centro donde compró este producto o
bien contacte con nosotros de cualquiera de las siguientes formas:

6.INFORMACION INHERENTE MEDIOAMBIENTE
Este aparato se ha marcado de acuerdo con la Directiva Europea 2012/19/EU
referente a la eliminación de los Desperdicios de Aparatos Eléctricos y
Electrónicos (RAEE). El símbolo del que consta en el aparato indica que el
producto al final de su vida útil no se debe tratar como basura doméstica normal, sino
que se debe llevar a los centros de recogida diferenciada de desperdicios eléctricos y
electrónicos o bien entregar al vendedor en el momento de comprar un nuevo aparato.
La adecuada recogida de este aparato contribuye a evitar posibles repercusiones
negativas para el ambiente o la salud de las personas. La eliminación debe hacerse
respetando los reglamentos medioambientales locales vigentes. Para informaciones
más detalladas inherentes al tratamiento, la eliminación o el reciclado de este
producto, rogamos contacten el servicio local de eliminación de desechos o a la tienda
donde compró el aparato. No tirar el embalaje del aparato a la basura sino seleccionar
los diversos materiales como poliestireno, cartón, bolsas de plástico, etc. de acuerdo
con las normas locales sobre la eliminación de basuras y las normas vigentes.
Los materiales del embalaje de este producto son reciclables. Puede
depositar estos materiales en un lugar público de recogida para su
reciclaje.

We recommend you to spend some time to read this Instruction Manual in order to
fully understand how to use it correctly..
Read all the safety instructions carefully before use and keep this Instruction /
Installation Manual for future reference.
1. IMPORTANT SAFEGUARDS
PLEASE READ ALL INSTRUCTIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THE PRODUCT.
THIS APPLIANCE HAS BEEN DESIGNED FOR HOME USE ONLY.
Remove the packaging and make sure that the appliance is intact. In case of
doubt do not use the appliance and contact your local authorized service agent.
Do not leave packaging materials like bags and staples within reach of children.
Before switching on appliance check if the electrical voltage and frequency of
the circuit correspond to those indicated on the appliance.
The appliance has to be connected to a circuit according the rules in force
concerning the civil plant. The plant has to be related to the nominal power of the
appliance and has to be provided with an earth-wire.
The appliance only for normal indoor domestic/household use only. Do not use it
for any other application as it could get dangerous.
The manufacturer is not responsible for any eventual-damages caused by
improper or faulty-use.
The use of every electrical appliance calls-for the awareness of some basic rules,
such as:
oNever touch the appliance with wet or damp hands or feet, or other
conductor.
oNever immerse or expose the appliance to any liquid or atmospheric-
conditions (rain, sun, etc).
The appliance must be always placed on a flat and stable surface. Do not place
on soft surface, like a bed, where openings could get dangerous.
Do not use the appliance near liquids or combustible/inflammable-matters or
explosive gas.
The appliance must be used on a vertical position only.. Do not switch on the
appliance near pieces of furniture, curtains, shelves, etc.
The appliance must have clear place on both sides back and a minimum 1metre
clearance in front of the grill.

To avoid personal injury or property damage, never insert fingers, pencils or any
other objects through the grill or any slot.
Avoid touching hot surfaces, always use the handles.
When the appliance is not in use switch it off and unplug it. Make harmless the
parts of the appliance which could be handled hazardously by children for
playing.
Do not put the supply-cord on the appliance when it is still warm. Do not kink or
wrap the supply cord around the appliances. Ensure the supply cord is fully
extended before use it so that it is not in contact with any part of the appliance.
Do not pull on the supply cord, never move, carry or hang the appliance by the
supply cord. Do not let supply cord hang over edge of table.
Do not connect the appliance to extension cords or multiple outlets.
Before cleaning the appliance or carrying-out any maintenance switch off the
whole system and unplug it.
If the appliance is not working switch it off without tampering with it. If any repair
is required please contact your local authorized agent and ask for original spare
parts. Otherwise safety of the appliance may be compromised.
Warnings!
Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the appliance.
Children younger than 3 years should be kept away unless they are being
supervised.
Children aged from 3 years and less than 8 years shall only switch on/off the
appliance provided which is placed or installed in its intended normal operating
position. They must being supervised or have received instructions concerning
the use of the appliance in a safe way and understand the hazards involved.
Children aged from 3 years and less than 8 years shall not plug in, regulate and
clean the appliance or perform user maintenance.
Children shall not play with the appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall
not be made by children without supervision.
This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with
reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and
knowledge, unless they are being supervised or have been instructed concerning
use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its
service agent or similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
In order to avoid overheating, do not cover the heater.
The heater must not be located immediately below a socket outlet.
Do not use this heater with a programmer, timer or any other device that
switches the heater on automatically, since a fire risk exists if the heater is
covered or positioned incorrectly.
Do not use this heater in the immediate surroundings of a bath, a shower or a
swimming pool.

This heater in not equipped with a device to control the room temperature. Do
not use this heater in small rooms when they are occupied by persons not
capable of having the room on their own, unless constant supervision is
provided.
There may be possible danger of installation close to curtains and other
combustible materials.
Some parts of this product may become very hot and cause burns. Please do not
touch the appliance when it is in operation and wait until it has completely
cooled down once it has been turned off.

3. USING YOUR APPLIANCE
Note：It is normal when the heaters are turned on for the first time or when they are
turned on after having been used for a long period of time the heaters may emit some
smell and fumes.This willdisappear when the heater has been on a short while.
First, please choose a suitable location for the heater，taking into account the safety
instructions above.

Unwind the power cord and plug it into the power outlet.
To activate the heater, turn the mode knob clockwise to the desired position:
Fan
I for medium heat (900W)

II for maximum heat (1800W)
It is recommended to use the highest power in order to heat the room quickly. Once
the room is at the desired temperature, select a lower power mode to reduce power
consumption and prevent the room from getting too hot.
In the same way, set the thermostat to maximum and select the desired power setting.
Once the room is at the ideal temperature, turn the thermostat counterclockwise until
the heater turns off. The thermostat will now keep the temperature automatically
turning on or off the device. During cold weather the setting at low power may be
insufficient. In that case, select a higher power.
When the appliance is turned off, please consider that the heater will continue to
operate for 5 or 10 seconds in fan mode until it is turned off.
This heater is equipped with a safety switch that automatically switches off the
heater's resistance if it is not in the vertical position. In this case, the appliance will
return to normal operation when the heater returns to the vertical position.
4. CLEANING & MAINTENANCE
After using and before cleaning always unplug the appliance and wait until the item is
cool.
The appliance should be cleaned regularly to stop dirt and dust building up which will
affect its performance.
Wipe exterior surface of the appliance with a moistened cloth. Not rinse with water
directly. Do not clean the painted-parts with emery-flour or solvents and use only a
moistened-cloth.
Use the appliance when the body is dried completely after cleaning the heater.
To store the appliance, put the appliance back into its original packaging and store it in
a clean dry place
5. AFTER SALES SERVICE
This product has a warranty of 2 years from the date of purchase of the product, with
the following conditions:
The guarantee is valid only with the presentation of the purchase invoice of the
product.
Damage caused during transport, negligence or misuse, incorrect assembly or
installation, as well as external influences, such as: atmospheric or electrical
lightning, flooding, humidity, etc., are not covered by the warranty.

This warranty ends when it is discovered that they have been subjected to
repairs, alterations or interventions by any person not authorized by Universal
Blue.
To make use of the warranty go to the center where you purchased this product or
contact us in any of the following ways:

6. ENVIRONMENTAL INFORMATION
This equipment has been marked in accordance with the European Directive
2012/19/EU concerning the disposal of Waste Electrical and Electronic
Equipment (WEEE). The symbol on the device indicates that the product at the
end of its useful life should not be treated as normal household waste, but should be
taken to separate collection centres for electrical and electronic waste or handed over
to the vendor at the time of purchase of a new device. The proper collection of this
device helps to avoid possible negative repercussions for the environment or human
health. Disposal must comply with local environmental regulations. For more detailed
information regarding the treatment, disposal or recycling of this product, please
contact your local waste disposal service or the store where you purchased the device.
Do not throw the packaging of the device into the trash but select the various materials
such as polystyrene, cardboard, plastic bags, etc. in accordance with local waste
disposal regulations and current regulations.
The packaging materials of this product are recyclable. You can deposit
these materials in a public collection site for recycling.
