Keep the Cleaning key pressed for 2 seconds, this will call up the cleaning mode:
Press the Start/Stop key in order to start the cleaning cycle. If a target
value for the temperature of the cleaning water was set, water will be
heated rst.
When the cleaning process is completed, the Cleaning key will ash. After the clean-
ing cycle is completed, open the drain valve using the valve lever at the top of the
valve. Let the cleaning water drain completely. Then rinse with clear water.
Keep Heating/agitating key pressed for 2 sec: actvation of clock timer or immediate start-
up of heating process until target temperature is reached (+ post heating if needed):
To dose out portion in bucket press Start/Stop button on the dosing nozzle or the red
push button on the drawbar head or the Start/Stop key on the membrane keyboard.
Press key 1,2 or 3 in order to select the desired feed quantity to be dispensed.
Set the agitator switch to level II (fast mode) while preparing feed from calf milk replacer.
Press Start/Stop key. The agitator will then run in continuous mode (5 mins.). Fill the
required amount of milk powder into the heated water and let stir in.

Fill the required amount of water or whole milk into the container of the MilkShuttle.
Keep Feeding key pressed for 2 seconds, this will call up the feeding mode:
Establish circular ow system for cleaning by inserting the dozing nozzle into the holder
on the inside of the container lid.
Roughly wash off the inside of the container and the agitator. Then ll the container
with approx. 30 l of water, add detergent if needed.

The preselection key 3 is now programmed for the dispensing mode and free dosing is now
possible. Dosing out is started and ended by pressing a Start/Stop key (on the dosing nozzle,
on the drawbar head or on the membrane keyboard).
Leave the programming mode by pressing the Set key. The new dosing amount has been stored and
takes effect.
PROGRAMMING THE DISPENSED FEED AMOUNTS /DISPENSING MODE
Use the + or - keys to set the desired value (in litres).
Keep Feeding key pressed for 2 seconds, this will call up the feeding mode.
Briey press the key that you would like to program (here: key 2).
Keep Set key pressed for 2 seconds in order to call up the programming mode.

CALIBRATION OF DOSING PUMP
We recommend having the dosing pump calibrated on a regular basis. This process is
described in detail in Chapter 7.2 of the manual.
Make sure that the main menu is active (date and time must be shown in the display of the operating
panel). If required, press eSC/inFo key in order to switch to the main menu.
Press Set key briey in order to call up the programming mode.
Use the + or - keys to set or select the desired value.
If required, press Set key again in order to switch to next value.
Finally, briey press Set key in order to exit programming mode. The new
value is now stored and takes effect.
Use + or - keys to scroll through the settings/parameters. Stop at the parameter you would like to set
(date/time, language, etc.).
Keep Set key pressed for 2 seconds in order to call up the settings menu.
