Quick Start Guide
1) Remove cap and add tap water
DO NOT ADD CHEMICALS
TO THE WATER TANK
2) Plug into electrical outlet
üThe steam cleaner should be the only appliance plugged
into an outlet
üUSE ONLY 12-GAUGE / 15AMP HEAVY DUTY
EXTENSION CORD
3) Push both the POWER and STEAM buttons
üGreen light will start flashing (analog)
üSymbol will flash (digital)
ü10 minutes to heat
üPressure gauge will read greater than 4 BARS when READY
4) Attach Steam Hose
üListen for a “click” when attached
5) Turn Control Dial to Medium Steam Pressure
üTurn down the steam pressure to the CLOSED position
by turning the knob CLOCKWISE or to the right = no
steam is coming from the hose
üFind Medium Steam Pressure = 1 Full Turn left or
COUNTER-CLOCKWISE from the closed position

NO STEAM is released when pulling trigger
button on hose handle:
üDoes the pressure gauge read above 4
ØWarm up time is 10 minutes
üCheck the hose connection
ØTry reconnecting the hose
ØListen for “click” when secure
üCheck the Safety Lock on the hose handle
üTurn the STEAM PRESSURE DIAL
counter-clockwise to release steam
Trouble Shooting
LOW WATER ALERT
During start-up or during use, the steamer may run
low on water causing the alarm to sound and the
orange light to blink (digital consoles will flash the
low water symbol)
ØAdd water
ØDo not turn off the steamer to add water

What Type of Brush Do I Need?
Brass or Nylon
vBrass brushes are normally better and faster
for cleaning grout lines
vWe recommend you clean a test area in a
place of low visibility before starting any
project
vUse nylon brushes on high gloss and softer
floors that may scratch
ØOnly add tap water to the tank –NO CHEMICALS.
ØDo not operate or leave unattended around children.
ØAlways turn OFF when not in use
How Many Brushes will I need?
vEach 5 Pack of brushes = 1000 square feet
Customer Return Procedure
1) Turn off and Unplug
ØAllow steamer to cool for at least 1 hour before returning to the store
2) Clean and place all accessory items inside the cart bucket
3) Do not return used or extra brushes

2) Check accessories items and reorder any worn or damage items
3) Drain water from boiler
1) Make sure steamer has cooled down before draining water
2) Drain plug is located on bottom
3) Unplug by hand
4) Use drain pan to capture water
5) If there is no drain cap, use 13mm wrench
