V200$Third$Party$Switch$Mounting$
Instructions$
Always$order$the$long$Namur$shaft$with$your$third$party$switch$for$use$with$
this$kit@Westlock$illustrated@other$switches$with$Westlock$mounting$will$
mount$just$as$well.$$We$also$have$mounting$for$Stonel$EX$Switches.$

1.Mount$and$calibrate$the$V200E@EX$positioner.$$Calibrate$only$the$
positioner.$$The$EX$Ip$has$been$factory$calibrated.$

2.$Remove$the$positioner$cover,$arrow,$and$socket$
head$bolt.$$
$
$
$
$
$
3.Place$the$gasket$and$mounting$plate$on$cover.$

4.$Place$the$o@ring$on$the$shaft$hub$of$the$switch.$

5.$Attach$the$Namur$shaft$coupling$to$the$positioner$drive$shaft$
using$the$M6$set$screw.$

6.$$Using$the$4$@5/16’’$socket$screws$mount$the$switch$
to$the$positioner$cover.$

8. Place$the$cover$with$switch$on$the$positioner$and$tighten$the$two$
positioner$cover$screws.$

$
9.$A$fine@tuning$of$the$positioner$may$be$needed$after$mounting$the$EX$Switch.$
The$positioner$zero$and$span$can$be$accessed$without$removing$the$cover$and$
switch$package,$behind$the$rubber$grommet$next$to$the$exhaust$port.$
$
Note:$$There$is$no$wiring$between$the$positioner$and$the$EX$switch.$$The$
V200$EX$has$a$separate$wiring$terminal$on$the$external$Ip.@4/20$mA@24$
VDC.$$The$switch$will$be$wired$separately@see$Third$Party$Switch$wire$
and$power$requirements.$
