1.Product Introduction
Ventilating fans are the necessary and good solutions to your
house,kitchen.bedroom.toilets etc.,they can effetively to adjust
the indoor air quality.such as humidity control,dirt control,odor
control,smoke control etc,so there are widelyintroduced to
house,office,meeting-room,super markets,restaurant,hotel,
cinema,hospital and public place etc.

Never install the fan where it is extremely hot!

This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including
children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities,
or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been
given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance
by a person responsible for their safety.
Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not
play with the appliance.
Fan must be installed at least 120cm above any hotplate and
must have at least 50cm clearance at the rear of the fan blades.

Minimum installation height is 2.1 meters from the floor to
the bottom of the exhaust fan.
If the room where the fan is to be installed already contains
a stove, water heater or a gas fire, it is essential to ensure that
the air supply to the room is enough for both the fan and the
combustion appliance.
Please check the appliance that has not been damaged
during the transportation.

your electrical supply carefully.

3.INSTALLATION
Warning: For your safety, all electrical work must be carried
out by a licensed electrician. All electrical wiring must be in
accordance with latest national wiring rules AS/NZS 3000.
IMPORTANT CONSIDERATION BEFORE INSTALLING
1.Adhere to the latest national wiring rules AS/NZS3000, for
wiring and when installing in bathrooms, nearby sinks and
water taps.
2.For the exhaust fan to work efficiently. Replacement air of
volume equivalent to what is being extracted must be able to
enter the room. In general this air would be drawn under the
door, through a slightly opened window. If the room is air tight,
the fan will function poorly.
3.Before commencing any cutting, check in the mounting
location so that there is no obstruction such as ceiling frames,
or joints and that there is sufficient tight clearance for the
housing. Check the electrical wiring can be routed from the
wall switch to the mounting location.
4.This fan is not intended for mounting in outside windows
or walls.
(10) When using double pole swith connection,the switch must
be with a minimum 3mm separation on all poles.
(11) When ducting with pipe,never allow bending derting the
pipe following shape (see pictures)
(12) The wire working must be connected by a qualified person.
(13) If the supply cord is damaged,it must be replaced by the
manufacturer, its service agents or similar qualified person
in order to avoid a hazard.

Warning: Ensure the power supply to the exhaust fan is switch
OFF before carrying out any installation and maintenance.
Note: A double pole disconnection switch must be included in
the electrical wiring of the exhaust fan.
Plug into a socket outlet and secure fan body using the 3
clips when tightening to secure the fan.
Note: A socket outlet and electrical wiring to an ON/OFF wall
switch must be pre-installed. Please arrange a Licensed
Electrician to prepare the socket outlet and ON/OFF wall switch
before carrying out the installation of this Exhaust fan.
(4) Secure the Panel (Fascia) by squeezing the spring fasteners
and insert into in the slot in the fan body. Check that the Panel
(fascia) is secure firmly and closely to the fan body.
NOTE: Switch ON the fan and check for excessive vibration fan.
If the fan runs in a sound way without abnormal noise then nstall
the panel.

(2) Cut the hole for the fan according to the template provided.

NOTE:When install the fan in bathroom,the vent pipe
should be declined downwards about 10 degree.

7.Maintenance cautions:
(1).Make sure the fan is always switched off before cleaning.
(2).Make sure to use the fan with the specified voltage
as stated on the rating sticker.
(3).Use the fan in dry place,avoid excessive humidity and water.
(4).Never immerse any part of the fan in water or other Liquids.
(5).Never use Petrol Benzene or any other such chemicals
for cleaning the fan.
(6).Never allow water to contact the electrical parts
such as switch and motor.
(7)Never immerse blades or other resin parts in hot
water over 60ºC
(8)Never install the fan under extreme hot environments.
