GENERAL SAFETY RULES
TO WORK IN SAFE CONDITIONS WITH THIS TOOLING, IT IS
IMPERATIVE TO READ CAREFULLY THE DIRECTIONS FOR USE AND
TO FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS IT CONTAINS. IF YOU DO NOT
RESPECT THE INFORMATION WRITTEN IN THAT INSTRUCTION
MANUAL THE WARRANTY WILL BE CANCELLED.
1. Work area safety
a. Keep work area clean and well lit. Cluttered or dark areas invite
accidents.
b. Keep children and bystanders away while operating, distractions will
cause you to lose control.
2. Personal safety
a. Stay alert, watch what you are doing and use common sense when
operating the tool. Do not use the tool while you are tired or under the
influence of drugs, alcohol or medication.. A moment of inattention while
operating hydraulic tools may result in serious personal injury.
b. Use safety equipment. Always wear eye protection. Safety equipment
such as dust mask, non-skid shoes, hard hat, or hearing protection used
for appropriate conditions will reduced personal injuries.
c. Dress properly. Do not wear loose clothing or jewelry. Keep your hair，
clothing and gloves away from moving parts. Loose clothes jewelry or long
hair can be caught in moving parts.
d. Do not force the tool. Use the correct power tool for your
application .The correct power tool will do the job better and safer at the
rate for which it was designed.
e. Store idle power tools out of the reach of children and do not allow
persons unfamiliar with the manual pressing tool. This tool is dangerous in
the hands of untrained users.
f. Maintain power tools. Check for misalignment or binding of moving parts,
breakage of parts and any other condition that may affect the manual

pressing tool operation. If damaged, have the Manual pressing tool
repaired before use. Many accidents are caused by poorly maintained
power tools.
g. Use the Manual Pressing Tool, accessories and tool bits etc., in
accordance with these instructions and in the manner intended for the
particular type of tool, taking into account the working conditions and the
work to be performed. Use of the Hydraulic Pressing tool for operations
different from those intended could result in a hazardous situation.
3. Service

technician using only identical replacement parts. This will ensure that the

OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Before using the tool, check whether the working head and handle of the
tool are in good condition to ensure safety.

1. Specific operation
Caution：
Do not knock any part of the tool. If the head and handle of the tool are
damaged, personal injury will be increased.
After using the tool, wipe it clean, check all the accessories, wipe the
anti-rust oil, and put it back in the tool box.
Do not put your fingers into the head of the tool during
operating. Your fingers could be pinched very severely.

2. Dies
Standard pressing dies for this tool（mm）:
∅15 ㎜（3/8＂）、 ∅18 ㎜（1/2＂）、 ∅20 ㎜（5/8＂）、 ∅24 ㎜（3/4＂）、
∅30 ㎜（1＂）
The corresponding dies specifications are printed on the surface.
If there are different pipe fitting specifications to be pressed, please contact
the relevant distributor or manufacturer, the manufacturer can customize
different size specifications and special shape pressing die for users.
Note: In the process of using the tool, if the mold is selected correctly,
the clamping is not tight, it can be adjusted through the eccentric pin,
the specific operation is shown in the figure:
MAINTENANCE AND SERVICING
1. Keep tools and spare parts dry. Rain, moisture, and various liquids or
moisture may corrode tool metal surfaces.
2. Do not store tools in places that are too cold or too hot.
3. Do not use strong chemical cleaners or strong detergents to clean tools.
4. If the tool is not used for a long time, wipe the surface of the tool, wipe
with anti-rust oil, and store it in the tool box.
5. After a long time using, the sealing kits will be damaged, if there is
leakage please contact with the manufacturer and/or the distributor to
change the sealing kits. Service to the tool should only be done by a
qualified Service Technician.
