1) Keep this manual for the safety warnings and precautions. The
manual offers important information on how to assemble, use and
maintain this product.
2) Dress appropriately.Never wear loose fitting clothing or jewelry when
working. And keep long hair, clothing and gloves away from moving
parts.
3) Use common sense when working.Stay alert and concentrate when
assembling and using the Trailer Spare Tire Caralcohol.Do not
assemble or use when tired or when under the influence of alcohol,
drugs or medication.

4) While assembling and using the Trailer Spare Tire Carrier, keep work
area clean and well lighted. Keep spectators and children out of the
work area.
5) Do not exceed the 160 Lbs load capacity ofSpare Tire Carrier.
6) Check wheels of trailer during the installation of this Spare Tire Carrier.
Make sure trailer is on a flat level solid surface
7) Be aware of the danger of “dynamicloading”.This situation arises
when a load is dropped onto the Spare Tire Carrier, resulting in a
short-term excessive load.
8) Dynamic loading can result in damage andfailure of the Spare Tire
Carrier and/or trailer,and personal injury to people in the area.
9) Periodically check the mounted Spare Tire Carrier to make sure all
hardware is tightly secured. Never use a damaged Spare Tire Carrier.
10) Spare Tire Carrier and spare tire location cannot interfere with normal
operation of the trailer.Carrier location cannot interfere with visibility of
trailer lights or license plate.
11) It is the responsibility of trailer’s owner to make sure the use of this
product conforms with all state rules and regulations.
12) Keep in mind that the warning previously discussed cannot cover all
possible events and circumstances.

4. Operations
1) Please check if your tire is suitable.

2) Put the spare tire carrier on the trailer bumper or the bumper at below
4*6inch , and tighten all the bolts as the below picture.
3) Put the tire on the carrier(require assistance for safety ), tighten the
bolts and washers, spring washers.
