cookwar (s b low) that consists of a flat, magn tic bas
construction, m asuring 4 inch s (10.2 cm) through 12
inch s (26 cm).

OPERATION
−Plac th induction cook r on a flat, stabl surfac .
−Plug pow r cord into a ground d l ctrical outl t which
corr sponds with th voltag rat on th rating lab l.
•CAUTION: Using a voltage ot er t an specified on t e
rating label will cause damage to t e unit.
−Plac induction-r ady cookwar in th c nt r position on
th induction l m nt.
−Turn on th pow r by pushing and turning th control knob.
ADJUSTING COOKING POWER
Pr ss and turn th control knob to turn th unit on. An LED
will illuminat . Wh n an appropriat pan is plac d on th
unit, th LED will r main “st ady on” indicating th unit is
h ating. If th LED blinks on and off, th n an unsuitabl pan
is b ing us d. Turn th control knob to choos b tw n
cooking l v ls.
•CAUTION: Do not eat empty cookware on t e unit.
Because of t e speed and efficiency of t e induction
cooker, t e cookware can absorb an excessive amount of
eat very quickly, t erefore, resulting in possible damage
to t e cookware and non-stick coatings. T e unit is
equipped wit an over- eating device. If t e temperature
of t e surface gets too ot, t e unit will s ut down until
t e surface cools. T e eating indicator will flas to
indicate t e over- eating protection function is on.
−Th LED will flash until an appropriat pan is plac d on th
unit. If th unit is running and th pow r display is flashing,
th cooking ut nsil may not b suitabl .
−Whil th unit is in us , it will not harm th unit to r mov
th cooking ut nsil for a short p riod of tim . If an unsuitabl
pan is plac d on th unit or if th unit is l ft on for mor than
1 minut without a pan, th unit will shut off automatically.
−If th unit is turn d off whil th r is still a hot, glass cooking
surfac , th LED will flash slowly onc v ry two s conds as a
hot surfac indicator. Th LED will stop flashing onc th glass
cooking surfac cools down.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
To maintain th app aranc and incr as th s rvic lif ,
th induction cook r should b cl an d daily.

compl t ly.
•CAUTION: T e top surface gets very ot during
cooking. Hot surfaces and ot pans can burn t e skin.
Allow t e induction unit and any cooking utensils to
cool before andling and/or cleaning.

−To avoid damaging th finish, do not us abrasiv
mat rials, scratching cl an rs or scouring pads to cl an
th surfac of th unit.
−If mild soap or mild ch mical cl an rs ar us d, b sur

cl ansing. Ch mical r sidu could corrod th surfac s
of th unit.
•WARNING: Do not spray t e outside of t e unit or
controls wit liquid or cleaning products. Liquid could
enter t e electrical compartment and cause a s ort
circuit or electrical s ock.
