Assembly sequence
1. Unpack the delivery set carefully.
2. Place fixing slabs with two apertures 12 into inner recesses of sidewalls 2 and engage bolts 13
through apertures.
3. Put crossarms 1 into outermost tubes of sidewalls 2 so that bolts 13 enter grooves of crossarms
and slabswere in innerrecesses.
4. Make crossarms 2 even and tighten bolts 13 by hexahedral wrench 23. Do not tighten too much.
5. Insert uprights 3 into middle tubes of sidewalls 2 so that bolts 13 enter uprights grooves and slabs
12 were in uprights inner recesses.
6. Insert fixing slabs with two apertures 12 into inner recesses of middle crossarms holders 4 and
engage bolts 13 through apertures in holders.
7. Put middle crossarm holders 4 on uprights 3 so that bolts 13 enter grooves of uprights and slabs
12were in their inner recesses.
8. Insert middle crossarms 5 into groves of middle crossarm holders 4 and fix by screws 14 and 16,
nuts 17 and washers 18 (screws 14 must be in outermost externalapertures).
9. Make middle crossarms 5 and crossarms 1 even.
10. Tighten connections.
11. Place gags 21.
12. Insert fixing slabs with one aperture 11 into inner recesses of shelf holders 6 and engage bolts 13
through apertures in holders.
13. Place shelf holders 6 on uprights 3 so that bolts 13 enter uprights grooves and fixing slabs with one
aperture 11 were in uprights inner recesses.
14. Make shelves even and tightenbolts 13.
15. Mount fixing cramps 10 on shelf holders 6 with screws 15, nuts 17 and washers 18 (nuts and
washersmust be inside cramps).
16. Insert shelf crossarm 7 into fixing cramps 10 and fix with screws 16, nuts 17 and washers 18.
17. Tighten connections.
18. Place tabletops 8, make them even and fix by self-tappers 19.
ATTENTION !
а. If your workbench is ESD protected, you need to put tabletop’s surface with “НИЗ” inscription
downwards.
б. If your workbench is ESD protected, you need to put tabletop so that grounding cord is in the
rear right corner.
19. Place shelves 9 on shelf holders 6, make them even and fix with self-tappers 19.
20. Place gags 20 and 22.
