Place the driver and passenger side louver templates onto the dash (See Photos 1 & 2, below). Use a clamp to
hold the templates in place (See Photo 2, below).
Press on the templates to conform them to the shape of the dash. Once the templates are in place, scribe the
inside part of the template as shown in Photos 1 & 2, below. Once scribed, remove the templates from the
dash.
Cut holes in the dash for the driver and passenger side louvers. NOTE: Before cutting, check for and
secure any wiring behind the dash.

NOTE: To accommodate the driver and passenger side louvers, it will be necessary to modify the dash
by cutting (2) holes using the templates provided with this kit. Scribe the dash around the outer part of
the template holes as shown in Photos 1 & 2, below. To avoid scratching the paint, apply masking tape
to the dash and templates.
