INTRODUCTION
NOTE
The numbers in brackets refer to the components shown in Machine Description chapter.
GUIDE PURPOSE AND CONTENTS
The purpose of this instruction for use is to provide the operator with all basic information and technical characteristics, operation,
machine inactivity, spare parts and safety conditions etc.
Before performing any procedure on the machine, the operators and qualified technicians must read the Instruction for Use manual.
Contact our company in case of doubts concerning the interpretation of the instructions or for any further information.
HOW TO KEEP THIS INSTRUCTION FOR USE
The instruction for use must be kept near the machine, inside an adequate case, away from liquids and other substances that can
cause any damage to it.
DECLARATION OF CONFORMITY
Declaration of Conformity is supplied with the machine and certifies machine conformity with the law in force.
NOTE
The copies of the original declaration of conformity are provided together with the machine documenta-
tion.
ACCESSORIES AND MAINTENANCE
All the necessary operation, maintenance and repair procedures must be made by qualified personnel, our company appointed re-
pair center. ONLY original or approved spare parts and accessories can be used.
Contact our company customer service for any service or purchase of accessories or spare parts if necessary.
CHANGE AND IMPROVEMENT
We are committed to continuous improvement of our products, and the company reserves the right to machine changes and im-
provements without additional information.
SCOPE OF APPLICATION
This machine is intended for commercial use. It is constructed for use in an indoor environment and is not intended
for any other use. Use only recommended accessories.

GENERAL SAFETY INSTRUCTION
General – This carpet spotting machine shall be grounded while in use to protect the operator from electric
shock. The machine is provided with a three-contact grounding type attachment plug to fit the proper
grounding type receptacle. The green (or green & yellow) conductor in the cord is the grounding wire.
Never connect this wire to other than the grounding pin of the attachment plug.
This machine is for use on a nominal 220-240-volt circuit and has a grounding plug that resembles the plug
illustrated in figure below. Make sure that the machine is connected to an outlet having the same configuration
as the plug. No adapter should be used with this machine.

Specific warnings and cautions to inform about potential damages to people and machine are shown below.
DANGER!
•This machine must be operated by trained and authorized personnel according to guidance of the manual.
•Before performing any cleaning, maintenance, repair or replacement procedure, read all the instructions
carefully, ensure to turn the machine OFF.
•Do not operate the machine near toxic, dangerous, flammable and/or explosive powders, liquids or vapor.
This machine is not suitable for collecting dangerous powders.
•Do not wear jewelry when working near electrical components.
•Do not work under the lifted machine without supporting it with safety stands.
WARNING!
•This machine is intended for COMMERCIAL USE, for example in hotels, schools, hospitals, factories,
shops, offices and rental businesses.
•Machines left unattended shall be secured against unintentional movement.
•In order to prevent unauthorized use of the machine, the power source shall be switched off or locked.
•Check the machine carefully before each use. Ensure that all the components have been well assembled
before use. Loose components may cause damage to people and properties.
•Never move the machine by pulling the cable. Do not pass the cable through a closed door or wind the
cable around sharp edges or corners. Do not run the machine over the cable. Keep the cable away from
heated surfaces.
•To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, or injury, make sure machine is off before leaving.
•Use or store the machine indoors in dry conditions, it is not allowed for outdoor use.
•The machine storage and working temperature must be between 0 °C and +40 °C, the humidity of air
must be between 30% - 95%.
•Do not use the machine on slopes with a gradient exceeding the specifications shown.
•When using and handling floor cleaning detergents, follow the instructions on the labels of the detergent
bottles and wear suitable gloves and other protective devices.
•In case of machine malfunctions, ensure that these are not due to lack of maintenance. If necessary,
request assistance from the authorized personnel or from an authorized Service Center.
•Take all necessary precautions to prevent hair, jewelry, and loose clothes from being caught by the
machine moving parts.
•Do not use the machine in particularly dusty areas.
•Do not wash the machine with direct or pressured water jets, or with corrosive substances.
•Do not bump into shelves or scaffoldings, especially where there is a risk of falling objects.
•Do not lean liquid containers on the machine, use the relevant can holder.
•In case of fire, use a dry powder fire extinguisher. Do not use liquid fire extinguishers.
•Do not remove or modify the machine labels.
•Pay attention during machine transportation when temperature is below freezing point. The water in the
recovery tank and in the hoses could freeze and cause serious damage to the machine.
•If spare parts need be replaced, order ORIGINAL spare parts from an Authorized Dealers or Retailers.
•Return the machine to the Service Center if it doesn’t work as usual or it is damaged.
•To ensure machine proper and safe operation, the scheduled maintenance shown in the relevant chapter
of this Manual, must be performed by the authorized personnel or an authorized Dealers or Retailers.

•This machine is a cleaning tool only and is not intended for any other purpose.
•Always keep the openings free from dust, hairs and any other foreign material which could reduce the air
flow. Do not use the machine if the openings are clogged.
•Use the machine only where proper lighting is provided.
•This machine is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or
mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge.
•Close attention is necessary when used near children.
•Children should be supervised to ensure that they do not play with the machine.
•While using this machine, take care not to cause damage to people or objects.
•Cleaning and user maintenance shall not be made by children without supervision.
•Operators shall be adequately instructed on the use of these machines.
•This appliance incorporates an earth connection for functional purposes only
•If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similarly
qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
•Removing the plug from the socket-outlet during cleaning or maintenance and when replacing parts or
converting the machine to another function

OPERATING GUIDE
Read operators manual thoroughly prior to operating or servicing this machine
1) Using a hose or bucket, fill tank with a maximum of 1 gallon of water (water temperature is less than
50℃).
Do not use flammable liquids or operate machine in or near flammable liquids or vapors
2)Connect the solution hose and vacuum hose to the machine.
3) Connect the power cable to a grounded wall outlet. (see grounding instructions)
MACHINE OPERATION
PRIOR TO REMOVING SPOTS
1) Inspect power cable for damage. Replace cable if damage is found.
2) Vacuum carpet to remove debris prior to extracting the spot.
SPOT REMOVAL
1) Place the power switch in the “I” position.
NOTE: Solution will only spray when the spray handle (on the hand tool) is pulled.
2) To start cleaning, pull the spray handle (hand tool) and begin to pull the tool backwards over the spot.
3) Release spray handle when you have reached the end of the spot. Continue to pull hand tool back for an-
other 4 inches to pick up excess solution.
4) Continue until spot is removed.

OPERATING HINTS
1) Use cool water only. Hot water may set a stain.
2) Continually check for foam buildup in recovery tank. Use a distributor recommended foam control solu-
tion.
NOTE: Excessive foam buildup will cause damage to the vacuum motor.
3) Repeat extraction path on heavily soiled areas.
4) When recovery of the dirty solution ends, or the solution tank is empty, you must drain the recovery tank. (see
TANK DRAINING)

1) Turn machine off and unplug from power source.
2) Disconnect solution and vacuum hoses from front of machine.
3) Unhook clamps on recovery tank and remove recovery tank from machine.
4) Carry solution tank to an approved drain and dump out contents.
DRAINING RECOVERY TANK
1) Turn off machine and unplug from power source.
2) Unhook clamps on recovery tank and remove recovery tank from machine.
3) Carry recovery tank to an approved drain and dump out contents.
4) Rinse recovery tank with clean water.
5) Assembled the machine again.
MAINTENANCE
To keep the machine performing well for many years, please follow the following maintenance procedures.
!!! Always confirm that the machine is unplugged prior to performing any maintenance or
repairs!!!
DAILY MAINTENANCE

1) When cleaning operation is complete for the day, drain and rinse the recovery tank thoroughly with clean
water.
2) Remove remaining solution from solution tank.
3) Remove vacuum filter and rinse with clean water.
4) Replace filter when dry.
5) Remove and inspect spray jet. If necessary, clean jet.
NOTE: Do not clean jet with a pointed object, as it will damage the jets.
6) Check brush strip & remove any debris or carpet fibers.
7) Check pick-up head-on hand tool and remove any debris or carpet fibers.
8) Clean machine with a nonabrasive cleaner.
9) Inspect power cable for any damage. Replace if necessary.
MONTHLY MAINTENANCE
1) Flush pump & plumbing with an acetic acid solution to dissolve any chemical buildup.
Mixing Instructions:
a) Premix 8 oz. of an acetic acid solution with 1 gallon of water and pour into solution tank.
Turn vacuum / pump switch on.
b) Put floor tool head over floor drain and pull solution trigger for one (1) minute.
c) Turn machine off and allow remaining solution to sit in machine overnight.
d) The following day spray out remaining solution and flush system again with 1 gallon of clean water.
2) Inspect machine for water leaks.
3) Check machine for loose or missing nuts, screw and bolts and replace as necessary.
MACHINE STORAGE
1) Prior to storing the machine, ensure the solution and recovery tanks are clean and empty of any solution.
2) Store machine in upright position in a dry area, with the vacuum hose removed for air circulation.
NOTE: If you are storing the machine in an area which can freeze, be sure both tanks and the solution plumbing are empty of all
water and dry!

Scrap the machine by the qualified waste treatment institution.
Before the machine is scrapped, please take away and segregate below subassembly that relevant laws and regula-
tions request must be disposed in appropriate way.

Копията от оригинала на декларацията за съответствие се предоставят заедно с документация на уреда.
РЕЗЕРВНИ ЧАСТИ И ПОДДРЪЖКА
Всички необходими процедури за експлоатация, поддръжка и ремонт трябва да се извършват от квалифициран персонал, или
одобрен от нашата фирма сервизен център. Могат да се използват само оригинални или одобрени резервни части и аксесоари.

ОБЩИ НАСОКИ ЗА БЕЗОПАСНОСТ
Общи положения - Тази машина за почистване на килими трябва да бъде заземена, докато се използва, за
да предпази оператора от токов удар. Машината е снабдена с триконтактен щепсел за заземяване, за да
може да използва подходящия контакт за заземяване. Зеленият (или зелено-жълтият) проводник от кабела
е заземяващият проводник. Никога не свързвайте този проводник с друг контакт, освен с заземителния
контакт на щепсела за захранване.
Тази машина е предназначена за захранваща мрежа с напрежение 220-240-волта и има заземяващ съединител,
който прилича на съединителя, показан на фигурата по-долу. Уверете се, че машината е свързана към контакт
със същата конфигурация като щепсела. С тази машина не изисква използването на адаптер.
Специфични предупреждения и предпазни мерки относно риска от евентуални наранявания за хората и щети
за уреда, както е указано по-долу.

•Този уред трябва да се използва само от обучени и упълномощени служители, съгласно напътствията в
това ръководство.
•Преди да извършите каквато и да е процедура за почистване, поддръжка, ремонт или подмяна,
прочетете внимателно всички инструкции и се уверете, че сте изключили машината.
•Не работете с уреда в близост до токсични, опасни, лесно възпламеними и/или взривоопасни прахове,
течности или пари. Уредът не е подходящ за събиране на опасен прах.
•Не носете бижута, когато работите в близост до електрически компоненти.
•Не работете под уреда, когато е повдигнат, освен ако не се уверите, че е добре обезопасен.

•Тази машина е предназначена за ПРОФЕСИОНАЛНА употреба, например в хотели, училища,
болници, фабрики, магазини, офиси или фирми за отдаване под наем.
•Уредите, оставени без надзор, трябва да бъдат обезопасени срещу неволно движение.
•За да се предотврати неразрешено използване на машината, източникът на захранване трябва да бъде
изключен или заключен.

•Използвайте и съхранявайте устройството на закрито, в сухи помещения, употребата на открито не е
разрешена.
•Както температурата за съхранение, така и работната температура, трябва да бъдат между 0°С и 40°С,
при влажност на въздуха в интервала 30% - 95%.
•Не използвайте уреда върху наклонени повърхности, чийто градус надвишава допустимия съгласно
спецификациите.
•При използване и работа с почистващи препарати за подови настилки, следвайте инструкциите на
етикетите на бутилките и носете подходящи ръкавици и други защитни приспособления.
•При поява на дефект се уверете, че причината не е поради липсата на поддръжка. Ако е необходимо,
поискайте съдействие от упълномощени лица или оторизирани сервизни центрове.
