ASSEMBLY STEPS
STEP 1

Assemble the Le and Right Crossbars (2, 3) to the Legs (4, 5) using M8x47 bolts (B) and tighten with
the 5mm Allen Wrench (G). Make sure tabs on either crossbar are facing out as shown below.

Place the Side Brackets (8) on the legs as shown, then insert and tighten M6x10 bolts (C) using the
4mm Allen Wrench (I).
Assemble the side brackets (5) to the legs using M6x10 bolts (B) and tighten with the 4mm Allen
wrench (E). Insert the anti-vibration pads (H) into the desktop mounting holes in the crossbar and side
brackets.

Assemble Le and Right Crossbars (2, 3) using Crossbar Connector (10) and M6x12 bolts (E) and 4mm
Allen Wrench (I). Crossbars must be assembled to outer spacing, with a 4.3" (10.9cm) center gap. Place
the feet (7) on the legs as shown, then insert and tighten M6x35 bolts (D) using the 5mm Allen Wrench
(G). Screw the Foot Pads (A) into the feet.

Insert the Sync Rod (6) into the non-motorized Leg (4). Loosen the knob on the sync rod, then extend
the rod onto the Leg with Motor (5) and tighten the knob. Tighten the set screw on the end of the sync
rod using the 2mm Allen Wrench (H). Insert the Anti-vibration pads (L) into the desktop mounting
holes in the crossbar and side brackets.
Insert Wood Dowel Pins (J) into the predrilled holes on the edges of Desktop (1) and connect all
sections together. Fit center sections together first, then add the sides. Once assembled, attach
Connectors (9) with M5x16 screws (F) and a Phillips screwdriver.

Carefully place assembled desk frame upside down ontop of assembled Desktop (1). Secure the frame
to the desktop using M5x16 screws (F) and a Phillips screwdriver.
Mount the control panel (11) to the desktop (1) using M5x16 screws (F) with a Phillips screwdriver.
Connect the AC adapter (12) and motor to the control panel. Organize cables using the cable clips (K).

CAUTION!

weight limit.
Keep area of vertical
motion free of
obstacles.
Keep weight on desk
balanced for correct
operation and longer
life of components.
Leave enough slack in
cables to allow for full
range of vertical motion.
STEP 8
Carefully turn the desk right side up and connect the AC adapter (12) to a wall outlet. If necessary, adjust
foot pads (A) to level the desk. The desk is now ready for use. Please refer to the Controller User Guide
for operating instructions.
