Attach support plates (C) to legs (A) using flat head screws (D) and
tighten using allen wrench (F).

Slide rocker bar (B) into mounts on support plates (C) as shown in
diagram. Secure rocker bar (B) in place using pan head screws (E)
and tighten using allen wrench (F).
