GENERAL PRECAUTIONS.
This product is not a toy. Children should be supervised to ensure they do not play with, or climb on, the LARGE TOOL CHEST.
Ensure the LARGE TOOL CHEST is positioned on a flat, dry, stable surface, away from sources of heat or ignition.
Keep the LARGE TOOL CHEST and its accessories away from heat, direct sunlight, liquids, debris and any sharp edges in order
to prevent damage to the product.
DO NOT climb, sit or stand on this product.
DO NOT mount this product on a truck bed or any other moving object
DO NOT open more than one drawer at a time otherwise the product may become unstable and tip.
ALWAYS close and lock all drawers before moving this product.
ALWAYS use the brakes when not moving the LARGE TOOL CHEST

Place the TOOL CHEST on a level surface and remove the
TOOL BOX from the TOOL CHEST.
Remove SCREWS with a SCREWDRIVER (not supplied).
ASSEMBLY
If CASTER assembly is loose, using a screwdriver slightly spread
apart the split bearing on the shaft. If CASTER is tight, crimp
split bearing with pliers. Make only small adjustments until
CASTER fits.
The HOOKS provided can be fitted into the side of the TOOL
CHEST. These can be used to store hanging tools.
4. HANDLE ASSEMBLY
Open the TOOL CHEST lid and remove the bars to access the
drawers. The bars can be replaced to stop the drawers opening if
you choose to store this inside the TOOL BOX.
Insert the handle into the two slots and fix into place with
the BOLTS provided using an ADJUSTABLE WRENCH (not
supplied).

6. MONTAGE DU CROCHET
Les CROCHETS fournis peuvent être installés sur les côtés de la
CAISSE À OUTILS. Ils peuvent être utilisés pour suspendre des
outils.
Si l’assemblage des ROULETTES est mal fixé, écartez légère-
ment, à l’aide d’un tournevis, les roulements coupés de la tige.
Si la ROULETTE est serrée, pincez le roulement coupé à l’aide
d’une pince. Réalisez uniquement des petits réglages jusqu’à ce
que la ROULETTE soit bien en place.
Ouvrez le couvercle de la CAISSE À OUTILS et retirez les barres
pour accéder aux tiroirs. Les barres peuvent être réinstallées pour
empêcher l’ouverture des tiroirs si vous décidiez de stocker ceci à
l’intérieur de la BOÎTE À OUTILS.
Placez la CAISSE À OUTILS sur une surface plane et retirez la
BOÎTE À OUTILS de la CAISSE À OUTILS.
Retirez les VIS à l’aide d’un TOURNEVIS (non fourni).

6. MONTAGE DES HAKENS
Wenn die Montage der ROLLEN lose ist, spreizen Sie das
geteilte Lager mit einem Schraubendreher leicht auf der Welle.
Wenn die ROLLE fest ist, das Lager mit einer Zange quetschen.
Machen Sie nur kleine Anpassungen bis die ROLLE passt.
Öffnen Sie den Deckel der WERKZEUGKISTE und entfernen Sie
die Stangen, um auf die Schubladen zugreifen zu können. Die
Stangen können ausgetauscht werden, um das Öffnen der Schub-
laden zu stoppen, wenn Sie diese in dem WERKZEUGKASTEN

6. MONTAJE DEL ENGANCHE.
Si el ensamblaje de las RUEDAS está suelto, utilice un destornil-

las RUEDAS están apretadas, doble el soporte con unos alicates.
Realice solo pequeños ajustes hasta que las RUEDAS encajen.

6. MONTAGGIO DEI GANCI
Se il montaggio delle ROTELLE è lento, utilizzando un cacciavite
allargare leggermente lo split sull’asse. Se la ROTELLA è stretta,
chiudere lo split con delle pinze. Apportare solo piccole rego-
lazioni fino a sistemare le ROTELLE.
Aprire il coperchio del PORTA ATTREZZI e rimuovere le staffe per
accedere ai cassetti. Le staffe possono essere riposizionate per
bloccare l’apertura dei cassetti se si sceglie di conservarlo all’inter-
no della SCATOLA DEGLI ATTREZZI.
Posizionare il PORTA ATTREZZI su una superficie a livello e
rimuovere la SCATOLA DEGLI ATTREZZI dal PORTA ATTREZ-
ZI.
Rimuovere le VITI con un CACCIAVITE (non fornito).
