We would like to congratulate you on the purchase of the ultrasound system
VOSS.sonic 360. It is now possible to have a deterrent covering a full circum-
ference! The VOSS.sonic 360 is an all-rounder, which you can use against
martens, dogs, cats and other animals and has been specially designed for
the removal of martens from cars.

Installation and Positioning:
The VOSS.sonic 360 is splash-proof and can be used both indoors and
outdoors.
The device is simply placed on the oor. The feet protect the distributor
from moisture from below. When using outdoors, care should be taken
that no water can enter the unit. The ultrasound deterrent is rain and
weatherproof, but should not be placed with the underside in the water,
for example, in a puddle.
Please note:
Ultrasounds move straight and do
not penetrate building materials.
If there are any objects in front of
the unit, the ultrasound signal will
not be active. It may be necessary
to set up several devices to ensure a
complete deterrent zone. The device
emits ultrasonic sounds which are
hardly audible to the human ear. Do
not allow children to sit or play in the
area of the ultrasound.
Preparation:
To insert the batteries, remove the battery cover by opening the 4 screws.
Insert the batteries into the compartment as shown in the diagram. Please
ensure that the seal sits perfectly and that the cover is kept clean.
When using the unit with the power supply, open the moisture seal of the
jack and connect the cable. Simultaneous operation of battery and 230 V

power supply is possible. The device then switches automatically to the 230
volt operation (the batteries are then switched o). Plug the mains adapter
into the socket.
The connection cable has a length of ve meters. The mains adapter is
splash proof and is suitable for outdoor use. If you wish to switch from
battery to mains mode during use of the VOSS.sonic 360, simply plug the
power adapter into the unit and the battery is disconnected. If you want to
switch back to battery operation, remove the mains plug. This will discharge
the batteries.
Place the appliance where you want to deter animals. The all-round protec-
tion from the VOSS.sonic 360 oers you for the rst time the possibility to
completely protect your car by placing the device under the car in the midd-
le. You can also put it on the ground and then drive over it You should have
a height of at least 12cm from the ground to the vehicle. If you are using the
VOSS.sonic 360 using a mains adapter, you should not drive over the cables.
It is possible to operate the VOSS.sonic 360 mounted from the ceiling. For
this purpose, holes with 4.5 mm Ø are available in the 3 stands. This variant
is only permissible in roofed rooms if it is ensured that no water (for example,
condensation water) drips onto the unit.
The VOSS.sonic 360 can be used in all areas and will protect a space of up to
700 m², depending on local conditions. Ensure that no external land is used
without the consent of the owner.
The unit is now ready for operation.
Use:
Use the magnet to turn on the unit at the designated point (Figure 1) and
set it to the desired level. Three circularly arranged infrared motion sensors
detect the approaching animals in the range of 360 degrees. The ultrasound
signals are emitted all around , in circular movements, by 3 loudspeakers.
The dierent ultrasound signals are usually not audible for people, only
those who are really sensitive and have a good hearing will notice a low
noise. For animals, however, it is so unpleasant that they leave the audible
area. If animals do not react immediately, it is because they still have to
understand that this area is unpleasant for them. If the infrared sensor
detects no further movements, the device switches to the power saving /
standby mode.
After a power failure (In 230-volt operation), the device must be started
again with the magnet.

Settings:
Switch on the VOSS.sonic 360 by touching the switching point once with the
supplied magnet. The rst stage is automatically set.
To set the second level, touch the switch point again. For the third and
fourth level, repeat the second stage. When you have selected a mode, the
unit will respond by repeating the respective ashing signal three times.
Level 0: Unit is o (no ashing signal)
Level 1: Martins, Dogs, Cats and other animals (3x1 ashing signal)
Level 2: Dogs and Cats (3x2 ashing signals)
Level 3: Cats (3x3 ashing signals)
Level 4: Mixed frequencies of levels 1-3 with dierent lengths
(3x4 ashing signals)
If the VOSS.sonic 360 is triggered, the signal lamp lights up for the duration
of the process.
The signal light will ash green at regular intervals when it is in the standby
mode at the respective levels.
To turn the unit o, use the magnet again. Place the magnet at the specied
point (Figure 1) for more than 2 sec. until the unit stops ashing. If you lose
the supplied magnet, you can order one from us or use any other magnet.

Maintenance:
1. When not in use, store the unit in a dry place, and remove the batteries
and the power supply.
2. Keep the unit free from snow and ice in winter to guarantee a perfect
performance. Hoarfrost acts as an impermeable lter.
3. If problems occur, check the battery or power adapter. If this is not the
cause, please contact us.
4. Do not expose the device to aggressive substances or gases.
5. If the „Red“ control LED lights up, please replace the batteries.
