WASP 3D printers are de-
signed and CERTIFIED accord-
ing to the european Directive
2006/42/EC (Machinery Direc-
tive). All machines display the
identication and EC Ruling
conformity plate. The ma-
chines are also equipped with
the instruction manual and
the Declaration of Confor-
mity to the European Directive
2006/42/EC and to its various
amendments; this allows to
sell WASP 3D printers freely in
all Countries belonging to the
European Community.
Entirely designed and pro-
duced in Italy.

den das Bedienungshandbuch

linien 2006/42/CE und den
entsprechenden Gesetzesän-
derungen mitgelierfert; das
ermöglicht den freien Verkauf
der 3D Drucker WASP in der
gesamten EU.

Garanzia
La stampante 3D WASP è
garantita per 24 mesi dalla
data di fatturazione per i clienti
privati e 12 mesi per le aziende
o partita IVA, salvo diversi
accordi scritti.
La garanzia copre tutti i difetti
di materiali e di fabbricazione e
prevede la sostituzione di parti
di ricambio o la riparazione dei
pezzi difettosi esclusivamente
a nostra cura e presso la no-
stra ofcina.
In caso di reso per ripara-
zione in garanzia, il cliente è
obbligato a spedire a WASP
sempre la stampante completa
o dove possibile solo il pezzo
da cambiare.
Il materiale in riparazione
dovrà essere inviato in PORTO
FRANCO.
A riparazione avvenuta, il
dispositivo sarà inviato in
PORTO ASSEGNATO al Cliente.
La garanzia NON prevede
l’intervento di nostri tecnici sul
luogo di impiego della stam-
pante, né il suo smontaggio.
Nel caso in cui, per esigenze
pratiche, dovesse essere invi-
ato un nostro tecnico, la pre-
stazione di manodopera sarà
fatturata ai prezzi correnti, più
eventuale trasferta e spese di
viaggio.
Sono esclusi dalla garanzia:
+guasti causati da utilizzo
improprio o montaggio
non corretti,
+guasti causati da agenti
esterni,
+guasti causati da incuria o
scarsa manutenzione,
+ l’utilizzo di materiali non
idonei e di li di stampa
non impiegabili con le
stampanti Delta 2040.
LA GARANZIA DECADE:
+ in caso di morosità o altre
inadempienze contrattuali,
+qualora fossero fatte, sen-
za nostro consenso, ripa-
razioni o modifiche alle
nostre stampanti
+qualora il n° di matricola
venisse manomesso o
cancellato,
+qualora il danno venisse
causato da un utilizzo
scorretto, così come da
cattivo trattamento qua-
li colpi, cadute ed altre
cause non attribuibili a
condizioni normali di fun-
zionamento,
+qualora il dispositivo ri-
sultasse smontato, ma-
nomesso o riparato da
personale non autorizzato
da WASP.
+qualora la stampante fosse
rispedita in azienda all’in-
terno di un imballaggio
differente da quello fornito
al momento dell’acquisto.
+qualora sulla stampante
venissero aggiunti o mon-
tati componenti non di
produzione WASP.
Le riparazioni effettuate in
garanzia non interrom-
pono la durata della
stessa.
Per ogni controversia il
Foro Competente è quello
di Ravenna.
Vi ringraziamo anticipata-

e Vi invitiamo a segnalarci
eventuali suggerimenti che
riterrete necessarie per ren-

Warranty
WASP 3D printer has a 24
month warranty from the
date of the invoice for private
customers and a 12 month
warranty for companies or
workers with VAT number,
unless otherwise stated in
writing.
The warranty covers all manu-
facturing and material defects.
Replacements and repair op-
erations are covered only if
carried out by our company
and at our servicing shop.
In case of return for repair
under warranty, the customer
must always send to WASP the
whole printer or, if possible,
only the place which must be
replaced.
The material to be repaired
will have to be sent CARRIAGE
FREE.
Once the machine has been
repaired, it will be sent to the
customer CARRIAGE FOR-
WARD.
The warranty covers neither
the technicians’ intervention
on site nor the machine dis-
assembly from the installation.
If for practical reasons, one of
our technicians is sent on site,
the customer will be charged
the costs plus the travelling
expenses.
The warranty does not in-
clude:
+failure caused by wrong
use or assembly,
+ failure caused by external
agents,
+failure caused by lack of
maintenance or careless-
ness,
+the use of non suitable
materials and of printing
laments which can not
be used with Delta 2040
printers.
WARRANTY FORFEITURE:
+In case of arrearage or
other breaches of con-
tract,
+Whenever changes or
repairs are carried out on
our printers without our
prior authorization
+Whenever the serial num-
ber is tampered with or
cancelled,
+Whenever the damage is
caused by improper use,
bad treatment, bumps,
falls and other causes not
due to normal working
conditions,

The repairs under manufac-
turer’s warranty do not

All disputes will be

Keine Garantiereparaturen
sind bei einzelnen beschädig-
ten Teilen akzeptiert.
Die zu reparierenden Teile
müssen uns FREI HAUS zu-
geschickt werden.
Nach der Reparatur wird
die Maschine dem Kunden
TRANSPORTKOSTEN ZU LAS-
TEN DES EMPFÄNGERS zu-
rückgeschickt.
Die Garantie beinhaltet weder
die Wartung durch unsere
Techniker am Betriebsort noch
den Abbau des Druckers von
der Anlage. Sollte es notwen-
dig sein, dass einer unserer
Techniker ausgeschickt wird,
so wird die Leistung zum
Marktpreis plus Dienstreise
und eventuellen Reisespesen
verrechnet.
Ausgenommen von der Ga-
rantie sind:
+Schäden, verursacht durch

Montage;
+Schäden, verursacht durch

Reparaturen, die innerhalb

Für jede Rechtsfrage ist

CADUCIDAD DE LA

Vorstellung der
Gesellschaft
Das CSP (Projektentwicklung-
szentrum) wurde ungefähr vor
zwanzig Jahren von Massimo
Moretti als Firma, die sich mit
innovativen Projektentwick-

Presentación de la
empresa
El CSP (Centro Desarrollo
Proyectos) fue fundado hace
veinte años por la mente prolí-
ca de Massimo Moretti, como
una empresa que se ocupa del
desarrollo de proyectos in-
novadores. Los antecedentes
de este nacimiento hablan de
una experiencia que abarca
más de 50 años: Massimo,
cuando era un niño, observaba
a su padre trabajar en su taller
y estaba fascinado por ese
pequeño mundo en el que, a
partir de materias primas, se
llegaba al producto acabado;
con su padre construye juegos
y aprende a “fabricar”.
La empresa se caracteriza
por la búsqueda continua de
nuevas ideas y proyectos a
desarrollar. La curiosidad y
la conanza en sus propias
ideas, la innovación y la inves-
tigación son la clave para cada
proyecto creado por Massimo
y su equipo.
WASP es CSP, Centro Desarrol-
lo Proyectos, es universidad,
investigación, pasión. Una
sinergia de elementos perfec-
tamente integrados y colab-
orativos que trabajan para la
investigación y la innovación
en el campo de los Fabricantes
desarrollando máquinas que
imprimen y fresan, sino que
también quieren mejorar el
mundo en el que viven.
Gracias a todo esto hoy tene-
mos la posibilidad de fabricar
objetos que imaginamos,
recreándolos en 3D utilizando
el software CAD o mediante la
descarga de proyectos “open
source” a través de Internet.
El proyecto se autonancia,
produciendo impresoras 3D
pequeñas pero versátiles a un
precio accesible a todos, difun-
diendo las tecnologías y los
conocimientos para favorecer
la microempresa y modicar
el enfoque para el trabajo, o
creándolo.
Artesanos, diseñadores, acio-
nados, laboratorios, escuelas,
todos tienen acceso a las
tecnologías avanzadas, tales
como el diseño y la impresión
3D, mecanización por control
numérico (fresas, CNC), con-
virtiendo las ideas en objetos.
La producción WASP, además
de la impresora Delta 2040,
también incluye los siguientes
dispositivos:
- DeltaWASP 4070 con área de
impresión de 400 mm x 600
mm, denición de impresión
100 micras
- DeltaWASP 60100 con área
de impresión de 600 mm x
1000 mm, denición de impre-
sión 100 micras
- PowerWASP EVO (la primera

1.0 Trasporto
Per il trasporto della stam-
pante 3D è possibile impie-
gare solo il sistema indicato a
continuazione. In ogni caso,
assicurarsi che il mezzo di
trasporto e di sollevamento
sia in grado di reggere il peso
della stampante con il suo
imballo (circa 25kg per delta
2040, 160kg per delta 4070):
+Trasporto in scatola di
cartone.
ATTENZIONE
Il personale addetto alla ma-
nipolazione del carico è bene
che operi con guanti protettivi.
ATTENZIONE
Nel sollevare o movimentare la
stampante 3D o una qualsiasi
sua parte, provvedere a far
sgomberare la zona delle ope-
razioni, considerando anche
una sufciente area di sicu-
rezza intorno ad essa, onde
evitare danni a persone o ad
oggetti che possano trovarsi
nel raggio di manovra.
ATTENZIONE
Tutti gli optional ordinati in-
sieme alla stampante sono
imballati a parte o inseriti nello
stesso imballo.
1.1 Trasporto in
scatola di cartone
La stampante viene inserita
all’interno di una scatola di
cartone con dimensioni 51cm
x 58cm x 100cm (vedi g.1).
Per evitare che possa muo-
versi all’interno della scatola
vengono inserite due cufe
in polietilene espanso per
rendere stabile la stampante e
proteggerla da urti. All’interno
la stampante è coperta da
un nastro di cellophane. Per
alcune consegne è prevista
la reggiatura. Il sollevamento
della scatola può essere ef-
fettuato anche manualmente
(visto il modico peso) ma
almeno da due persone. Per
il modello 4070 è previsto un
imballaggio di legno.
ATTENZIONE
Prima di procedere alla sua
movimentazione ed apertu-
ra, seguire quanto indicato
sull’imballo.

1.1 Transport in
cardboard box
The printer is inserted inside
a cardboard box with the
following dimensions 51cm
x 58cm x 100cm (see picture
1). In order to avoid any
movement of the printer, two
casings made of polyethylene
foam are added inside the
box to make the printer more
stable and to protect it from
any impact.
The printer is covered inside
by a cellophane tape. In some
cases for the delivery the
strapping is needed. The box
can also be lifted manually
(since the weight has a low
value) but at least by two
people. For model 4070 a
wooden packaging is needed.

Follow the directions on the
packaging before handling and
opening it.

1.1 Transport in
Kartonschachtel
Der Drucker wird in eine Kar-
tonschachtel positioniert. Die
Masse der Verpackung sind
51cm x 58cm x 100cm (siehe
Abbildung 1).

lenschaum werden in die
Schachtel positioniert gestellt
um die Bewegung innerhalb
der Schachtel zu vermeiden.
Der Drucker ist mit einer Cel-
lophanfolie bedeckt.
Für einige Lieferungen werden
Bänder verwandt.
Die Kartonschachtel kann auch
manuell (die Verpackung ist
leicht) doch mindestens von
zwei Personen gehoben wer-
den. Für delta 4070 wird eine
Holzverpackung verwandt.
ACHTUNG
Vor dem Handling oder Aus-
packen sind die Anweisun-
gen auf der Verpackung zu
beachten.

1.1 Transport dans une
boîte en carton
L’imprimante est insérée dans
une boîte en carton dont les
dimensions sont 51cm x 58cm
x 100cm (voir fig.1). Deux
éléments en mousse de polyé-
thylène sont insérés à l’inté-
rieur de la boîte an d’éviter
qu’elle puisse bouger et an
de rendre stable l’imprimante
en la protégeant des chocs.
A l’intérieur l’imprimante est
couverte d’un cellophane.
Le cerclage est prévu pour
quelques livraisons. La boîte
peut être aussi soulevée ma-
nuellement (comme son poids
est modique) mais au moins
par deux personnes. Pour le
modèle 4070 il est prévu un
emballage en bois.
ATTENTION
Avant de déplacer et d’ouvrir
la boîte, suivre les instructions
écrites sur l’emballage.

1.1 Transporte en caja
de cartón
La impresora se coloca den-
tro de una caja de cartón
con dimensiones de 51cm x
58cm x 100cm (véase gura
1). Para evitar que pueda
moverse dentro de la caja se
insertan dos protecciones de
polietileno espumado para
hacer estable la impresora
y protegerla de choques. En
el interior la impresora está
cubierta por una cinta de ce-
lofán. Para algunas entregas
está prevista la jación por
correas. El levantamiento de la
caja también puede llevarse a
cabo manualmente (conside-
rado el peso modesto), pero
por lo menos por medio de
dos personas. Para el modelo
4070 hay que utilizar una caja
de madera.
CUIDADO
Antes de su abertura y mane-
jo, por favor siga lo indicado
en el embalaje.

Se la stampante viene ricevuta
in scatola di cartone procedere
al suo disimballo servendosi
di un taglierino. Sollevare le
quattro ali di cartone superiori,
quindi sollevare la stampante
e slarla dall’imballo.
Prima di rimuovere la stam-
pante togliere la cufa supe-
riore in polietilene espanso e i
due angolari di cartone.

Before removing the printer,
extract the upper polyethyl-
ene foam casing and the two

1.3 Auspacken
Wenn die Maschine in einer

packen Sie sie durch ein Pa-
piermesser aus. Die vier obere
Kartonügel heben, dann den
Drucker heben und ihn aus der
Verpackung herausziehen. Vor
der Entfernung des Druckers
sind die obere Schutzhülle aus
Polyäthylenschaum und die
zwei Kantenschutzprole aus
Karton herauszuziehen.
ACHTUNG
+Die originelle Verpackung
des Druckers behalten und sie
für die mögliche Wiederver-
sand der Maschine zur Firma
benutzen.
+Darauf achten, die Glas-
äche nicht zu beschädigen.
+Die Verpackung ist an Fir-
men, die für Entsorgung und
Recycling zuständig sind, zu
übergeben.
+Vom oben prüfen, ob mög-
liche Sätze bzw. Einrichtungen
auf den Seiten der Verpackung
positioniert worden sind, da-
nach ist die Seite der Ver-
packung auszuwählen, die
zuerst ausgepackt werden soll,
um den Inhalt der Schachtel
nicht zu beschädigen.
1.3 Déballage

à l’aide d’un cutter. Soulever
les quatre rabats en carton
supérieurs, ensuite soulever
l’imprimante et l’enlever de
son emballage. Avant de dé-
placer l’imprimante enlever
l’élément supérieur en mousse
de polyéthylène et les deux
cornières en carton.
ATTENTION
+Conserver l’emballage origi-
nal de l’imprimante an de le
réutiliser en cas de retour de
la machine à la Société.
+Faire toujours très attention
à ne pas abîmer la surface
en verre.
+ L’emballage doit être livré
à des sociétés chargées de
l’élimination et du recyclage.
+Contrôler du haut si des
groupes ou des accessoires
ont été appuyés sur les côtés
de l’emballage, et ensuite
choisir la paroi de l’emballage
à enlever la première pour ne
pas endommager le contenu
de la caisse.

1.4 Lagerung
Während des Transports oder
bei der Lagerung dürfen Tem-
peraturen zwischen -5 und 50°
C nicht über- oder unterschrit-
ten werden.
Bei der Lagerung des Druckers
darauf achten, dass der Lager-
raum nicht zu feucht ist.
ACHTUNG
Bei der Lagerung die die Ge-
räte enthaltenden Kisten nie
überlagern.
2.0 Dati di
etichettatura
La stampante riporta sulla
parte interiore superiore la
targhetta di identificazione
del costruttore e di conformità
alle NORME CE 2006/42/CE,
rappresentata anche sotto in
gura 2.
La targhetta non deve, per
nessun motivo, essere rimos-
sa, anche se la stampante
dovesse venire rivenduta. Per
qualsiasi comunicazione con
il costruttore citare sempre il
numero di matricola (riportato
sulla targhetta stessa).
Su alcune parti della stampan-
te sono inoltre applicati alcuni
pittogrammi indicanti avver-
tenze di sicurezza che devono
essere attentamente rispettate
da chiunque si appresti a
usarla. Il mancato rispetto di
quanto prescritto, solleva la
Ditta costruttrice da eventuali
danni o infortuni a persone
o cose, che ne potrebbero
derivare, e rende l’operatore
stesso unico responsabile
verso gli organi competenti.
2.0 Labelling
data
The manufacturer’s identica-
tion and EC standard 2006/42/
EC conformity plate (see pic-
ture 2)is on the internal upper
part of the printer.
The plate must not be re-
moved at all, even if the
printer is resold. Always refer
to the serial number (written
on the plate itself) when con-
tacting the manufacturer.
Several safety warnings are
placed on some components
of the printer; they must be
strictly followed by everyone
dealing with the machine.
The company is not to be
held responsible for damage
to property or accidents to
people which might occur if
the above-mentioned warn-
ings are not observed. In such
a case, the operator is the only
person responsible.
2.0 Kennzeichnungs-
schilder und Bildsym-
bole
Auf dem inneren oberen Teil
des Druckers befinden sich
das Kennzeichnungs- und
Konformitätsschild nach den
EG NORMEN 2006/42/EG,
siehe Abbildung 2.
Das Schild darf unter keinen
Umständen abgenommen
werden, auch im Falle ei-
nes Weiterverkaufs nicht. Bei
jeglicher Mitteilung an den
Hersteller bitte unbedingt die
Seriennummer auf dem Kenn-
zeichnungsschild angeben.
Auf einigen Teilen des Druckers
befinden sich Sicherheits-
symbole, die beim Bedienen
des Druckers unbedingt be-
achtet werden müssen. Der
unachtsame Umgang enthebt
die Herstellerrma jeglicher
Verantwortung im Fall von
Personen- oder Sachschä-
den und etwaigen daraus
resultierenden Folgen. Die
Verantwortung gegenüber den
zuständigen Kompetenzorga-
nen liegt allein beim Bediener.
1.4 Emmagasinage
Pendant le transport et l’em-
magasinage s’assurer que la
température soit entre -5 et
50° C. Au cas où l’imprimante
serait emmagasinée, s’assurer
qu’elle ne soit pas placée dans
un endroit avec une humidité
excessive.
ATTENTION
Pendant le stockage ne jamais
