SHOCK OR INJURE TO PERSONS, PLEASE FOLLOW THE
NEXT:
•Use only insulated staples or plastic ties to secure the
cords.
•Route and secure cords so that they will not be pinched or
damage when the cabinet is pushed to the wall.
•Position the portable cabinet light with respect to the
cabinet so the lamp replacement markings are able to be
read during relamping.
•Not intended for recessed installation in ceilings or soffits.
•Not intended for recessed installation in built-in
furnishings such a kitchen cabinet, china cabinet or trophy
case.
•Do not run line voltage power supply cord inside a wall,
ceilings or solid, similar to permanent structure.
•Do not run power supply cord through holes in wall,
ceilings or floors.
This cabinet light is intended for final installation into a cabinet
(open or unclosed). It is not intended for installation that is
integral to a building’s structure. For use only with other cabinet
lights and illuminated furniture wiring systems where the first
element in the series has a feet cord.

Assembly Instructions
OPTION # 1 AUDIO TOWER
Note: Please do not fully tighten all bolts until you finish assembling all parts, then go
back and fully tighten all bolts, this will make it easier during assembly of unit.
1. First you need to unpack the unit carefully and confirm that you have all
hardware and parts required.
2. Pick up the Top Light Panel (part G) and attach to the Left Side Panel (part B)
with two 1 1/4” Bolts and Flat Washers (part R & S) through the cleat into the
threaded inserts of the Left Side Panel (part B). As show in detail #1.
3. Attach the Top Front Stretcher (part E) to Left Side Panel (part B) by inserting
two end wood dowels into the upper holes without threaded inserts included on
the Left Side Panel (part B). Then fasten with the 1 1/4” Bolt (part R) through
the Flat Washer (part S) through the cleat into the threaded insert of the Left
Side Panel. As shown in detail # 1.
4. Proceed to fasten the Top Front Stretcher (part E) to Top Light Panel (part G)
with two 1 1/4” Bolts and Flat Washers (part R & S) provided.
5. Insert the Top Back Stretcher (part F) with two wood dowels into the pre-drilled
holes provided on the side surface of the Left Side Panel (part B), See detail #1.
6. Now place the Fix Frame (part J) on the middle of the Left Side Panel (part B)
and then attach with two 1 1/4” Bolts (part R) through the Flat Washers (part S)
through the cleat into the threaded insert of Left Side Panel (part B). As shown
in detail #1.
7. Insert with your hand two Mini cam Bolts (part P) on the bottom holes with
threaded insert of the Left Side Panel (part B). See detail #1.
8. Proceed to insert two Mini cam (part Q) into the hole of the Bottom Back
Stretcher (part H), as shown in detail # 1.
9. Attach the Bottom Back Stretcher (part H) to the Left Side Panel (part B). Note:
make sure that the Mini cam Bolt (part P) go all the way in, before turning the
Mini cam (part Q) with the Screwdriver until is tight. See detail #1.

10. Repeat steps 2, 3 and 5 through 9 to attach Right Side Panel (part C). As shown
in detail #1A.
11. Place the unit down on to the floor so you can attach the Back Panel (part I). Use the
pre-drill holes on the Back Panel as guide when attaching with the 5/8” screws (part X).
See detail #2.
Note: Make sure all the parts are
tight and there are no gaps between
the parts, this will help keep the
unit square.
12. Stand the unit upright and attach the
Top Front Molding (part N) with two
1 1/4” Bolts and Flat Washers
(part R & S) through the top holes
of the Side Panel (part B & C) into
the threaded inserts of the Top
Front Molding. See detail #3.

13. Proceed to attach the Top Left Molding
(part OL) with two 1 1/4” Bolts and
Flat Washers (part R & S) through
the side holes of the Left Side Panel
(part B) into the threaded inserts of
the Top Left Molding. See detail #4.
14. Repeat last step to assemble the Top
Right Molding (part OR).
15. Now place the Top Panel (part D) on the top of the assembly and use the pre-drill holes
on the Top Panel as guide when attaching with the 3/4” Small Bolts and Small Flat
Washer (part T & U), a total of eight. As shown in detail #5.

16. The Base (part A) can be made, so the doors can swing open to the right or left side, If
the door direction is not open as your desired, unscrew the Bottom Door Support and
attach to the opposite inside of the base by screwing back the bolts with flat washers, as
shown in detail # 6.
17. With the door open install the Base Adjustable Shelf (part M) with the
Shelf Pins with holes (part Z) at your desired height. See detail #7.
Note: Please secure the Base Adjustable Shelf in place with the 3x5/8”
Screws (part W) through the hole of the Shelf Pin (part Z) this for extra
support to the unit.

18. Now place the assembled Hutch on top of
the Base (part A). As shown in detail #8.
Note: Be careful when placing the Hutch
on top of the Base so that you will not
scratch the top surface.
19. At the back panel of the Top and
Base section you will find a set of
pilots holes at each side, screw the
Metal Brackets (part Y) with the 3/4”
Screws (part V), as shown in detail
#8.
20. Also for extra support you can attach
the molding of the side panel to the
Base top, by screwing the “L”
bracket attach to the molding from
inside the side panel to the top with
the 5/8” Screw (part W) through each
bracket pre-attached to the bottom of
the molding one at each end. See
detail #8A.
21. Install the Adjustable Frame (part K)
at your desired height with the Shelf
Pins with holes (part Z) and secure
the adjustable frame in place with the
3x5/8” Screw (part W). As shown in
detail #9.
22. Proceed to place the Glass for Frame
(part L) onto the Fix Frame (part J)
and Adjustable Frame (part K);
make sure that the glass sits
completely inside of the grooves. As
shown in detail #9.

23. This unit has a sensor, to turn
the lights ON/OFF only you will
need to touch the bolt on the
right side corner under the Top
Light Panel (part I) were you
are going to see a wire attach,
as shown in detail #10.
24. In case of uneven floor, we
provide floor levelers at the
bottom of the base. Tilt the unit
and use your hand to turn the
leveler and adjust the height of
the unit, until the unit is level. As
shown in detail #10.
OPTION # 2 BIG SCREEN
25.You need to remove the side moldings of the connect section when
combine with Console w/ Hutch to form a big screen. See detail #11.
(The Console w/ Hutch is sold separately)
