Important
Before you begin: Open, identify and count all parts prior to assembly. Lay out on a
smooth and non-abrasive surface. You will need the parts identified on page 4, 5 & 6 of
this instruction manual.
NOTE: IT IS VERY IMPORTANT TO USE GLUE WITH DOWELS. EXCESS GLUE CAN
BE WIPED OFF WITH DAMP CLOTH.
Insert Dowels AT LEAST half of the way tapping lightly with a rubber mallet IF NECESSARY.
CAM LOCK SYSTEM OPERATION
HOW THE KD ASSEMBLY SYSTEM WORKS
1. Screw Cam Bolt into the threaded insert on panel.
2. Insert Cam Lock into pre-drilled hole on panel.
3. Make sure Cam Lock pointed arrow is pointed towards the entry of Cam Bolt.
4. Connect both panels together; making sure Cam Bolt goes into pre-drilled hole on the
end of panel with Cam Lock.
5. Once Cam Bolt is connected inside Cam Lock, take Phillips Screwdriver and tighten
Cam Lock clockwise.
You are now ready to assemble our KD unit.

Assembly Instructions
Note: Please do not fully tighten all bolts until you finish assembling all parts, then go back and
fully tighten all bolts, this will make it easier during assembly of unit.
1. Unpack the unit and confirm that you have all the hardware and required parts listed.
2. Pick up Left Side Panel (A), Right Side Panel (B) and Divider Panel (C), insert and screw
the Large Cam Bolts (9) into the middle outside holes with threaded inserts. Make sure the
Cam Bolts (9) are screwed all the way into the pre-attached plastic bushings. See detail #1.
3. Attach the Large Wooden Dowels (12) into the middle holes in the Left Fix Shelf (D) & Right
Fix Shelf (E). DO NOT put dowels in the Cam Bolt holes. Tap in with a rubber mallet if
necessary. See detail #1.
*It is very important to use a small amount of glue on both ends of dowels.
4. Pick up the Left & Right Fix Shelf (D & E) and insert the Large Cam Locks (8) into the end
holes. Make sure that all the arrows on the Cam Locks are pointing toward the entry of
Large Cam Bolts. Align and attach both Fix Shelves (D & E) between Side Panels and
Divider Panel in place as shown in detail #1. (See page #3 cam lock system operation
supplement). Make sure the Cam Locks on both fix shelves point toward bottom of the unit.
Tighten all the Cam Locks clockwise.
5. Repeat the procedure to attach 2 Back Panels (G) onto the Left & Right Fix Shelf (D & E),
make sure the Cam Locks on Back Panels point toward inside of the unit. See detail #1A.

6. Insert the Large Wooden Dowels (12) into the bottom holes in the Left Side Panel (A), Right
Side Panel (B), Divider Panel (C) and both Back Panels (G). DO NOT put dowels in the
holes with threaded inserts. Tap in with a rubber mallet if necessary. See detail #2.
7. Using the inserted dowels as guide, align and attach Bottom Panel (F) to last assembly with
ten 2-1/4” Bolts (1) and Small Flat Washers (5), securely tighten all bolts with the Allen
Wrench provided. See detail #2.
8. Screw 6 Floor Levelers (16) into the bottom threaded inserts of Bottom Panel (F) by rotating
clockwise. See detail #2.
9. With assistance stand the assembled unit upright for next step.

10.Insert the Large Cam Locks (8) into the upper holes on the Left & Right Side Panel (A & B)
and Divider Panel (C). Make sure that all the arrows on the Cam Locks are pointing up. See
detail #3.
11.Insert and screw six Large Cam Bolts (9) into the metal plates underneath Top Glass (Q) as
shown in detail #3. Make sure the Cam Bolts (9) are screwed all the way into the metal
plates.
12.Ask for assistance to position the Top Glass (Q) in place. Make sure that all Cam Bolts are
connected inside Cam Locks simultaneously. Tighten all the Cam Locks clockwise. Now
cover the pre-drilled hole for cam lock by inserting the Plastic Cover (14) provided. See
detail #3.

13.Pick up one Drawer Back Panel (N) and attach 4 Small Wooden Dowels (13) into the middle
holes on both sides with a small amount of Glue. DO NOT put dowels in the Cam Bolt holes.
Proceed to insert 4 Small Cam Locks (10) into the back holes of the Back Panel (N). Make
sure that all the arrows on the Cam Locks are pointing toward the entry of Cam Bolts. See
detail #4.
14.Pick up Left Drawer Short Side (J) and securely screw two Small Cam Bolts (11) into the
holes with threaded inserts. Align and attach to the Drawer Back Panel (N) in place. Make
sure that the groove of Left Drawer Short Side is in a line with the groove of Drawer Back
Panel and the Cam Locks on Drawer Back Panel point toward back of the drawer. Once the
Cam Bolt is connected inside Cam Lock, tighten all the Cam Locks clockwise.
15.Repeat last step to attach the Left Drawer Long Side (K) at the other end of Drawer Back
Panel.
16.Now insert Left Drawer Bottom Panel (O) into the grooves of both Drawer Side Panels (J &
K) and Drawer Back Panel (N) properly. See detail #4.

16.Insert 4 Small Wooden Dowels (13) into front side holes of last assembly as guide, attach
Left Drawer Front Panel (H) in place using 4 Small Cam Locks (10) and Small Cam Bolts
(11) as shown in detail #5. (Refer to page #3 cam lock system operation supplement).
17.Attach Drawer Knob (15) at front side of the Drawer Front Panel (H) with provided Knob
Bolts as shown in detail #5.

18.Repeat the steps to install the Right Drawer with the remaining drawer parts.
19.Insert the assembled drawers into TV Console. Extend ball bearing cart all the way to the
end of the slides (in both sides), and align the slides on the drawer with the slides on the
unit and push it carefully inside until stop, as shown in detail #6.
Note: If they do not go smoothly please take out and repeat step.
20.Properly install the Adjustable Glass Shelves (P) at your desired height using the Glass
Clamps (7) provided. Make sure the glass shelf sits correctly and the curved edge locates at
front side. Rotating clockwise the Set Screws underneath Glass Clamp to secure the shelf in
place and to prevent falling easily and getting damage. See detail #6A.

21.In case of uneven floor, simply tilt the unit back and raise or lower Floor Levelers (16) by
hand to correct tilting. As shown in detail #7. The table top configuration is ready for use
now.

22.Align and attach Spine (R) to the Divider Panel (C) and Bottom Panel (F) with six 2 1/4”
Bolts (1) through Lock Washers & Small Flat Washers (4 & 5) through the holes of Spine
into place. We provided Floor Leveler at the bottom of Spine (R) in case of uneven floor.
Simply adjust the leveler with your hand and ensure it sits on the floor and support the
product to make the product stable. See detail #8.
23.Proceed to attach Deluxe Bracket with Mounting Plate (S) to the top of Spine (R) using six
3/4” Bolts (2) with Lock Washers & Flat Washers (4 & 5) as shown in detail #8.

Note: There are two mounting options included in this swinging floater TV console:
1. Mounting Plate;
2. XYZ Mounting Frame to accommodate random hole patterns.
24.For LCD 32” or smaller you can mount your LCD directly to the Deluxe Bracket with
Mounting Plate (S), using the appropriate Bolts through the Lock Washers and Flat Washers
through the proper holes of Mounting Plate and then into the TV. See detail #9.
Note: Hand threading the bolt in the TV Mounting Kit included into the threaded insert
on the back of the TV to determine correct size bolt you will require. If you are unable
to find the correct one, consult a local hardware store.

Assembly Instructions
Note: For Plasma and LCD TVs larger than 32”, you must use the XYZ Mounting Frame (T)
provided. The XYZ Mounting Frame will accommodate large LCD without VESA Hole Patterns
and Plasma TV’s with Random Hole Patterns.
25.Attach XYZ Mounting Frame (T) to the Deluxe Bracket with Mounting Plate (S), using 3/4”
Bolts (2) with Large Flat Washers (6) through the mounting plate and appropriate hole set
on Mounting Plate, through the other Large Flat Washers (6) and Lock Washers (4) then
secure with Nut (3), as shown in detail #10.

Mounting Monitor Bracket to a television with a flat back
Note: For televisions with a curved back or recessed back proceed directly to step #29.
26.Please refer to detail #11 & 11A to determine the correct size bolt your TV requires by
several try. If you are unable to find the correct bolt, consult a local hardware store.
27.Once you have determined the correct diameter Bolt, please follow the appropriate Diagram
below; Insert the selected short Bolt with Washers into the upper holes of TV. As shown in
detail #11A.
Note: Lean the TV up against a wall or other solid surface when attaching with the Monitor
Brackets (U). DO NOT place the TV face down on the glass this may cause permanent
damage.
28.Proceed to insert the selected longer Bolt with Washers and Spacer into the bottom holes of
TV as shown in detail #11. Make sure the Monitor Brackets (U) are centered and level with
each other. Tighten the bolts securing the Monitor Brackets (U) to the TV.

Mounting Monitor Bracket to a television with a curved / recess back
29.Please refer to detail #12 to determine the correct size bolt your TV requires by several try.
If you are unable to find the correct bolt consult a local hardware store.
30.Once you have determined the correct size of Bolt, please follow the appropriate Diagram
below, and insert the longer bolt with appropriate Washers & Spacer as shown in detail #12.
31.Make sure the Monitor Brackets (U) are vertically centered and level with each other.
Tighten the bolts securing the Monitor Brackets (U) to the TV.

32. Now you can hang your television onto the XYZ Mounting Frame (T). For additional safety
please screw two 3/4” Bolts (2) into the upper hooks of Monitor Brackets (U) to prevent TV
from falling. See detail #13.

TIPPING RESTRAINT HARDWARE
Note: We have included one Tipping Restraint Hardware bag for this unit.
When properly installed, this restraint can provide protection against the unexpected tipping
of the unit due to small tremors, bumps or climbing. We strongly recommend mounting this
hardware to a wall stud and your unit when assembling and using your console.
Please carefully read the instructions printed on the plastic bag.
Note: You must install the Tipping Restraint Hardware with the unit to prevent the unit from
tipping, causing any accidents or damage.
Tools required: Allen Wrench (provided), Phillips Screwdriver, Mallet, Power Drill,
and 3/8” Drill Bit.
A Touch-up Pen has been provided to repair any small nicks or scratches that may occur
during assembly or shipping.
Your assembly should now be complete.
