IMPORTANT SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
• Always disconnect the mixer from the supply
if it is left unattended and before assembling,
disassembling or cleaning.
• Inspect the power cable and appliance regularly. If
any defect is found, do not operate the appliance.
• Do not attempt to repair the unit by yourself.
It must be repaired by a qualied technician to
avoid possible hazards.
• Keep appliance and cable away from direct
sunlight, damp, sharp edges and other dangers.
• Always disconnect the appliance from the supply
if it is left unattended and before assembling,
disassembling or cleaning. Do not use third party
accessories.
• This product is intended for indoor, non-industrial,
non-commercial, household use only. Do not use
the item outdoors or for any other purpose.
• Never allow the unit to come into contact with or
become immersed in water or other liquids. Do
not use the unit with wet hands.
• Use this appliance only for its intended purpose.
• Never touch the rotating equipment while still in
motion; always wait for them to stop.

• Never use this appliance to mix or stir anything
other than food.
• If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced
by the manufacturer, the manufacturer’s service
agent or a qualied person in order to avoid a
hazard.
• Switch off the appliance and disconnect
from supply before changing accessories or
approaching parts that move in use.
• This appliance can be used by children aged from
8 years and above and persons with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities or lack
of experience and knowledge if they have been
given supervision or instruction concerning use of
the appliance in a safe way and understand the
hazards involved. Children shall not play with the
appliance. Cleaning and user maintenance shall
not be made by children without supervision.

BEFORE USE
Before attaching the beaters and dough hooks: Always check that the hand
mixer is properly switched off.
• Insert the two beaters or the two dough hooks into the corresponding holes.
The beater and the dough hook with the collar around the top of the stem
goes into the biggest hole.
• Turn slowly until they snap into place.
• Never use the beaters and the dough hooks together.
USE
NB: This appliance is designed to process average domestic quantities of food.
It can be operated without interruption for a maximum of 4 minutes (smaller
dough) /3 minutes (bigger dough, not over 450g our) with the dough hooks,
and 10 minutes with the beater. It should be allowed to rest for up to 30 minutes
to cool down before continuing the operation.
SPEED CONTROL
Control the speed from 0-5.
• Speed 0/Stop: no indicator lights.
• Speed 1: 1 indicator light is lit.
• Speed 2: 2 indicator lights are lit.
• Speed 3: 3 indicator lights are lit.
• Speed 4: 4 indicator lights are lit.
• Speed 5: 5 indicator lights are lit.
ADJUST THE SPEED CONTROL
Note that the selected speed must be adjusted based on the size of the
container, weight, and type of the ingredients. When using the beater, gradually
increase the speed.

During plug-in, if the speed button is set at 1-5, the light ashes. It needs to be
reset to 0 before selecting speed. Adjust the speed as the mixture becomes
thick. If the beater automatically slows down or stirs hard, increase the speed.
BOOST BUTTON
For a short high-speed burst; press and release the BOOST-button (Pulse
function). When you use the BOOST button, all the 5 indicator lights are lit.
REMOVE DOUGH HOOKS OR BEATERS
To detach the dough hooks or the beaters, press the eject button. This action will
only work if the speed is set to 0.
To avoid scalding don’t touch the beaters or dough hooks after using the hand
mixer. Let it cool down before cleaning.
OPERATING
1. Ensure that the speed control is set at “0”.
2. Insert the power plug into a socket, and switch on the appliance.
3. Slowly direct and put the beating accessory into the material to be beaten,
adjust the speed control.
4. Gently move the unit back and forth and around the bowl while beating.
Tip: For the best results, use a medium-sized, high-sided bowl.

MAINTENANCE AND CLEANING
• Remove plug from the socket.
• Clean the hand mixer with a dry cloth after use.
• Wash the beaters and dough hooks as normal with water and washing liquid.
BOOSTButton:

WhenyouusetheBOOSTbutton,allthe5indicatorlightsarelit.

Removedoughhooksorbeaters:


OPERATING

Wilfa issues a 5 year guarantee on this product from the day of purchase is
done. The guarantee covers production failure or defects that arise during
the guarantee period. Your purchase receipt works as proof towards retailer if
claiming your guarantee.
The guarantee is valid only for products that are bought and used in private
households. The guarantee is not valid if the product is used commercially.
The guarantee is not valid if the product is misused, used by negligence, if not
following instructions given by Wilfa, if modied or if unauthorized reparation
is done. The guarantee is also not valid for normal wear of the product, misuse,
lack of maintenance, use of wrong electrical voltage or:
• Overloading of product
• Parts which are normally worn down

• Mikseren må alltid kobles fra strømforsyningen
hvisdetblirståendeutentilsyn samt før montering,
demontering og rengjøring.
• Undersøk strømledningen og apparatet regel-
messig. Apparatet må ikke brukes hvis det
oppdages feil.
• Du må ikke forsøke å reparere apparatet selv. Det

Før du fester visper og eltekroker: Du skal alltid sørge for at håndmikseren er
slått av.
• Sett de to vispene eller de to eltekrokene inn i de riktige hullene. Vispen og
eltekroken med krage passer kun i det største hullet.
• Vri sakte til de klikker på plass.
• Bruk aldri visper og eltekroker sammen.
BRUK
OBS! Dette apparatet er laget for å bearbeide vanlige matporsjoner hjemme.
Den kan brukes uten avbrudd i maks 4 minutter (mindre deig)/3 minutter (større
deig, ikke oveer 450g mel) med eltekroker, og 10 minutter med visper. Apparatet
må kjøles ned i opptil 30 minutter før du fortsetter bruken.
HASTIGHETSREGULERING
Regulér hastigheten fra 0–5.
• Speed 0/Stop: ingen indikatorlamper.
• Speed 1: 1 indikatorlampe lyser.
• Speed 2: 2 indikatorlamper lyser.

REGULERE HASTIGHETEN
Den valgte hastigheten må justeres etter størrelse på bolle, vekt og type
ingrediens. Juster hastigheten gradvis når du bruker vispene.

Hvis hastighetsreguleringen er innstilt på 1–5, blinker lampen når apparatet
plugges til. Den må settes til 0 før du velger hastighet. Regulér hastigheten etter
hvert som blandingen blir tykkere. Hvis vispen automatisk går saktere eller rører
hardt, øker du hastigheten.
BOOST-KNAPP
For kortvarig hastighetsøkning, trykk og slipp BOOST-knappen (pulsfunksjon).
Når du bruker BOOST-knappen, lyser alle fem indikatorlamper.
FJERNE ELTEKROKER ELLER VISPER
Trykk på utløserknappen for å løsne eltekrokene eller vispen. Denne handlingen
fungerer bare hvis hastigheten er satt til 0.
For å unngå brannskader, unngå å ta på krokene og vispene etter du har brukt
håndmikseren. La den kjøle seg ned før rengjøring.
DRIFT
1. Pass på at hastighetsreguleringen er satt til «0».
2. Sett støpselet i en stikkontakt og slå på apparatet.
3. Sett på laveste hastighet, før vispen ned i maten som skal vispes og regulér
hastigheten.
4. Beveg apparatet forsiktig frem og tilbake og rundt i bollen mens du visper.
Tips: Bruk en mellomstor bolle med høy kant for best mulig resultat.
