Introduction
Thank you for purchasing this quality product. To minimize the risk of injury we urge that our clients
take some basic safety precautions when using this device. Please read the operation instruc-
tions carefully and make sure you have understood its content.
Keep these operation instructions safe.
This pneumatic grease pump/gun, operated by compressed air, ejects lubricating grease at high pres-
sure. This product stands out due to its reliability, low compressed air consumption, comfortable and
easy handling, as well as constant working pressure. It allows to extend the service life of friction parts
of heavy machinery, and that is why it is used in the automotive industry, among others.
Safety precautions
•Carefully read all operating and safety instructions in this manual before use and follow them.
Failure to observe the information and instructions contained in these instructions can lead to
property damage and personal injury.
•Observe the notes and information attached to the device.
•Keep bystanders and children away from your work area.
•Make sure that your work area is well lit and tidy. A messy and poorly lit workplace increases
the risk of accidents.
•Wear appropriate protective equipment while working, e.g., work gloves, non-slip work shoes,
protective goggles, and a breathing apparatus.
•Do not use the device if you are under the influence of alcohol, drugs, or medicine.
•Do not modify the device and only use it for its intended purpose. Improper use or modification
can lead to property damage and personal injury.
• Attention! Danger of slipping from lubricants. Immediately remove spilled or leaked lubri-
cant and dispose of them properly.
•Due to the use of lubricants, the device is subject to the special requirements of environmental
protection legislation. Always dispose of lubricants in accordance with legal regulations.

First steps
1. Remove the cover of the grease drum and place the thrust washer on the lubricant.
2. Now press the pressure plate down until the resistance makes further pressing impossible. The
maximum capacity of the grease pump is 12 ℓ. When filling, make sure that the level mark is not
exceeded and that the grease is properly compacted to prevent the formation of bubbles.

3. Insert the grease inlet pipe into the bottom of the housing. Now tighten the locking screw located
next to the tank cover.
4. Before commissioning, check all hoses for damage and immediately replace defective or dam-
aged hoses.
5. Then attach the air inlet hose to the quick connector nipple of the grease pump.
6. Connect the grease pump to the grease gun using the appropriate hose. Make sure that all
connectors are clean and correctly connected before tightening the screws with a wrench.
7. Connect the pump to the compressor and start it. Actuate the pressure regulating valve and
make sure that the pressure does not exceed 8 bar.
8. After the pump has been pressurized, it will begin to move up and down and release air through
a sleeve.
9. After the movement has come to a standstill, make sure that no grease is leaking anywhere.
10. You can now use the grease gun.
Important notes
In order to ensure the longevity of the pump and to achieve optimum and flawless performance, observe
the following instructions:
•The compressed air should be filtered to prevent ingress of dirt particles and additional wear of
the pump and its parts.
•The pressure under which the device is used should not exceed 8 bar in order not to affect the
integrity and longevity of the individual components and hoses.
•When using high-pressure grease hoses, make sure that hoses are neither bent nor squeezed
by pulling and tensioning them too hard. If the device is not used, the quick connector nipple
should be loosened. You should also operate the grease gun to free the hoses and other com-
ponents from residual pressure.
•The pump should be lubricated at regular intervals.
•Do not use the machine if the grease level is too low as this may cause overheating and damage
to the piston and other parts.
•Clean the pump regularly and remove grease residue. To do this, remove also the grease gun
to prevent possible damage. For cleaning the grease channels only use a cleaning oil and make
sure that the grease in the storage tank of the pump is free of impurities.
Troubleshooting
Problem

sonally:
•1–2× in winter,
•2× in spring,
•2× in autumn, and
•2–3× in summer.
Valve contaminated
Remove the dirt.
Not enough grease in the con-
tainer
Fill up the grease.
Pressure loss
Valve seals ware
Replace the seals.
Loose sliding shoe or locking
plate screws
