1. Do not exceed weight capacities for the
Workbench shelves and drawers. Be aware of
dynamic loading! Sudden load movement may
briefly create excess load causing product failure.
2. Use only on flat, level and hard surface capable of
supporting the Workbench and any item(s) placed on
Workbench. Evenly distribute load to avoid tipping.
3. Use as intended only. Do not use Workbench to
perform task for which it was not designed.
4. For indoor use only.
5. Assemble only according to these instructions.
Improper assembly can create hazards.
6. Wear ANSI-approved safety
goggles during assembly.
7. Keep assembly area clean and well lit.
8. Keep bystanders out of the area during assembly.
9. Do not assemble when tired or when under
the influence of drugs or medication.
10. This product is not a toy. Do not allow children
to play with, on or near Workbench.
11. Inspect before every use; do not use
if parts are loose or damaged.

Setup - Before Use:
Read the ENTIRE IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION section at the beginning of this
manual including all text under subheadings therein before set up or use of this product.
Note: For additional information regarding
the parts listed in the following pages, refer to
Parts List and Diagram on page 6.
Note: Finger tighten all connections until
assembly is done. Assemble the Workbench
on a flat, level, hard surface.
1. Insert Connecting Nuts (16) into Cross Braces (4) so
that the slots are horizontal and their holes line up
with the holes on the Cross Braces.

2. Construct the Shelf Assembly by sliding the
Shelf into the grooves on the Cross Braces.

3. Turn the Legs (6) upside down and attach the
Shelf Assembly to the Legs using Bolts (15).

4. Lay the Table Top (1) upside down on
a flat, non-abrasive surface.

6. Attach Legs with Shelf Assembly to
Table Top using Bolts (15).

7. Attach the Lower Support (5) with Screws (17, 18).

9. Turn Workbench right-side up. Remove the Bolt and
Washer (20) from the end of the Vise’s middle rod.

10. Slide the Vise all the way into the
three holes on the Table Top.
11. From underneath, replace the Bolt and Washer
into the end of the Vise’s middle rod.

12. Lay a Drawer Bottom (11) down on a flat surface,
felt side up. Slide the Drawer Bottom into the
grooves in the Side Drawer Panels (9).
13. Attach right and left Side Drawer Panels to the
Front (8) and Back (10) Drawer Panels with
Screws (17). Repeat for other Drawers.

Note: Make sure all components are square and
level. Then, tighten all hardware securely.
14. Slide Drawers in, lining up the tracks on the
Drawers with the tracks in the Workbench.
15. Insert Wood (13) and Anvil (14) Pegs into
the holes on the Table Top as desired.

Maintenance and Servicing
Procedures not specifically explained in this manual must
be performed only by a qualified technician.
TO PREVENT SERIOUS INJURY FROM ACCIDENTAL OPERATION:
Turn the Power Switch of the tool off and unplug the tool from its electrical outlet
before performing any inspection, maintenance, or cleaning procedures.
TO PREVENT SERIOUS INJURY FROM TOOL FAILURE:
Do not use damaged equipment. If abnormal noise or vibration
occurs, have the problem corrected before further use.
Cleaning, Maintenance, and Lubrication
1. BEFORE EACH USE, inspect the general
condition of the table. Check for:
• loose hardware,
• misalignment or binding of parts,
• cracked or broken parts,
• any other condition that may
affect its safe operation.
2. AFTER USE, wipe external surfaces of
the Workbench with clean cloth.
