Kalibriermodus
Das Gerät ist werksseitig auf 20°C und wässrige Lösungen kalibriert.
Für Lösungen unterschiedlicher Dichte und Viskosität kann die
TITREX 2000 vom Anwender leicht selbst auf die veränderten
Umstände eingestellt werden, sofern er über eine Analysenwaage mit
Auflösung 1 mg verfügt.
Calibration Mode
The instrument is factory calibrated to 20°C aqueous solutions. For
solutions of varying density and viscosity , the TITREX 2000 can be
adjusted by the user in case of changed conditions provided a
laboratory balance with a resolution of <1 mg is available.
Kalibrieren ohne Software und PC:
5 Titrationen des Nennvolumens (50.00) ml auf der Waage
auswiegen und unter Berücksichtigung des
Temperaturzuschlages das Volumen berechnen
Mittelwert aus den 5 Werten bilden
am Gerät Taste „RES“ca. 5 sec. gedrückt halten, bis im Display
die Anzeige „CAL“ erscheint; Taste loslassen, es blinken die
Punkte zwischen 1. und 2. Sowie 3. und 4. Anzeigestelle im
Display
mit den Tasten „D“und „T“den gebildeten Mittelwert einstellen
zum Aktivieren des Kalibrierwertes die Taste „MEM“drücken
die Taste „RES“betätigen, um in den Arbeitsmodus zurück zu
kehren
Solange mit dem Kalibrierwert gearbeitet wird, blinkt der Punkt
zwischen 2. und 3. Anzeigestelle
Um in die werksseitige Kalibrierung zurückzukehren, Taste „RES“
gedrückt halten bis „CAL“ im Display erscheint; anschließend
durch Drücken der Taste „MEM“ den Kalibrierwert deaktivieren
und mit „RES“ in den Arbeitsmodus zurückkehren
Calibration without software and PC:

Weight out 5 titrations of nominal volume (50.00 ml) and calculate
the volume with temperature correction factor (order our
justification procedure for titrex)
Average the 5 resultant values
Depress and hold button “RES” until in the display appears „CAL“,
release button and in the display the dots flashes between the first
and second and as well as between the third and fourth digit
Adjust with „D“ and „T“ the calculated average
To activate the calibration value press button “MEM”
Press button „RES to return to operation mode
During the work with this calibration value, in the display flashes
the dot between 2nd and 3rd digit
In order to return to the factory settings, depress button „RES”
until in the display „CAL“ appears, then deactivate the calibration
value by pressing the button “MEM” and return to operation mode
via pressing „RES”
