[ Quick Installation Guide ]
FAQ :
1. The USB cable of SP-9598 is plugged into the
computer, but the LED does not light up?
Q1: It needs to take 15 seconds.
Q2: If the LED still does not light up after 15
seconds, please check the USB cable, to make
sure the type C end is correctly connected to
the "Link to PC USB port” of SP-9598. Please
refer to “Product Appearance” in page 2.
Q3: If the USB cable is installed correctly and the
LED is still not on, it means the computer
cannot supply enough power to the
SP-9598. Please connect the DC
power adaptor included in the gift box.
General Function
When properly connected to the computer, the speaker
and microphone can be used directly without installing
additional drivers. When the computer is connected to
SP-9598, the computer must support UAC protocol;
when connected to SP-9598, the computer must support
UAC and UVC protocol”. (*Note 2)
SP-9598 Microphone Mute Setting
Tap the upper button to toggle between mute/unmute.
When muted, the LED indicator shows a steady red light.

flashes once when pressed

Installation
Connect the 5V/2A DC power adaptor to the SP-9598's
power connector, and connect the USB cable type C end
to the SP-9598 "Link PC USB port" and the other end to
the computer's USB jack. The LED indicator shows blue
and green lights interactively flashing slowly, indicating
that the SP-9598 has been connected to the computer.
Note :
1. If there is only power supply and no connection to the
computer,The LED indicator will show solid blue light
until it is properly connected.
2. When the USB Speakerphone is connected to the
computer, Windows should automatically be set as the
default audio device. To manually select SP-9598 as
the default audio device, do the following
(take Windows 10 as an example):
(1) Start Windows control panel
(2) Select System Audio
(3) Output device (Speaker): SP-9598 Audio
(4) Input device (Microphone): SP-9598 Audio
(5) Input device (Lens): SP-9598
3. The microphone on the lens/camera is default to mute
(LED red).
