INCLINE ▲:To increase the incline level with increment of 0.5.
INCLINE ▼:To decrease the incline level with 0.5 less for each press.
QUICK SPEED:To change the speed rapidly. Quick speed buttons are 2, 4, 6, 8 and 10 KMH /
MPH.
QUICK INCLINE:To change the incline rapidly. Quick incline buttons are 2, 4, 6, 8 and 10.
DISPLAY: Switch between speed and incline program patterns and lap.
FAN:Fan switch
STOP:The button to pause or stop the treadmill.
START:The button to start the treadmill.
ENTER:To set the training parameter. The button is used to choose program name, lap, average
speed, average pulse, elevation and program scanning mode selection.
SAFETY KEY:The treadmill can not operate without safety key. In case of emergency, pulling off
the safety key stops the treadmill immediately.
This safety implement is extremely important. Please make sure to wear the safety key.
When it is not in use, keep it in a place without the reach of children.
Program Instructions
MANUAL: Manual mode
Press MANUAL to choose manual mode and press START to begin the workout. All parameters,
TIME,DISTANCE,CILORIES… increase, or press ENTER to enter settings such as age, weight
and workout time. Time counts down. When time resets, the training ends. If time is not preset,
the time counts up and STOP must be pressed to end the training.. The speed and incline may be
adjusted any time in the training. When the training ends, the parameters may be saved for next
use.
Preset Programs:
There are seven preset programs, Adventure, Interval, Glute Blast, Xtreme, Xcountry, Fitness and
Ascent.
A> Choose the program and press the button. You may press START button to directly the
treadmill or press ENTER to set parameters age, weight and time.
B> If program is directly started, then all parameters are preset value. The weight wil affect the
calculation of calorie. The preset time is 30:00. The training ends after counting down to zero.
C> If ENTER is pressed, then age, weight time, max. speed and max incline level will be set in
sequence. Use FAST/SOLW buttons to adjust the value. Press ENTER to set the value and
goes to next parameter setting. If returning to previous parameter is required, press STOP to
set the previous parameter.
D> Press START to begin the workout without setting parameters, the default value will be used.
After start, either the speed or incline can be changed as you wish.
E> There are 3 minutes of warming up after program is started. If warming up is not necessary,
press START to skip warm-up. There are 3 minutes of cooling down. If cooling down is not
necessary, Press STOP to end the training immediately.
F> When the training ends, you can save the parameters for next use.
