1. Top Cover

Remove the eleven(11) screws marked [310].

The top cover can then be removed. (Fig.1)

2. Circuit Boards and Units

After removing the top cover, remove the circuit

board and unit, following the procedure in the below

table. (Fig.1)

3. Front panel

Remove the six(6) screws marked [290] and the

four(4) screws marked [280].(Fig.1)

The front panel can then be removed.

4. Circuit Boards and Units

After removing the top cover, remove the circuit

board and unit, following the procedure in the below

table. (Fig.1)

5. Remove the four(4) screws marked [B40] and one(1)

screw marked [B50]. (Fig.1)

The DC connector can then be removed.

1. トップカバー

ネジ[370]11 本を外し、トップカバーを外します。

2. シート・ユニット

トップカバーを外した後、次表の手順に従って、必

要なシート又はユニットを取り外して下さい。(Fig.1)

3. フロントパネル

ネジ[290]6 本と[280]のネジ 4 本を外し、フロント

パネルを外します。(Fig.1)

必要なシート又はユニットを取り外して下さい。

5. リアパネル

5-1. [310]のネジ6本、[390]のネジ1本を外し、リアパネ

ルを外します。

INSPECTIONS

（検査）

1 CONNECTION

Connect the measuring resistance. (Fig. 1)

2 OUTPUTVOLTAGE

Check that the voltage at both ends of the load

resistance of each output is within the range given

in the following table.

Use a voltmeter with a 100k ohms or more impedance

for measurement.

Resistance Output voltage

R1 (+15V) +15.5 ±0.5V

R2 (-15V) -15.5 ±0.5V

R3 (+12V) +12.5 ±0.5V

R4 (+48V) +48 ±2V

3 MONITOR LED

Check that all monitor LEDs light up in the state as

described in 2.

4FAN

Check that the fans on the right and left are running

in the state as described in 2.

5 OUTPUTVOLTAGE (PARALLEL DC INPUT)

Check that the voltages obtained at the PARALLEL

DC INPUT terminal are the same as those in 2 above.

Note: Do not connect a load resistance to the DC

OUT terminal and the PARALLEL DC INPUT

terminal at the same time.

6 TRANSFORMER

Check that the transformer does not beat in the state

as described in 2.

ることを確認します。

測定する電圧計は100kohm以上のものを使用します。

測定抵抗出力電圧

R1(+15V) +15.5 ± 0.5V

R2(-15V) -15.5 ± 0.5V

R3(+12V) +12.5 ± 0.5V

R4(+48V) +48 ± 2V

3 MONITORLED

2 項の時、全ての MONITORLEDが点灯すること

を確認します。

4 FAN

2項の時、左右のファンが回転している事を確認し

ます。

5 出力電圧(PARALLELDCINPUT)

PARALLELDCINPUT端子についても、2項と同様

の電圧になることを確認します。

注:DCOUT端子と PARALLELDCINPUT端子に

同時に負荷を接続しないで下さい。

6 トランス

2項の状態で、トランスにうなりがないことを確認

します。
