Special message:
In order to prevent power outages or possible failures of oxygen producers, those
in urgent need of oxygen must be equipped with other standby oxygen supply
devices (such as oxygen cylinders, oxygen bags, etc)! The equipment is suitable
for oxygen supplement, regardless of life support or life extension!
I. PREPARATION
Oxygen machine is forbidden to lie upside down!
If the use of power supply voltage instability, beyond the ~220 V±22 V
range, please install a voltage regulator after the use!
Please select safe and qualified socket and wiring board with
safety electrician certification! Non-professional personnel do
not open the chassis!
II. Placement
Oxygen machine should be away from flammable and explosive occasions.
Oxygen machine should be placed in indoor ventilation, and avoid direct
sunlight, around the wall, furniture and other analogues more than 10 cm.
The oxygen generator shall not be placed in the following
environment: near the heat source and the light and dark sources, wet
and unguardedBlock, smoke and pollution, too high or too low
temperature environment.
No sundries and water and oil containers shall be placed on the top of the
oxygen generator.
It is forbidden to place any sundries at the bottom of the oxygen generator
to prevent the inlet and outlet from clogging and causing the temperature to
be too high and causing the shutdown or the oxygen concentration to

II. In use
Oxygen is a combustible gas, no smoking and away from light and dark
sources to avoid fire hazard.
No oil or grease shall be used in any part of the oxygen generator to avoid
contamination of oxygen and fire.
Oxygen machines shall not be placed or placed in places
where they are easy to drip into water or other liquids.The term
of use is five years. (other than vulnerable parts)

I. Scope of application of the product
Oxygen for families and individuals, for health care,
beauty care. Contraindications: Disable for patients with
oxygen poisoning and oxygen allergy

Oxygen machine is mainly composed of compressor, adsorption tower,
pressure regulating valve, reversing valve, circuit board, shell, filter, remote
control, nasal oxygen pipe and so on.

III. Principle of oxygen production
This machine takes ~220 V power supply as the power source, the air as the
raw material, uses the high quality molecular sieve, through the pressure
swing adsorption separation method (PSA method) at room temperature,
produces the high purity oxygen.

I. Open-box inspection
Before installing and operating the product, the user first checks whether
the appearance of the product is good, and whether the variety and quantity
of the accessories are consistent with the packing list after the use. If there
is any defect, please contact the supplier or manufacturer in time.

III. PREPARATIONS
Plug in the power cord
* Make sure that the power switch of the oxygen generator is off and then
connect the power plug to a safe grounding socket with power output.
No use of extended power cord
Press the power switch to "│", when the front of the machine
""""light, at the same time show tired, oxygen concentration and flow gear,
indicating that the machine function is normal, oxygen machine into normal
operation. After a few seconds, the indicator lights out when tired. Oxygen
machine work, every few seconds to make a "chuckle-" sound, is the normal
sound of air exchange.

IV. Oxygen inhalation operations
Press "or" on the front of the machine to the required flow rate,
where the machine front shows the corresponding oxygen concentration.
Connect one end of the oxygen tube to the outlet, the other end (oxygen
head or suction head end) with the user, you can start oxygen inhalation.
V. Shutdown
During use, if you need to temporarily stop oxygen inhalation, you can press
the "key" on the front of the machine to stop and start oxygen supply.
After use, unplug the oxygen pipe or connection pipe from the outlet, turn
off the power switch, then unplug the power plug and cut off the power
supply.

Warning: before the maintenance of the oxygen generator, first cut off
the power supply, in order to avoid electric shock, can not disassemble
the housing.
I. Cleaning the enclosure
Clean the outside of the housing at least once a month: first cut off the
power supply, wipe with clean and soft wet cotton cloth or sponge, do not
infiltrate the liquid into the slot of the chassis.
II. Cleaning or replacement of filter felt, filter cotton
The cleaning and replacement of filter felt and cotton is very important to
protect compressor and molecular sieve and prolong the life of oxygen
generator. Please clean and replace it in time.
WARNING: Do not operate the oxygen generator when the felt, filter cotton
is not installed or wetlasting damage to the machine. Filter felt, filter cotton:
usually 100 hours per work cleaning or replacement.
Remove: the filter is located at the bottom of the machine, the filter cover is
pulled out, the filter felt and filter cotton can be removed directly. (Figures V
and VI)
●Filter felt, filter cotton should be based on the actual use time and
environmental impact, determine the actual cleaning time.
●If there is obvious ash on felt or filter cotton, clean or replace immediately,
regardless of the length of service.
III. Cleaning of nasal oxygen tubes
It should be cleaned every three days. The nasal suction head on the oxygen
suction tube should be cleaned after each use, soaked in vinegar for about 5
minutes and cleaned with clean water, or wiped with medical alcohol. It is
recommended that the oxygen tube be replaced every 2 months. Note: The
tube should be kept dry. )
IV. Replacement of fuse tubes
First cut off the power supply, fuse seat in the machine, with a word
screwdriver to pry the top cover, and then the fuse seat upper and lower
cover unscrew, can be removed and replaced. (Figure VII, figure VIII)(Note:

Optional replacement or maintenance. Under normal circumstances, this
product machine warranty for one year, compressor warranty for three years,
users can purchase machine invoices, warranty card to enjoy free
maintenance. The warranty period shall be calculated from the date of the
invoice issued, and if the customer fails to provide a valid invoice, it shall
be calculated by 30 days according to the product fuselage number or the
date of departure. If the product exceeds the warranty period or does not
belong to the warranty scope, the company will carry out charge
maintenance.
The following conditions are not covered by warranty :(1) vulnerable and
consumable goods :(1) nasal oxygen pipe, fuse pipe, filter felt, filter
cotton ;(2) the user causes water, medicine and other liquid to enter the
machine can not work properly ;(3) the whole machine water or rain ;(4) the
failure caused by unauthorized disassembly, repair, modification of the
product ;(5) failure caused by careless drop in the process of use and
handling ;(6) failure caused by failure to operate in accordance with the
correct method of the instructions ;(7) damage caused by unforeseen natural
disasters such as fire, earthquake, flood, etc.
VI. Disposal of wastes and residues
The disposal of waste and residue shall conform to the
corresponding national laws and regulations. Note: circuit and
appearance changes due to machine improvement are subject to no
prior notice!
