Bluetooth®USB Adapter Quick Start Guide
Setup for Windows XP/2000/Me/98SE
1. Do not plug the Bluetooth USB Adapter into your computer. You need to
install the software first.
2. Insert the installation CD into the CD drive. The CD should start
automatically and the Language Selection screen should appear. (If it does
not, double-click the My Computer icon on your desktop and then, in the
My Computer window, double-click the Zoom icon.)
3. In the Language Selection window, choose your language.
4. In the next window, select Installation Wizard then choose Bluetooth USB
Adapter.
5. Follow the prompts to install the software. Note: You can accept the
licensing agreement when prompted.
6. Windows XP/2000 users only: If the Driver Signature Notice message
box appears, click OK.
7. When prompted, plug the Bluetooth USB Adapter into your computer’s USB
port. (If it’s helpful, you can connect the supplied USB cable between the
USB Adapter and the USB port.) Then click OK to continue the installation.
8. When the installation is complete, click Finish, then Yes. Your computer will
shut down and restart.
9. To use your Bluetooth USB Adapter with another Bluetooth device, you need
to set up the service for that device using the Bluetooth Settings. See the
Bluetooth USB Adapter User Guide on the installation CD for directions.
Setup for Macintosh
For Mac OS X (10.3 and later), you do not need to install any software. To install
the Bluetooth USB Adapter, plug the the Adapter into your computer’s USB port.
(If it’s helpful, you can connect the supplied USB cable between the USB Adapter

and the USB port.) To use your Bluetooth USB Adapter with another Bluetooth
device, set up the service for that device using the Bluetooth Setup Assistant.

1. No conectar el Adaptador Bluetooth USB en su computador. Debe instalar el
software primero.
2. Insertar el CD de instalación en el CD drive. El CD deberá iniciarse
automáticamente y la pantalla de Selección del Idioma debe aparecer. (Si no
lo hace, hacer doble clic en el icono Mi computador en su escritorio y luego
en la ventana Mi Computador, hacer doble clic en el icono de Zoom.)
3. En la ventana Selección del Idioma, escoger su idioma.
4. En la ventana siguiente, seleccionar Asistente de Instalación luego escoger
Bluetooth Adaptador USB.
5. Siga las indicaciones para instalar el software. Por favor aceptar el Contrato de
licencia cuando asi se lo indique.
6. Solo para usuarios de Windows XP/2000: Si aparece la ventana de
mensajes Información de la Firma del Controlador hacer clic en OK.
7. Cuando se lo indique, conectar el Adaptador Bluetooth USB en el puerto
USB de su computador. (Si le sirve de ayuda, puede conectar el cable USB
enviado en el paquete entre el Adaptador USB y el puerto USB). Luego hacer
clic en OK para continuar la instalación.
8. Cuando la instalación este completa, hacer clic en Finalizar, luego en Si. Su
computador se apagará y se reiniciará.
9. Para usar el Adaptador Bluetooth USB con otro dispositivo Bluetooth,
necesita instalar el servicio para ese dispositivo usando las Configuraciones
Bluetooth. Por favor ver la guía de usuario para el Adaptador Bluetooth USB.

Instalación para Macintosh
Para el Mac OS X (10.3 y mas recientes), no es necesario instalar ningún software.
Para instalar el Adaptador USB Bluetooth, conectar el Adaptador al puerto USB de
su computador. (Si le sirve de ayuda, puede conectar el cable USB enviado en el
paquete, entre el Adaptador USB y el puerto USB).
Para usar el Adaptador Bluetooth USB con otro dispositivo Bluetooth, necesita
instalar el servicio para ese dispositivo usando l’Asistente de la Configuración
Bluetooth.
