Tomaketheequipmentworkreliablyandsecurelyandreduceaccidentsandmaintenance

EquipmentroomManagement
Observethefollowingprecautionswhenyoumanageaequipmentroom.
lMakesurethattheequipmentroommeettherelatednationalstandardsorthebasic
industrialstandards.Keepclean,provideasuitabletemperature,keepdry,and
preventinsectsandrodents.
lMakesurethatthesystempowersupplyisstableandreliable.Checkthesystem
earthingandlightningprotectionperiodically.Especiallywhenthethunderstorm
seasoniscomingorover,checkthelightningprotectionsystem.
lMakesurethattheilluminanceintheequipmentroommeetthebasicmaintenance
requirements.Repairthelightsthatarenotingoodcondition.Preventtheilluminance
deadanglesthataffectmaintenance.
lEstablishacompletesetofmaintenanceregulationsfortheequipmentroomto
standardizetheroutinemaintenanceworkofthemaintenancepersonnel.Create
detaileddutylogsandmakedetailedrecordsoftheroutineoperationstateofthe
system,version,datachange,upgradingandtroubleshooting.Thisfacilitateseasy
faultanalysisandtroubleshootingonceafaultoccurs.Keepashiftrecordtodene

Observethefollowingoperationalprecautions.
lThesystemadministratorsshouldkeeptheusernamesandpasswordsofthe
equipmentproperly.Setthevalidityperiodsforthepasswordsandchangethe
passwordsperiodically.Managethepasswordsinaccordancewiththerightsstrictly.
Dividethemaintenancerightsofthemaintenancepersonnelandtheworkstations,
andmakesurethattheequipmentareoperatedsecurely.
lMakerecordsforalltheimportantorriskyoperations(suchasboardchangeover,
equipmentresetting,andboardresetting).Chooseanappropriatetimeandan
appropriatesolution.Beforetheoperations,thequaliedmaintenancepersonnel
musttaketherelatedbackup,emergency,andprotectionmeasures.
lThemodicationstothecongurationsontheequipmentshouldbecontrolledstrictly.

throughcontinuouslearning..Duringmaintenanceoperations,themaintenanceper-
sonnelmustfollowtheinstructionsdescribedintherelatedmanualsoftheproduct.
lThemaintenancepersonnelshouldtaketherelatedsuggestionsinthismanualtodo
routinechecksandtestsandtomakerecords.
lWhenthemaintenancepersonnelhaveanyquestionduringmaintenance,theyshould
recorddetailedoriginalinformationandthencontacttheZTEcustomerservicecenter
orthelocalZTEofce.
lThemaintenancepersonnelmustnotinstall,runorcopyanyothersoftwarenotrelated
tomaintenanceoperationsonthemaintenanceterminals.Otherwise,theremaybe
anunexpectedresult.

lChecksparecomponentsregularlytoensurethattheyaresufcientinquantityandare
ingoodcondition,andmakesurethatthecomponentsarenotaffectedbydampness
