Installation
1Preparation 2Install Bale
Prepare your ceiling to make sure your grid is set with
correct size of openings (2'2' or 2'4').

Inspect order for complete shipment. Clario should be
fully assembled (consists of 8 or 16 slotted fins that
have been assembled into a baffle).

Expand the Clario bale.

Repeat on the last side with same installation technique.
Orient additional bales in the same direction.
cOn adjacent side, further expand the Clario bale so that
the slots are captured by the T-grid.
aInsert the slotted ends into
the T-grid on one side.
bInstall the opposite site with
same installation technique.

Inspect Installed Bales
Inspect the Clario bales to ensure alignment between modules is correct and that none of the ins needs adjustment. If the
ins need adjustment for alignment, simply adjust by moving individual ins within a module (can only do this once installed).
Sometimes a in may slide out a little bit from its interlocking slot; just push the in back in and it should lock into place.
3Install Ceiling Clip (Optional)
If desired, ceiling clips
(3152415) may be added
to keep the Clario Ceiling
Bales more securely in
place within the ceiling
grid.
After installing two adjacent
Clario Ceiling Bales, reach
up above the grid through
an adjoining open space
(where a bale has not been
placed yet) and place the
clip on the cross tee to keep
the Clario Ceiling Bale in
place.

Cleaning Instructions
Clario should be cleaned periodically. A regular, seasonal clean-
ing program will dramatically help prevent noticeable weathering
and dirt build-up.
To remove airborne debris and dust, it is recommended to peri-
odically vacuum the Clario Tiles. Please note the slight shedding
of ibers from the felt is normal and not indicative of any defect.
To treat liquid stains, remove spills immediately using a clean
damp cotton cloth or with detergent soap and warm water.
Carpet and fabric cleaners can usually be used - always test an
inconspicuous area before the actual stain.
Do not use strong solvents, highly alkaline or abrasive cleaning
agents. Do not completely saturate with cleaning solution or
water.
