GEFAHR: Batterien enthalten ätzende Säuren und explosive Gase. NICHT RAUCHEN! In der Nähe von Bat-
terien dürfen sich KEIN OFFENES FEUER oder Funkenquellen benden. Bei Kontakt mit Batteriesäure muss
die Haut oder das Körperteil sofort mit reichlich ießendem, kaltem Wasser gespült werden. Falls Batteriesäu-
re in die Augen gelangt ist, sofort mit reichlich ießendem, kaltem Wasser ausspülen und einen Arzt aufsu-

Damit die während des Ladevorgang entstehenden Gase gut abziehen können, schrauben Sie die Verschlus-
skappen der Batteriezellen ab, und vermeiden Sie offenes Feuer und Funkenbildung. Die beim Ladevorgang
freigesetzten Gase sind explosiv. Einige Ladegeräte enthalten Bauteile wie Schalter und Relais, die Funken
oder Funkenstrecken bilden können. Daher müssen Sie das Ladegerät bei Verwendung in einer Garage an
einem geeigneten Ort aufstellen.
· Altbatterien müssen über Werkstätten oder Altbatterie-Sammelstellen entsorgt werden.
· Metall- oder PVC-Teile gehören nicht in den Hausmüll.
· Schützen Sie unsere Umwelt!
Falls das Netzkabel beschädigt ist, muss es vom Hersteller oder einem autorisierten Kundendienst oder Tech-
niker ausgetauscht werden. Führen Sie keine eigenhändigen Änderungen oder Reparaturen am Netzkabel
durch. Anderenfalls besteht Stromschlag- und Brandgefahr!
Dieses Gerät ist nicht für Kinder oder Personen mit körperlichen, sensorischen oder geistigen Einschränkun-
gen geeignet. Ebenso darf es nicht durch unerfahrene Anwender gebraucht werden. Diese Personen müssen
stets durch eine erfahrene Person beaufsichtigt bzw. instruiert werden, die für ihre Sicherheit verantwortlich
ist. Ferner müssen Kinder immer durch Erwachsene beaufsichtigt werden, damit Sie nicht mit dem Produkt
spielen.

GEWÄHRLEISTUNGSBEDINGUNGEN
1) Die Gewährleistung erstreckt sich auf sämtliche Fabrikations- oder Materialfehler seitens des Herstellers.
Daher gewährt der Hersteller zwei Jahre lang ab Kaufdatum einen kostenlosen Austausch (von Bauteilen oder
des Ladegerätes). Lediglich die Frachtkosten gehen zu Lasten des Kunden.
2) Die Gewährleistung ist nur gegen Vorlage eines Kaufbelegs (Rechnung oder Kassenbon) gültig.
3) Die Gewährleistung erstreckt sich nicht auf Reparaturen, die Folgen eines Unfalls, unsachgemäßer Demon-
tage, Beschädigung durch Herunterfallen oder Stöße, unsachgemäßen Gebrauchs oder Anschluss an eine
andere, als die angegebene Netzspannung sind.
4) Auf keinen Fall beinhaltet die Gewährleistung Ansprüche auf Schadensersatz oder Rückzahlung.
IM FALLE VON GERÄTESCHÄDEN
Wenden Sie sich an Ihren Fachhändler. Er veranlasst das Einschicken des Produkts mit einer vom Hersteller
angegebenen Retourennummer (RMA).
EINFÜHRUNG
Vielen Dank, dass Sie sich für dieses Batterieladegerät Absaar HF-1202 entschieden haben! Es wurde dazu
entwickelt, wartungsfreie, wiederauadbare 12-V-Bleisäurebatterien (üblicherweise mit 6 Zellen je 2 V, für
weitere Informationen, siehe die Angaben des Batterieherstellers) / VRLA (Gel und AGM) mit Kapazitäten von
bis zu 30 Ah aufzuladen. Die typische Ladezeit beträgt dabei 8-12 Stunden. Das Gerät ist nicht zum Auaden
von 6-V- oder 24-V-Batterien geeignet.
Das Ladegerät verfügt über diverse automatische Schutzvorrichtungen:
· Kurzschlussschutz
· Verpolungsschutz
· Überhitzungsschutz
· LED-Anzeigen für Lade- und Erhaltungsbetrieb sowie Verpolung
DREISTUFIGER LADEVORGANG
Der mehrstuge Ladevorgang gewährleistet, dass die Batterie stets optimal aufgeladen wird:
1) Konstanter Ladestrom
2) Konstante Ladespannung
3) Ladeerhaltung
WICHTIGER SICHERHEITSHINWEIS
Durch unsachgemäßen Gebrauch oder falschen Anschluss kann das Ladegerät HF-1202 beschädigt werden
oder Gefahren für den Anwender hervorrufen. Lesen Sie sich die Sicherheitshinweise aufmerksam und voll-
ständig durch, und beachten Sie alle Warnhinweise („Vorsicht“, „Achtung“ und „Gefahr“), in der Bedienungsan-

EIGENSCHAFTEN
1. Ladeanzeige – diese Anzeige leuchtet gelb, während die Batterie geladen wird.
2. Batterie voll – diese Anzeige leuchtet grün, wenn die Batterie voll aufgeladen ist bzw. das Ladegerät auf
Ladeerhaltung umschaltet. Außerdem leuchtet sie, wenn keine Batterie angeschlossen ist.
3. Verpolung – diese Anzeige leuchtet rot, wenn die Batterieklemmen verpolt wurden.
4. Ladekabel – Batterieladekabel mit roter (+) und schwarzer (-) Klemme zum Anschluss an die Batterie
5. Lüftungsschlitze – achten Sie darauf, dass die Lüftungsschlitze nicht verdeckt oder verschmutzt sind.
6. Netzkabel – zum Anschließen an das Wechselstromnetz (230 V)
Hinweis: dieses Ladegerät mit einem Ladestrom von 2 A ist zum Auaden von Batterien von bis zu 30 Ah ge-
eignet. Außerdem eignet es sich zur Erhaltung der Ladung von Batterien von bis zu maximal 30 Ah Kapazität.
BEDIENUNGSANLEITUNG:
· Trennen Sie das Batterieladegerät vom Stromnetz.
· Verbinden Sie die rote Klemme mit dem Pluspol (+) der Batterie.
· Verbinden Sie die schwarze Klemme mit dem Minuspol (-) der Batterie.
· Verbinden Sie den Netzstecker des Ladegerätes mit dem Stromnetz. Daraufhin leuchtet
die gelbe LED-Anzeige auf und signalisiert damit, dass die Batterie geladen wird.
ACHTUNG: Falls die gelbe Anzeige erlischt und anstelle die rote Anzeige aueuchtet, tren-
nen Sie das Gerät sofort vom Stromnetz. Überprüfen Sie die Polarität der Batterieklemmen.
· Sobald die Batterie vollständig aufgeladen ist, leuchtet die grüne LED-Anzeige. Die
Ladedauer ist von der Kapazität und dem verbleibenden Ladepegel der
angeschlossenen Batterie abhängig.
· Trennen Sie das Netzkabel vom Stromnetz.
· Trennen Sie die schwarze Klemme vom Minuspol (-) der Batterie.
· Trennen Sie die rote Klemme vom Pluspol (+) der Batterie.
· Verstauen Sie das Ladegerät an einem trockenen Ort.

Überprüfen Sie die Batteriespannung mit
einem Multimeter. Falls die Batteriespannung
zu niedrig ist, ist die Batterie vermutlich de-
fekt. Tauschen Sie sie gegen eine neue aus.
Die Batterieklemmen sind
nicht richtig an die Batterie
angeschlossen.
Überprüfen Sie die Verbindung, und schlie-
ßen Sie die Klemmen fest an die Batteriepole
an.

PRECAUTIONS AND PREPARATIONS
DANGER: batteries contain corrosive burning acid and explosive gasses, DO NOT SMOKE near them, NO
NAKED FLAMES or other sources of ignition should be used or nearby. Any contact with the battery acid
should be washed off immediately with copious amounts of cold water, any acid in the eyes should be urgently
washed out with large amounts of cold water and urgent medical advice sought. Keep children and pets away
from the battery charging process.
SHOULD THE BATTERY OR CHARGER BECOME HOT DURING THE CHARGING PROCESS, STOP THE
PROCESS AND HAVE THE BATTERY PROFESSIONALLY CHECKED.
ATTENTION: BATTERIES THAT HAVE NOT BEEN USED IN A LONG TIME CAN BE FAULTY DUE TO EX-
TREME DISCHARGE OR SULPHATION. THESE BATTERIES CAN NOT BE CHARGED CORRECTLY. THIS
CHARGER SHOULD NOT BE USED ON THESE TYPES OF BATTERIES.
THE CHARGER SHOULD NOT HOWEVER BE USED AS A SUBSTITUTE POWER SUPPLY. IT SHOULD
NOT BE BUILT INTO A VEHICLE OR BE SWITCHED ON OR CONNECTED WHILST OTHER VEHICLE
ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS ARE BEING POWERED OFF THE BATTERY (OTHER THAN THE VEHICLE’S
ALARM SYSTEM).

To assure a fast dispersion of the gases, which develop during the charging process, unscrew without fail the
rell caps of the battery and avoid any open re or sparks. The gases are explosive. Some chargers contain
parts like switches or relays in which sparks or spark bridges can occur, so, when the charger is used in a
garage put it in a suitable place or space.
Dispose of defect batteries via a garage or battery station
· No metal or PVC parts in the normal dustbin
· Protect the environment
In case of damaged supply cord, it must be replaced by the manufacturer of this appliance or by any author-
ized service department or a similar qualied person. To avoid electrical hazards no manipulation may be
made to the supply cord by the user himself.
This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental
capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction con-
cerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety. Children should be supervised to ensure
that they do not play with the appliance.
GUARANTEE CONDITIONS
1) The guarantee conditions cover all manufacturer’s material faults. The manufacturer gives therefore two
years free of charge replacement (parts or charger) starting from purchase date. Freight charges are responsi-
bility of the customer.
2) The warranty is only valid on the presentation of the purchase receipt.
3) The guarantee extends not to necessary repairs as result of an accident, an unprofessional disassembly,
damage through fall or hit, unprofessional use or a higher mains voltage as indicated.
4) Under no condition contains the guarantee the right of compensation or repayment.

INTRODUCTION
Thank you for purchasing an Absaar HF-1202 battery charger. It is designed to charge 12V (typically six 2 volt
cells, for detailed information refer to the battery manufacturer) rechargeable lead-acid, VRLA maintenance
free (gel and AGM) batteries with a battery capacity up to 30Ah in 8-12 hours. It is not designed to charge 6V
or 24V batteries.
The charger includes automatic protection features to ensure safety:
· Short circuit protection
· Reverse polarity protection
· Over-heating protection
· LED indicators shows charging, oating and reverse polarity status.
THREE-STAGE BATTERY CHARGING
Multi-stage charging ensures that the battery receives the optimum charge:
1) Constant current
2) Constant voltage
3) Floating charging
IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION
Misusing or incorrectly connecting the HF-1202 battery charger may damage the equipment, on-board elec-
tronics, or create hazardous condition for users. Read the safety instructions and pay special attention to all

FEATURES
1. Charging indicator - yellow LED, when battery is charging the yellow LED is lit.
2. Full charge indicator - green LED, when the battery is fully charged or the charger switches into oat charge
mode, the LED is lit; and when there is no load in the circuit, it also illuminates.
3. Reverse polarity indicator - red LED, when battery clips are wrongly connected to the battery the LED is lit
4. DC cable - DC output cable with red (+) and black (-) clamps for connection to the battery.
5. Ventilation openings - be sure the ventilation openings are free from obstruction.
6. Power cable - connect to a standard 230V AC power outlet.
Note: the 2A battery charger is the correct charger for battery capacities up to 30Ah, it is also a good mainte-
nance charger for batteries with a capacity of up to 30Ah.
OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS
· Ensure the battery charger is disconnected from the power supply.
· Connect the red charger clamp to the positive terminal of the battery (+) symbol.
· Connect the black charger clamp to the negative terminal of the battery (-) symbol.
· Plug the charger into the AC mains power. The yellow LED will light up showing that the
battery is charging.
CAUTION: If the yellow charging light turns off and the red light turns on, immediately
disconnect from the AC mains power, check the polarity of the battery clips to the battery
terminals.
· When fully charged, the green LED light turns on. The recharge time will vary based on
the capacity and discharge state of the battery.
· Disconnect the power supply cable from the standard AC outlet.
· Disconnect the black charge clamp from the negative terminal of the battery (-) symbol.
· Disconnect the red charge clamp from the positive terminal of the battery (+) symbol.
· Store the battery charger in a dry place.

TROUBLESHOOTING

Pour assurer une dispersion rapide des gaz qui se développent pendant le processus de recharge, n’oubliez
pas de dévisser le bouchon de remplissage de la batterie et évitez toute formation de amme ou d’étincelles.
Les gaz sont explosifs. Certains chargeurs de batterie contiennent des interrupteurs ou des relais sur lesquels
peuvent se former des étincelles ou des ponts. Veillez donc à positionner le chargeur à endroit approprié lors
de son utilisation dans un garage.
Pour éliminer les batteries défectueuses, déposez-les dans un garage ou un centre spécialisé assurant la
collecte des batteries.

· Protégez l’environnement.
Si le câble d’alimentation de cet appareil est endommagé, il doit être remplacé par le fabricant ou par son

INTRODUCTION
Nous vous remercions d’avoir acheté un chargeur de batterie Absaar HF-1202. Celui-ci est conçu pour
charger des batteries acide-plomb rechargeables de 12 V (généralement six cellules de 2 volts. Pour obtenir
des informations détaillées, consultez le fabricant de la batterie), VRLA sans entretien (gel et AGM) avec une
capacité de batterie allant jusqu’à 30 Ah en 8-12 heures. Il n’est pas destiné à charger des batteries de 6 V ou
24 V.
Le chargeur comprend des fonctions de protection automatiques destinées à assurer votre sécurité :

CARACTÉRISTIQUES
1. Indicateur de charge - le voyant DEL jaune s’allume lorsque la batterie est en cours de charge.
2. Indicateur de charge complète - le voyant DEL vert s’allume lorsque la batterie est complètement chargée
ou que le chargeur passe en mode charge ottante ; le voyant s’allume également quand aucune charge n’est
présente dans le circuit.
3. Indicateur de polarité inversée - le voyant DEL rouge s’allume lorsque les pinces ne sont pas bien raccor-
dées à la batterie.
4. Câble CC - câble de sortie CC, muni d’une pince rouge (+) et d’une pince noire (-), utilisé pour le branche-
ment à la batterie.
5. Orices de ventilation - veillez à ne pas obstruer les orices de ventilation.
6. Câble d’alimentation - se branche à une prise d’alimentation CA 230 V standard.
Remarque : le chargeur de batterie 2 A est adapté pour des batteries d’une capacité allant jusqu’à 30 Ah ; il
convient également comme chargeur de maintenance pour des batteries d’une capacité allant jusqu’à 30 Ah.
INSTRUCTIONS D’UTILISATION
· Assurez-vous que le chargeur de batterie est déconnecté de l’alimentation électrique.
· Connectez la pince rouge du chargeur à la borne positive (+) de la batterie.
· Connectez la pince noire du chargeur à la borne négative (-) de la batterie.
· Branchez le chargeur à une prise d’alimentation CA. Le voyant jaune s’allume pour
indiquer que la batterie est en cours de charge.
ATTENTION : Si le voyant jaune de charge s’éteint et que le voyant rouge s’allume, décon-
nectez immédiatement le chargeur de la prise d’alimentation CA et vériez la polarité des
pinces connectées aux bornes de la batterie.
· Lorsque la batterie est complètement chargée, le voyant DEL vert s’allume. Le temps de
recharge peut varier en fonction de la capacité et de l’état de décharge de la batterie.
· Débranchez le câble d’alimentation de la prise CA standard.
· Déconnectez la pince noire du chargeur de la borne négative (-) de la batterie.
· Déconnectez la pince rouge du chargeur de la borne positive (+) de la batterie.
· Rangez le chargeur de batterie dans un endroit sec.

Per garantire una dispersione rapida dei gas che si possono formare durante il procedimento di carica, svitare
il tappo della batteria ed evitare amme libere o scintille. I gas sono esplosivi. Alcuni caricabatterie contengono

utilizza il caricabatteria in ambienti chiusi posizionarlo in un luogo adatto.

INTRODUZIONE
Grazie per aver acquistato un caricabatteria Absaar HF-1202. Questo dispositivo è stato progettato per carica-
re batterie ricaricabili da 12 V (generalmente con sei celle da 2 volt – per informazioni dettagliate rivolgersi al
produttore della batteria), all’acido di piombo, che non richiedono manutenzione VRLA (gel e AGM), con una
capacità no a 30Ah in 8-12 ore. Non è stato progettato per caricare batterie da 6 o 24 V.
Per una maggiore sicurezza, il caricabatteria include alcune funzioni di protezione automatica:
· protezione dai cortocircuiti
· protezione dalla polarità inversa
· protezione dal surriscaldamento
· indicatori LED che mostrano lo stato della carica, della carica di mantenimento e della

CARATTERISTICHE
1. Indicatore di carica – LED giallo, si accende quando la batteria è in carica.
2. Indicatore di carica completata – LED verde, si accende quando la batteria è completamente carica o il
caricabatteria entra in modalità carica di mantenimento; inoltre, si illumina quando non vi sono carichi nel
circuito.
3. Indicatore di polarità inversa – LED rosso, si accende in caso di collegamento errato dei morsetti della
batteria.
4. Cavo CC – cavo d’uscita CC con i morsetti rosso (+) e nero (-) per il collegamento alla batteria.
5. Fori di ventilazione – assicurarsi che i fori di ventilazione non siano ostruiti.
6. Cavo d’alimentazione – collegare a una presa standard 230 V CA.
Nota: Il caricabatterie 2A non solo è adatto a ricaricare batterie con una capacità no a 30 Ah, ma anche per il
mantenimento della carica di questo tipo di batterie.
ISTRUZIONI DI FUNZIONAMENTO
· Accertarsi che il caricabatteria sia scollegato dall’alimentazione di rete.
· Collegare il morsetto rosso al terminale positivo (+) della batteria.
· Collegare il morsetto nero al terminale negativo (-) della batteria.
· Inserire la spina del caricabatteria in una presa d’alimentazione di rete. Il LED giallo si
illuminerà a indicare che la batteria si sta ricaricando.
AVVERTENZA: Se il LED giallo si spegne e si accende quello rosso, scollegare immediata-
mente il dispositivo dall’alimentazione di rete e controllare i morsetti siano collegati con le
polarità corrette.· Quando la batteria è completamente carica, si accende il LED verde. Il tempo di ricarica
varia in base alla capacità e alla carica presente nella batteria.
· Scollegare il cavo d’alimentazione dalla presa di corrente.
· Scollegare il morsetto nero dal terminale negativo (-) della batteria.
· Scollegare il morsetto rosso dal terminale positivo (+) della batteria.
· Conservare il caricabatterie in un luogo asciutto.

Om te zorgen dat gassen die bij het opladen kunnen ontstaan snel ontsnappen, schroeft u direct de afsluit-
doppen van de accu los en vermijd u open vuur of vonken De gassen zijn explosief. Sommige laders bevatten
onderdelen zoals schakelaars en relais waar vonken of vonkbruggen kunnen ontstaan. Als de lader in een
garage wordt gebruikt, dient deze daarom op een geschikte plaats of in een geschikte ruimte te worden
geplaatst.

Als de voedingskabel is beschadigd, moet u deze laten vervangen door de fabrikant van het apparaat of een

1) De garantievoorwaarden dekken alle materiaalfouten van de fabrikant. Daarom biedt de fabrikant kosteloze
vervanging (van onderdelen of van de lader) gedurende twee jaar vanaf de aankoopdatum. De verzendkosten
zijn voor rekening van de klant.
2) De garantie kan uitsluitend worden verleend als de aankoopbon kan worden overlegd.
3) De garantie dekt geen noodzakelijke reparaties die het gevolg zijn van een ongeluk, het uit elkaar halen
door een ondeskundige persoon, schade door een val of schok, onvakkundig gebruik of aansluiting op een
hogere netspanning dan de aangegeven netspanning.
4) De garantie geeft in geen geval recht op een schadevergoeding of restitutie.
