ADVANING 30-DAY LIMITED MANUFACTURER’S WARRANTY
FOR CERTIFIED RECONDITIONED PRODUCTS
LIMITED WARRANTY FOR CERTIFIED RECONDITIONED PRODUCTS COVERS THE FOLLOWING
Advaning’s warranty provides coverage for all of its original Advaning products that are sold and installed
within the contiguous 48 states of the United States of America. Said warranty ensures Advaning’s Certied
reconditioned awning and shade products, to be free of defects in either materials or in workmanship
not previously specied at the time of purchase. This warranty only applies to the original consumer (eg.
individual or party who purchased the product directly from the supplier, Advaning). the warranty is valid
for the duration of the rst 30-days from the date of purchase. Any defects or issues presented to Advaning
within the warranty period will be promptly handled by Advaning customer service and resolved within a
reasonable timeframe.
The supplier’s entire awning framework, including the extruded and die cast component parts, springs and
cables are covered under the limited warranty. Should the purchaser notify the supplier (Advaning) within the
thirty (30) days period from the date of the original purchase and after deemed defective by Advaning will
the case be resolved by the following:
A. Defective component replacement (shipping charges may apply).
B. discount from the purchase price via reimbursement.
Powder coated nishes and painted nishes are excluded and are NOT covered under this limited warranty.
ANY MODIFICATIONS OR ALTERATIONS TO THE PRODUCT WILL VOID THIS WARRANTY.
ADVANING, INCLUDING ITS SUBSIDIARIES AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE IN ANY MANNER
WHATSOEVER FOR INJURY, DEATH OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY AS A RESULT OF THE INTENTIONAL OR
ACCIDENTAL MISUSED FOR PURPOSES FOR WHICH THE PRODUCT WAS NOT DESIGNED FOR.
WARRANTY LIMITATION AND EXCLUSION
The warranty will be in effect once the awning is fully paid for. Advaning is not responsible for damages due
to faulty modications, installation, carrier damage, or re-installation.
Advaning assumes no liability for damages sustained to any structure to which the awning is attached, or to
any properties located beneath or adjacent to said structure. This limited warranty does not cover damage
from ice, snow, hail, high winds, vandalism, neglect, improper use, or any natural disasters. This limited
warranty does not cover degradation due to salt corrosion, oxidation, and chipping or peeling of the paint.
PROBLEMS AND WARRANTY CLAIMS
If you experience a problem with your Advaning Certied Refurbished product, please contact Advaning

• Prior to contacting Advaning via phone or email for warranty claims, please have your model name/
number, serial/lot number, original proof of purchase, and a description of difculty, malfunction and/or
other perceived product failure ready for our customer service team to assess. If any issues arise where a
full return is needed, Advaning will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (“RMA”) number providing
that the claim meets the terms of Advaning’s warranty return policy. For more information on returning
