GETTING STARTED
1 Before you start using the toaster, place it in an area with good ventilation such as a stove vent hood that is turned
on or an open window. Set the browning setting to 8 and turn the toaster on without any bread in it. Repeat for a
total of 2 to 3 times as this will help remove any odors that can occur during the rst few uses.
2 How to use the toaster: Plug the cord into the mains. Insert bread. Press the browning control button ( or ) to
adjust the browning level (1-7). Press down the start lever. The LCD display will show the process time and starts to
count down.
3 When the bread has reached the desired degree of browning, the toaster switches o automatically and the bread
is lifted up.
FEATURES AND CLEANING
4 Operating features: to interrupt toasting, press the Cancel button (A). To toast frozen bread, press the Defrost but-
ton (B). Press the Check button (C) to pause toasting. The bread is lifted up and the toasting will pause (press down
the start lever within 10 seconds to resume toasting). Press and hold the Cancel button (A) for two seconds to turn
o the LCD display.
5 To warm buns, rolls, or other bread, use the bun warmer rack. Place the bun warmer rack on top of the appliance.
Press the bun warmer button (D) (browning setting 2) and then start the toaster by pressing down the start lever.
Once nished, turn the bread over and repeat if necessary.
Caution – Do NOT touch the rack since it becomes very hot during use!
6 Cleaning and care: unplug the toaster and allow it to cool down. Empty the crumb tray. Wipe the outer surfaces with
a slightly moist cloth. Never use caustic or abrasive cleaners, and never immerse the machine in liquid!

running.

• Do not cover the toasting slot when toasting.

or separate remote control system.
• This appliance is intended for domestic use only. The manufacturer cannot
accept any liability for possible damage caused by improper or incorrect

ERSTE SCHRITTE
1 Stellen Sie den Toaster vor dem Gebrauch an einen Ort mit guter Belüftung auf, wie zum Beispiel unter einer
eingeschaltete Dunstabzugshaube oder in der Nähe eines geöneten Fensters. Stellen Sie den Bräunungsgrad auf
8 und schalten Sie den Toaster ohne Brot ein. Wiederholen Sie diesen Vorgang 2 bis 3 Mal, um eine Geruchsbelästi-
gung, die während der ersten Einsätze auftreten kann, zu vermeiden.
2 Verwendung des Toasters :Schließen Sie das Gerät mithilfe des Stromkabels an das Stromnetz an. Geben Sie das
Toastbrot hinein. Drücken Sie die Taste „Browning Control“ ( oder ), um den Bräunungsgrad einzustellen (1-7).
Den Starthebel herunterdrücken. Auf dem LCD Display wird der Fortschritt des Bräunungsvorgangs in Form eines
Countdowns angezeigt.
3 Hat das Brot den gewünschten Bräunungsgrad erreicht, schaltet sich der Toaster automatisch ab und das Brot
wird angehoben. Über den Starthebel kann das Brot noch weiter angehoben werden.
FUNKTIONEN UND REINIGUNG
4 Bedienfunktionen: Drücken Sie die Taste „Cancel“(A), um den Toastvorgang zu unterbrechen. Drücken Sie die
Taste „Defrost“ (B), um gefrorenes Toastbrot zu rösten. Drücken Sie die Taste „Check“ (C), um den Toastvorgang
zu unterbrechen. Das Toastbrot wird nach oben gehoben und der Toastvorgang wird unterbrochen (drücken Sie
den Starthebel innerhalb von 10 Sekunden nach unten, um den Toastvorgang fortzusetzen). Drücken Sie die Taste
„Cancel“ (A) und halten Sie sie zwei Sekunden lang gedrückt, um das LCD Display abzuschalten.
5 Verwenden Sie zum Aufwärmen von Brötchen oder Brot den Brötchenaufsatz. Bringen Sie die Brötchenwärmer-
Ablage oben am Gerät an. Drücken Sie die Taste „Bun Warmer“ (D) (Bräunungsregler-Einstellung 2) und beginnen
Sie den Toastvorgang, indem Sie den Starthebel nach unten drücken. Drehen Sie danach das Brot um und wiederho-
len Sie den Vorgang nach Bedarf.
Vorsicht - Berühren Sie den Aufsatz NICHT, da er während des Gebrauchs sehr heiß wird!
6 Reinigung und Pege: Den Netzstecker ziehen und den Toaster abkühlen lassen. Leeren Sie das Krümelfach. Die
Außenächen mit einem leicht feuchten Tuch abwischen. Nie ätzende oder scheuernde Reinigungsmittel ver-
wenden und die Maschine nie in Flüssigkeit eintauchen!

• Kinder dürfen das Gerät nicht reinigen oder Wartungsarbeiten durchführen,
es sei denn, sie sind älter als 8 und werden beaufsichtigt.
• Halten Sie Kinder unter 8 Jahren vom Gerät und dem Netzkabel fern.

• Das Gerät immer auf eine ebene Fläche stellen.
• Das Gerät muss nach jeder Verwendung vor der Reinigung und Wartung
ausgeschaltet werden und der Netzstecker muss gezogen werden.
• Während des Betriebs können sich Gerät und Zubehör erhitzen. Nur
ausgewiesene Grie und Knöpfe verwenden. Das Gerät abkühlen lassen,
bevor es gereinigt oder aufbewahrt wird.
• Das Netzkabel darf mit den heißen Teilen des Geräts nicht in Kontakt kommen.
• Das Gerät nicht in Wasser oder andere Flüssigkeiten eintauchen.
• Krümel können verbrennen. Die Krümelschublade daher regelmäßig leeren.

INTRODUCCIÓN
1 Antes de empezar a usar la tostadora, colóquela en una zona bien ventilada como bajo la campana extractora en-
cendida o junto a una ventana abierta. Ajuste el tueste en 8 y encienda la tostadora sin ningún pan dentro. Repítalo 2
o 3 veces para eliminar los olores que pueden aparecer durante los primeros usos.
2 Cómo utilizar el tostador: Enchufe el cable a la corriente eléctrica. Introduzca el pan. Pulse el botón de control de
nivel de tostado ( o ) para ajustar dicho nivel (1-7). Empuje hacia abajo la palanca de encendido. La pantalla LCD
mostrará el tiempo de proceso e iniciará la cuenta atrás.
3 Cuando el pan ha alcanzado el grado de tostado deseado, el tostador se apaga automáticamente y el pan se eleva.
Puede subirlo más levantando la palanca de encendido.
CARACTERÍSTICAS Y LIMPIEZA
4 Características de funcionamiento: para interrumpir el tostado, pulse el botón de cancelación (A). Para tostar pan
congelado, pulse el botón de descongelar (B). Pulse el botón de comprobación (C) para detener el tostado. El pan
sale hacia arriba y se detiene el proceso de tostado (presione la palanca de inicio durante 10 segundos para reanudar
el tostado). Mantenga pulsado el botón de cancelación (A) durante dos segundos para apagar la pantalla LCD.
5 Para calentar panecillos, bollería u otro pan, use la rejilla. Coloque la rejilla para calentar pan en la parte superior
del aparato. Pulse el botón para calentar pan (D) (a un nivel 2 de tostado) y, a continuación, ponga en marcha el
tostador presionando la palanca de inicio. Al terminar, de vuela al pan y repita si es necesario.
Precaución: ¡NO toque la rejilla, se calienta mucho durante el uso!
6 Limpieza y cuidado: desenchufe la tostadora y deje que se enfríe. Vacíe la bandeja recogemigas. Limpie las super-
cies exteriores con un trapo ligeramente humedecido. No utilice nunca limpiadores cáusticos o abrasivos, ni
sumerja el aparato en ningún líquido.

PREMIÈRE UTILISATION
1 Avant d’utiliser le grille-pain, placez-le dans un endroit bien aéré (hotte aspirante en marche ou fenêtre ouverte).
Positionnez le réglage d’intensité sur 8 et allumez le grille pain sans y introduire de pain. Répétez cette opération 2 ou
3 fois, cela contribuera à éliminer les odeurs susceptibles de se dégager au cours des premières utilisations.
2 Utilisation du grille-pain: Branchez le cordon d’alimentation au secteur. Insérez le pain. Appuyez sur la touche
Browning control ( ou ) pour régler l’intensité (1-7). Appuyez sur le levier de mise en marche.
L’aicheur LCD indique le temps nécessaire et commence le compte à rebours.
3 Lorsque le pain a atteint le brunissage désiré, le grille-pain s’éteint et le pain remonte automatiquement. Pour une
remontée extra-haute des tranches, soulever le levier de mise en marche .
FONCTIONNALITÉS ET NETTOYAGE
4 Fonctionnalités: Pour interrompre le processus, appuyez sur la touche Cancel (A). Pour faire griller du pain congelé,
appuyez sur la touche Defrost (B). Appuyez sur la touche Check (C) pour interrompre le processus. Le pain est
rehaussé et le processus suspendu (appuyez sur le levier de démarrage dans les 10 secondes pour reprendre le
processus). Maintenez la touche Cancel (A) enfoncée pendant deux secondes pour éteindre l’aicheur LCD.
5 Pour chauer des petits pains, des viennoiseries et autres, utilisez le réchaue viennoiseries intégré. Placez le
dispositif de chauage de petits pains au-dessus de l’appareil. Appuyez sur la touche Bun warmer (D) (intensité : 2),

OPERAZIONI PRELIMINARI
1 Prima di iniziare ad utilizzare il tostapane, collocarlo in un luogo ben ventilato come la cappa di aspirazione del for-
nello accesa o una nestra aperta. Impostare il livello di doratura su 8 e accendere il tostapane senza pane all’interno.
Ripetere per 2 o 3 volte in tutto per eliminare eventuali odori che si potrebbero formare durante i primi utilizzi.
2 Come usare il tostapane: Inserire il cavo nella rete elettrica. Inserire il pane. Premere il tasto per il controllo della
doratura ( o ) per regolare il livello della doratura (1-7). Abbassare la leva di avvio. Il display LCD mostra la durata
del processo e viene avviato il calcolo del tempo residuo.
3 Quando il pane ha raggiunto la doratura desiderata, il tostapane si spegne automaticamente e il pane viene sol-
levato. Per fare in modo che venga sollevato di più, agire sulla leva di avvio.
CARATTERISTICHE E PULIZIA
4 Funzioni - per interrompere la tostatura, premere il tasto Cancel (A). Per tostare il pane surgelato, premere il tasto
scongelamento (B).Premere il tasto Check (C) per mettere in pausa la tostatura. Il pane esce fuori e il tostapane entra
in pausa (per riprendere la tostatura abbassare la leva di avvio entro 10 secondi). Per spegnere il display LCD, tenere
premuto il tasto Cancel (A) per due secondi.
5 Per riscaldare brioche, panini o altro pane, utilizzare la griglia scaldabrioche. Posizionare la griglia scaldapanini
nella parte superiore dell’apparecchio. Premere il tasto scaldapanini (D) (impostazione doratura 2), quindi avviare il
tostapane premendo la leva di avvio. Al termine, girare il pane e ripetere se necessario.
Attenzione – NON toccare la griglia, in quanto diventa incandescente durante l’utilizzo!
6 Pulizia e manutenzione: scollegare il tostapane e lasciarlo rareddare. Svuotare il vassoio raccoglibriciole. Pulire le su-
perci esterne con un panno leggermente inumidito. Non utilizzare detergenti caustici o abrasivi e non immergere
l’apparecchio in liquidi!

HET EERSTE GEBRUIK
1 Voordat u de toaster gebruikt, plaatst u deze in een ruimte met goede verluchting, zoals onder een afzuigkap
of bij een open venster. Stel de toaster op stand 8 en schakel de toaster in zonder dat er brood in zit. Herhaal deze
procedure 2 of 3 keer; hierdoor zullen alle mogelijke geurtjes tijdens de eerste toastbeurten verdwijnen.
2 Gebruik van de broodrooster: Steek de stekker in het stopcontact. Plaats het brood. Druk op de bruineringsknop
( of ) om het bruineringsniveau aan te passen (1 - 7). Druk de starthendel omlaag. Het LCD-scherm geeft de
procesduur weer en begint met aftellen.
3 Als het brood de gewenste bruiningsgraad heeft, wordt de broodrooster automatisch uitgeschakeld en komt het
brood omhoog. U kunt dit nog verder omhoog tillen door de starthendel omhoog te bewegen.
FUNCTIES EN REINIGEN
4 Bedieningsfuncties: Druk op de knop Cancel (Annuleren) (A) om het roosteren te onderbreken. Druk op de knop
Defrost (Ontdooien) (B) om bevroren brood te roosteren. Druk op de knop Check (Controle) (C) om het roosteren
te onderbreken. Het brood wordt opgetild en het roosteren wordt onderbroken (druk de starthendel binnen 10
seconden omlaag om het roosteren te hervatten). Houd de knop Cancel (Annuleren) (A) twee seconden ingedrukt
om het LCD-scherm uit te schakelen.
5 Om broodjes, koeken of ander brood op te warmen, gebruikt u het opwarmrek. Plaats het opwarmrek bovenop
het apparaat. Druk op de opwarmknop (D) (bruineringsinstelling 2) en druk vervolgens de starthendel omlaag om
het roosteren te starten. Draai de broodjes om en herhaal indien nodig.
Opgelet – Raak het rek NIET aan; het wordt nl. heel warm tijdens gebruik!
6 Reinigen en onderhouden: trek de stekker van de broodrooster uit het stopcontact en laat deze afkoelen. Maak de
kruimmellade leeg. Veeg de buitenkant af met een enigszins vochtige doek. Gebruik nooit bijtende of agressieve
schoonmaakmiddelen en dompel het apparaat nooit in water!

• Het apparaat mag alleen worden aangesloten op een stopcontact met
een voltage en frequentie die overeenkomen met de specicaties op het
modelplaatje.
• Gebruik of til het apparaat nooit op als - de voedingskabel is beschadigd, -
de behuizing is beschadigd.

• Bedek de roostergleuf niet als u brood roostert.
• Dit apparaat is niet bedoeld voor gebruik met een externe tijdklok of
afzonderlijk afstandsbedieningssysteem.
• Dit apparaat is enkel bedoeld voor huishoudelijk gebruik. De fabrikant

INTRODUÇÃO
1 Antes de utilizar a torradeira, coloque-a num local com boa ventilação, como debaixo de um exaustor ligado ou
perto de uma janela. Regule a torradeira para o nível 8 e ligue-a sem colocar pão nela. Repita este processo 2 ou 3
vezes para remover eventuais odores que possam libertar-se nas primeiras utilizações.
2 Como utilizar a torradeira: Ligue o cabo do aparelho à rede eléctrica. Introduza o pão. Prima o botão de denição
do nível de tostagem ( ou ) para ajustar ao nível pretendido (1-7). Pressione o accionador. O display LCD apre-
sentará o tempo de processamento e iniciará a contagem decrescente.
3 Quando o pão estiver torrado de acordo com o nível de tostagem, a torradeira desliga-se automaticamente e o
pão é elevado. É possível elevá-lo mais levantando o accionador.
CARACTERÍSTICAS E LIMPEZA
4 Características de funcionamento: para interromper a tostagem, prima o botão Cancel (Cancelar) (A). Para tostar
pão congelado, prima o botão de descongelação (B). Prima o botão Check (Vericação) (C) para interromper tem-
porariamente a tostagem. O aparelho faz subir o suporte do pão e a tostagem é interrompida (empurre a alavanca
de início para baixo num período de 10 segundos para retomar a tostagem). Mantenha premido o botão Cancel
(Cancelar) (A) durante dois segundos para apagar o display LCD.
5 Para aquecer pãezinhos, pastéis e outro tipo de pão, utilize o suporte para aquecer pãezinhos. Coloque o tab-
uleiro para aquecimento de pãezinhos na parte de cima do aparelho. Prima o botão do aquecedor de pãezinhos (D)
(denição de tostagem 2) e inicie a tostagem empurrando a alavanca de início para baixo. Quanto terminar, vire o pão
e repita se for necessário.
Cuidado: NÃO toque no suporte porque ele ca muito quente durante a utilização!
6 Limpeza e cuidados: desligue a torradeira e deixe arrefecer. Esvazie a bandeja de migalhas. Limpe as superfícies
exteriores com um pano ligeiramente humedecido. Nunca utilize produtos de limpeza cáusticos nem abrasivos e
nunca mergulhe a máquina em líquidos!
