HOW TO INSTALL
FOR PURCHASING AT AFX MOTORSPORTS

(26x) 1/4” x 1/2” Bolts with nuts
(6x) 1/4” x 1 Bolts with washer and nuts
(24x) 3/16” x 1/2” Flat head bolt with washer and nuts
(4x) 3/16” x 3/4” Flat head bolt with nuts
(8x) 1/4” x 3/4” Bolts with washer and nuts

Check that the central perforations match, use three 1/4 x 3/4”
screws with the nut it is shown in the image. (Do not thighten
yet)
Hold the front leg of the passenger´s side aligning it with the
leg at the rear from the passenger´s side.
NOTE: Just in case you have the Flat Roof start from step 5.
Drill 2 holes on the marks of the OEM plastic roof, in order
to align the rack with them.

DRILL
Use the holes you did in the rst step to align your roof rack on
the front. Then set up the rest of the rack using six 1/4 x 1”
bolts with washer and nut.
The holes needed to secure the roof rack are dierent from the
ones that secure the OEM roof, this will allow more capability
to secure the roof rack, allowing more weight capacity on it.
Tighten all the screws to nish with the installation.

Settle the leg over the roof (Only with he Original Roof), place
a washer over the perforations as it is shown in the image,
using 1/4 x 1” screws. (Do not thighten yet)
Repeat steps from 1 to 3 on the
driver’s side and tighten all the
screws.

Place the central bar over the Bracket aligning it with the
perforations, as it is shown in the image, hold it using a 1/4 x
3/4” screw with the washer and nut. (Repeat this step on both
driver’s and passenger’s side)

Passenger’s side: Align Bracket at the front part of the roof rack
with the perforations, (as it is shown in the image), hold it with
a 1/4 x 1/2" screw using the washer and nut provided (Do not
tighten)(Repeat this step in the Driver´s Side)

Install rear frame assembly onto rear side rails (as it is shown in
the image). Use four 1/4x 1/2”screws with nut. (Do not tighten
yet).

Align 3 central rails with the perforations (as it is shown in the
image). Use twelve 3/16”x 1/2” screws with nut, inserting them
bottom-up. (Do no tighten yet)

Now, settle the front part of the roof rack over the front legs,
using a 1/4 x 1" screw using the washer and nut provided. (Do
not tighten yet)

Settle the part at the rear of the Roof Rack over the legs at the
rear that were installed before, using a 1/4 x 1”screw using the
washer and nut provided. (Do not tighten yet)
Rear Roof Rack
Install Front frame Assembly onto front side rails (as it is
shown in the image). Use four 1/4 x 1/2” screws with nut (Do
not tighten yet).
Laterals
1/4x 1/2 “ screw
Align 3 central rails with the perforations (as it is shown in the
image). Use sixteen 3/16” x 1/2”screws with nut, inserting them
bottom-up. (Do not tighten yet). Central Rail
