HOW TO INSTALL
FOR PURCHASING AT AFX MOTORSPORTS

(16x) 1/4 x ” x 1/2” Bolts with nuts.
(32x) 3/16 x 1/2 ” Bolts with nuts.

* For safety tighten all the screws.

roof, aligning the perforations. Use six 3/16” x 1/2” screws with
nut and washer (as it shown
in the image).

Use the holes you did in the rst step to align your roof rack on
the front. Then set up the rest of the rack using six 1/4 x 1”
bolts with washer and nut.
The holes needed to secure the roof rack are dierent from the
ones that secure the OEM roof, this will allow more capability
to secure the roof rack, allowing more weight capacity on it.

Install rear frame assembly onto rear side rails (as it is shown in
the image). Use four 1/4”x 1/2” screws with nut. (Do not
tighten yet).

Thighten all the screws.

Laterals
Place the Driver´s side leg´s with their perforations (as it is
shown in the image). Use ten 3/16”x 1/2” screws with nut and
washer. Repeat in the Passenger´s side.
Align the last central rail wih the perforations of the Bracket
#3 (As itis shown in the image). Use four 3/16”x 1/2” screws
with nut, inserting them bottom-up.

Drill 2 holes on the marks of the OEM plastic roof, in order
to align the rack with them.

Align 3 central rails with the perforations (as it is shown in the
image). Use twelve 3/16”x 1/2” screws with nut, inserting them
bottom-up. (Do no tighten yet)

Install Front frame Assembly onto front side rails (as it is
shown in the image). Use four 1/4 “x 1/2” screws with nut (Do
not tighten yet).

Align 3 central rails with the perforations (as it is shown in the
image). Use sixteen 3/16” x 1/2” screws with nut, inserting them
bottom-up. (Do not tighten yet). Central Rail
3/16 x 1/2 “ screw
Place the rear rack assembly with the front rack assembly,
aligning the Bracket with the perforations (as it is shown in the
image), using eight 1/4” x 1/2” screws with nut. (Do not tighten
yet).
