ERHALT DER MASCHINE
• Das versandte Material wird vor der
Auslieferung an den Spediteur sorg-
fältig kontrolliert.
• Bei Erhalt der Maschinen überprüfen,
daß diese während des Transports
keinen Schaden erlitten haben oder
daß die eventuelle Verpackung nicht
verletzt wurde.
• Falls Schäden oder fehlende Teile
festgestellt werden, den Frachtführer
und den Hersteller innerhalb von 8
Tagen benachrichtigen und Photos
als Beweis vorlegen.
Es muß überprüft werden, daß
die Lieferung den Spezikati-
onen des Auftrags entspricht.

Sämtliche in diesem Handbuch an-
geführten Hinweise und Anleitungen
in Bezug auf:
• CE- Markierung;

• Einbauerklärung für unvollständige
Maschine mit Eigenantrieb;

Im Lieferumfang der Maschine sind
enthalten:
• Bedienungshandbuch der Maschine.
• EG-Konformitätserklärung.
• Ersatzteil-Katalog.

• Le matériel envoyé est contrôlé
méticuleusement avant la livraison
à l’expéditeur.
• Lors de la réception de la machine
assurez-vous que cette dernière n’a
pas subi de dommages durant le
transport ou que l’emballage éventuel
n’a pas été endommagé.
• Dans le cas où vous devriez constater
des dommages ou des pièces man-
quantes prévenir le transporteur et le
constructeur dans un délai de 8 jours
en présentant une documentation
photographique.
Nous recommandons de véri-
fier que la fourniture soit
conforme à la commande.

RICEVIMENTO MACCHINA
• Il materiale spedito viene accura-
tamente controllato prima della
consegna allo spedizioniere.
• Al ricevimento della macchina
accertarsi che la stessa non abbia
subito danni durante il trasporto o
che l’eventuale imballo non sia stato
manomesso.
• Nel caso si riscontrassero danni o
parti mancanti avvisare il vettore ed
il costruttore entro 8 giorni produ-
cendo documentazione fotograca.
Si raccomanda di verificare
che la fornitura corrisponda
alle speciche dell’ordine.

RECEPCIÓN MÁQUINA
• El material enviado es meticulosa-
mente controlado antes de la entrega
al transportista.
• Al recibir la máquina asegúrese de
que la misma no haya sufrido da-
ños durante el transporte o de que
el eventual embalaje no haya sido
manipulado.
• En caso de que se detecten daños o
la ausencia de ciertas partes avise
al transportista y al fabricante en
los 8 días siguientes presentán-
doles documentación fotográfica.
Se recomienda vericar que el
suministro corresponde a las
especicaciones del pedido.

• The shipped material shipped is
carefully controlled before being
delivered to a forwarding agent.
• Once received your machine, make
sure that it has not suffered any da-
mage during transport and that the
packing has not been tampered with.

parts, inform the carrier and the Ma-
nufacturer within 8 days, producing
photographic documentation.

Questo manuale di istruzione
è parte integrante della
macchina e fornisce al personale
addetto al funzionamento e alla
manutenzione le informazioni per poter
utilizzare la macchina in modo corretto.
Deve accompagnare la macchina no
alla completa demolizione.
ATTENZIONE
• Questo manuale deve essere
letto attentamente e capito prima di
trasportare, installare, usare ed
eseguire qualsiasi manutenzione
sulla macchina.
• Il manuale deve essere conservato con
cura per tutta la vita della macchina e
deve essere trasferito a qualsiasi altro
utente o successivo proprietario.
• Deve essere posto in luogo vicino alla
macchina a disposizione per la consul-
tazione degli utilizzatori.
• Per utilizzatori si intendono gli operatori
e il personale addetto alla manutenzione.

capito a fondo le norme d’uso e il signi-
cato di eventuali simboli riportati sulla
macchina.

1.1 BUT DU MANUEL
Ce Manuel d’instruction fait
partie inté-grante de la ma-
chine et fournit au personnel préposé
au fonctionnement et à l’entretien les
informations pour pouvoir utiliser la
machine d’une façon correcte. Il doit
accompagner la machine jusqu’à sa
démolition complète.
ATTENTION
• Ce manuel doit être lu et compris
attentivement avant de transporter,
d’installer, d’utiliser et d’exécu-
ter n’importe quel entretien sur la
machine.
• Le manuel doit être conservé avec soin
pour toute la durée de vie de la machine
et doit être transféré à tout autre utilisa-
teur ou propriétaire successif.
• Le manuel doit être placé dans un
endroit tout près de la machine et à
disposition des utilisateurs pour sa
consultation.
• On entend par utilisateurs, les
opérateurs et le personnel préposés à
l’entretien.
• S’assurer que tous les utilisateurs aient
parfaitement bien compris les normes
d’utilisations et la signication d’éven-
tuels symboles reportés sur la machine.

1.1 ZWECK DES
HANDBUCHS
Das vorliegende Bedienungs-
handbuch stellt einen festen
Bestandteil der Maschine dar und ent-
hält die Informationen, die das für Be-
trieb und Wartung der Maschine zustän-
dige Personal benötigt, um die Maschi-
ne auf korrekte Weise zu verwenden.
Es muss die Maschine bis zu deren
vollständiger Verschrottung begleiten.
ACHTUNG!
• Diese Bedienungsanleitung muß vor
dem Transport, der Installierung,
dem Gebrauch und der Ausführung
irgendwelcher Wartungsarbeiten an
der Maschine aufmerksam gelesen
und verstanden werden.
• Das Handbuch ist während der ge-
samten Lebensdauer der Maschine
sorgfältig aufzubewahren und an jeden
anderen Benutzer oder nachfolgenden
Eigentümer weiterzugeben.
• Sie muß an einem in der Nähe der Ma-
schine bendlichen Platz aufbewahrt
werden und den Benutzern zur Konsul-
tation zur Verfügung stehen.
• Unter Benutzern versteht man die Be-
dienungspersonen und das Wartungs-
personal.
• Sicherstellen, daß alle Benutzer die Nor-
men zur Benutzung und die Bedeutung
eventueller an der Maschine angezeig-

• Beim Einsehen des Handbuchs ist dar-
auf zu achten, es nicht zu beschädigen,
keine Seiten zu entfernen, Informatio-
nen weder zu ersetzen noch zu löschen
und keinesfalls den Inhalt zu verändern.

tigkeit und aggressiven Substanzen

enthaltenen technischen Anweisungen

Eventuelle Veränderungen an

den. Anbei sind all die technischen

Ricordiamo l’importanza di

originali Alpego per avere sempre il
massimo della qualità.
L’utilizzo di ricambi e lubricanti Alpego
è obbligatorio per beneficiare della
garanzia durante tutto il periodo stabilito.
L’impiego di ricambi non originali,
e il montaggio difettoso, scorretto,
esonerano il costruttore da ogni
responsabilità.
1.8 CONDIZIONI DI
GARANZIA
1) Le macchine agricole della ALPEGO
S.p.a. sono garantite per dodici mesi
a partire dal giorno della consegna
al cliente nale: la data riportata sul
documento di trasporto attiva il periodo
di garanzia.
2) La garanzia copre ogni difetto di
materiale o di costruzione ed esclu-
sivamente per l’uso previsto dal
prodotto di fornitura. È pertanto
compito dell’acquirente chiedere e
chiarire se il prodotto fornito risponde
agli scopi che la compravendita deve
soddisfare. Qualora l’inconveniente,
oggetto del reclamo, non compromet-
tesse il comportamento, la funzionalità,
o la sicurezza del macchinario, la
società ALPEGO S.p.a. si riserva
la facoltà di individuare la soluzione
più idonea, senza comunque sentirsi
obbligata alla sostituzione completa
del macchinario o parti dello stesso La
garanzia assicura esclusivamente la
sostituzione ed il relativo riposiziona-
mento (cioè il montaggio) del materiale/
componente ritenuto non conforme e
non comprende il riconoscimento di
qualsivoglia ulteriore onere connesso
(che, peraltro, il comportamento del
buon pater familia deve prevedere ed
evitare, nel senso in cui questo termine
viene denito dal sistema legislativo
italiano).
E PERTANTO LA GARANZIA
DECADE NEI SEGUENTI CASI:
• Uso improprio dei prodotto.
• Impossibilità di identicare il numero
matricola.
• Interventi di modica dei prodotto ad
opera di terzi non autorizzati.
• Insufciente, inadeguata, mancata
manutenzione o modalità di stoc-
caggio o riparo.
• Sugli elementi di normale consumo
diretto o di periodica ricambistica.
• Utilizzo di particolari non originali
ALPEGO S.p.a..
• Superamento del limite di potenza e
carichi indicati nei dati tecnici e nei
manuali di utilizzo.
1.7 PIÈCES DE RECHANGE
Nous vous rappelons qu’il est
très important d’utiliser des
pièces de rechange et des lubriants
ALPEGO afin de garantir la qualité
maximale. L’utilisation de pièces de
rechange et de lubriants ALPEGO est
obligatoire pour bénécier de la garantie
durant toute la période établie.
L’emploi de pièces de rechange non
originales, le montage défectueux,
incorrect, exonèrent le constructeur
de toute responsabilité.
1.8 CONDITIONS DE
GARANTIE
1) Les machines agricoles fabriquées par
ALPEGO S.p.a. sont garanties pendant
12 mois à compter de la livraison au
client nal : la date inscrite sur le bon
de livraison active automatiquement la
période de garantie.
2) La garantie couvre tous les défauts de
matériaux ou de construction unique-
ment dans le cadre d’une utilisation
prédéni par la machine fournie. Le
rôle de l’acheteur est aussi de demander
et se faire éclaircir si le produit fourni
répond à ses attentes. Ainsi l’in-
convénient, objet de la réclamation, ne
compromettant pas le comportement,
la fonctionnalité, ou la sécurité de la
machine, la société ALPEGO S.p.a. se
réserve le droit de trouver une solution
plus adéquate, sans être obligée de
substituer entièrement la machine
ou une partie de celle-ci. La garantie
assure exclusivement le remplace-
ment et le montage relatif du matériel
ou du composant retenu non conforme
et ne comprend pas la reconnaissance
de charge et dommage ultérieurs (qui,
par ailleurs, est lié au comportement
en bon père de famille qui doit prévoir
et éviter, dans le sens édité dans les
termes du système législatif italien).
LAGARANTIE CESSE DE S’APPLI-
QUER DANS LES CAS SUIVANTS:
• Utilisation inappropriée du produit.
• Impossibilité d’identier le numéro
de série.
• Interventions de modication des
produits par un tiers non autorisé.
• Entretien insufsant, inadapté, man-
quant ou modalité de stockage ou
de réparation.
• Sur les pièces d’usure ou de
consommation directe.
• En cas de non utilisation de pièces
non d’origine ALPEGO S.P.A.
• En cas de dépassement de la limite
maximale de puissance ou de charge
indiquée dans les caractéristiques tech-
niques et dans les notices d’utilisation.
1.7 ERSATZTEILE
Wir erinnern Sie daran, wie
wichtig es ist, Alpego Original-
Ersatzteile und Schmiermittel zu ver-
wenden, damit die höchste Qualität
immer erhalten bleibt. Die Verwendung
von Alpego Ersatzteilen und Schmier-
mitteln ist obligatorisch, um die Garan-
tie für die vorgelegte Zeitspanne in
Anspruch nehmen zu können.
Der Hersteller haftet nicht für Schäden,
die aufgrund der Verwendung von nicht
Originalersatzteilen oder von einer
mangelnden und fehlerhaften Montage
entstehen.
1.8 GARANTIE-
BEDINGUNGEN
1) Die von ALPEGO S.p.a. hergestellten
Landwirtschaftsgeräte werden 12
Monate lang vom Tag der Lieferung
dem Endkunden garantiert: das im
Lieferschein eingetragene Datum setzt
die Garantiezeit in Gang.
2) Die Garantie deckt alle Werkstoff- und
Herstellungsmängel und ausschließ-
lich für die Verwendung, wofür das
gelieferte Erzeugnis bestimmt ist. Es
ist deswegen die Picht des Käufers zu
fragen und zu klären, ob das gelieferte
Erzeugnis, den Zwecken entspricht,
die der Kauf erfüllen muss. Sollte das
Problem, wofür eine Reklamation
angetragen wird, die Leistung, die
Funktion und/oder die Sicherheit der
Maschine nicht gefährden, behält sich
die Fa. ALPEGO das Recht vor, die
beste Lösung zu nden, ohne jedoch
sich zu verpflichten, das Aggregat
komplett oder teilweise zu ersetzen.
Die Garantie sichert ausschließlich
den Ersatz und die entsprechende
Montage des Werkstoffes oder des Be-
standteils, die als mangelhaft betrach-
tet wird und schließt die Anerkennung
jeglicher weiteren damit verbundenen
Schadenersatzansprüche aus (solche
Schäden müssen jedoch durch das Be-
nehmen des guten Pater Familias vor-
hergesehen und vermieden werden, so
wie dieser Ausdruck im italienischen
Gesetzbuch bestimmt wird).
DESWEGEN VERFÄLLT DIE GA-
RANTIE IN FOLGENDEN FÄLLEN:
• Ungeeigneter Gebrauch des
Erzeugnisses.
• Unmöglichkeit, die Seriennummer
der Maschine zu identiÞ zieren.
• Nicht vom Lieferanten freigegebene
Änderungen des Erzeugnisses, die
von unberechtigten Dritten ausgeführt
wurden.
• Unausreichende, ungeeignete oder
fehlende Wartung oder Weise der
Lagerung oder Deckung.
• Verschleiß-Teile oder Teile, die perio-
disch ersetzt werden müssen, werden
nicht von der Garantie gedeckt.

mandatory to use only Alpego spare
parts and lubricants to benet from the
warranty Alpego.
The use of non-original spare parts,
and faulty or incorrect assembly, re-
lieves the maker of any responsibility.
1.8 WARRANTY
CONDITIONS
1) ALPEGO’s implements are guaranteed
for a period of 12 (twelve) months from
the day of delivery to the nal user:
the date of the elivery note marks the
beginning of the period of warranty.
2) The warranty covers any and all material
and manufacturing defects and only
so, that the allegedly defective product
can be used exclusively for the purpose
for which it has been manufactured. It
is therefore the task of the Purchaser
to ask and clarify whether the supplied
product ts the purposes which the
purchase must ful ll. Should the pro-
blem being claimed under warranty not
compromise the performance, the fun-
ction and/or the safety of the machine,
the ALPEGO Co. reserve the right to
nd the most suitable solution, without,
however, being under any obligation to
replace the whole unit or parts thereof.
The warranty guarantees exclusively
the replacement of the defective part or
parts and the assembly of the same in
the product which is deemed defective.
It does not entail the payment of any
other expense incurred into in relation
to the warranty (which, in any case
should be foreseen and avoided by the
behavior of the good “Pater Familias,
as this term is understood and dened
in the Italian legal system).
THEREFORE, NO WARRANTY
CLAIM WILL BE HONORED IN
THE FOLLOWING CASES:
• Improper use of the product.
• Inability or impossibility of identifying
the serial number of the machine.
• Modications of the product performed
by unauthorized personnel without
the manufacturers’s approval.
• Insuffcient, inadequate or non existing
maintenance the product has dete-
riorated because it has been poorly
stocked or sheltered.
• On parts which are subject to normal
wear-and-tear.
• Non-original spare parts have been
used instead of the original ALPEGO
S.p.a. parts.
• Exceeding of power and load limits
indicated in the Alpego’s technical
data and use and maintenance
manuals.
1.7 RECAMBIOS
Recordamos la importancia de
utilizar repuestos y lubricantes
originales Alpego para tener siempre
la maxima calidad. El uso de repuestos
y lubricantes Alpego es obligatorio para
beneciarse de la garantía durante todo
el período establecido.
El empleo de repuestos no originales
y el montaje defectuoso o incorrecto,
eximirán al fabricante de cualquier tipo
de responsabilidad.
1.8 CONDICIONES DE
GARANTÍA
1) Las máquinas agrícolas de ALPEGO
S.p.a. son garantizadas por doce
meses, contados desde su entrega al
cliente nal: la fecha consignada en
el documento activa el período de la
garantía.
2) La garantía cubre los defectos de
fabricación o del material, y sólo para
el uso que el material suministrado
tiene previsto. Por lo tanto, el com-
prador debe comprobar y solicitar si
el mismo responde a las exigencias
para el cual ha sido adquirido. En el
evento en que el problema objeto de
reclamo no afecte el funcionamiento
o la seguridad de la maquinaria, la
sociedad ALPEGO S.p.a. se reserva
la facultad de determinar la solución
más idónea, sin que por ello asuma la
obligación de sustituir completamente
la maquinaria o parte de la misma.
La garantía sólo cubre la sustitución
e instalación (es decir el montaje)
del material o la pieza considerada
defectuosa, pero no comprende ninguna
otra pretensión o gasto (los cuales
conforme a la legislación italiana
son tratados como comportamientos
evitables, asimilables a los que no
cometería un buen padre de familia).
POR LO TANTO, LA GARANTÍA
ESTÁ EXCLUIDA EN LOS
SIGUIENTES CASOS:
• Uso indebido del producto
• Imposibilidad de identicar el número
de la matrícula.
• Operaciones de modicación del
producto y maniobras realizadas por
terceros no autorizadas.
• Insuciente, inadecuado o falta de
mantenimiento, de almacenamiento
o protección.
• De los elementos de desgaste
normal o de sustitución periódica.
• Uso de repuestos diferentes a los
originales ALPEGO S.p.a..
• Exceso del límite de potencia y
cargas indicados en los datos tecnicos
y manuales de uso.

SONO ESCLUSI DALLA
GARANZIA:
• Tutti i lubricanti e grasso.
• Tutti i componenti d’usura ed a
contatto con il suolo.
• Rotture accidentali per trasporto.
• Difetti dovuti da un’errata installazione.
• Spese per il servizio di manutenzione
ordinaria o straordinaria.
3) II materiale ipotizzato non conforme
deve essere contestato, utilizzando
le procedure previste, all’atto del
riscontro della non conformità ed è
necessario, pena il decadimento della
garanzia, concordare per iscritto (è
sufciente una e-mail o un fax inviati
alla società ALPEGO S.p.a. , comunque
con riscontro di ricevuta) l’eventuale
utilizzo del bene o la prosecuzione
del lavoro o il tipo di intervento da
eseguirsi in vigenza e nel permanere
della non conformità riscontrata.
4) Non sono ammesse condizioni di
garanzia diverse, salvo quelle accettate
esclusivamente ed esplicitamente
dalla DIREZIONE COMMERCIALE
della ALPEGO S.p.a.
5) Qualsiasi modica, non esplicitamente
e per iscritto autorizzata dalla DIREZIONE
COMMERCIALE ALPEGO S.p.a.,
apportata all’oggetto di fornitura fa
decadere la garanzia.
6) II prodotto, ipotizzato non conforme
o difettoso, deve essere messo a
disposizione presso la sede della
società ALPEGO S.p.a. o una sua
rappresentanza autorizzata.
7) La formalità della procedura di conte-
stazione contempla (come da istruzioni
esplicitate sul modulo stesso):
• la compilazione del MODULO di
CONTESTAZIONE di NON CON-
FORMITA’ (il modulo contiene infor-
mazioni guida per la compilazione
dello stesso e, in caso di necessità,
contattare il servizio commerciale
ALPEGO S.p.a.).
• L’invio di tale modulo (via mail,
Raccomandata o fax, purché
quest’ultimo venga riscontrato dal
Servizio Commerciale ALPEGO
S.p.a.) alla società ALPEGO S.p.a.
• L’invio di eventuali elementi
aggiuntivi per chiarire o documentare
le motivazioni della contestazione
(foto, lmati, analisi, riscontri obiettivi,
schizzi ecc.).
• Mettere a disposizione della società
ALPEGO S.p.a. il materiale con-
testato, solo se esplicitamente
richiesto dalla stessa, in conformità
a quanto previsto dal punto 6).
8) Per realizzare un’immediata assistenza
e per motivi gestionali e scali, tutti
i materiali ipotizzati in sostituzione,
verranno addebitati e fatturati al cliente
all’atto della spedizione; l’eventuale
riconoscimento della copertura in

• Toutes les huiles et graisses.

• Ruptures accidentelles durant le
transport.

3) Le matériel supposé non conforme doit
être contesté, en utilisant la procédure
prévue, dés la connaissance de la non-
conformité et il est nécessaire, avant
la n de la garantie, d’aviser par écrit
(mail, fax envoyé à la société ALPEGO
S.p.a., avec un accusé de réception)
de l’éventuel utilisation du bien ou
de la poursuite du travail ou du type
d’intervention à faire en fonction de la
non-conformité rencontrée.
4) Ne sont pas admises des conditions
de garantie différentes, à l’exception
de celles acceptées exclusivement
et explicitement par la DIRECTION
COMMERCIALE de ALPEGO S.p.a.
5) Toute modification, non autorisée
explicitement par la DIRECTION
COMMERCIALE d’ALPEGO S.p.a.,
engendrera automatiquement la
décadence de la garantie.
6) Le produit, supposé non conforme ou
défectueux, doit être mis à disposition
au siège de la société ALPEGO S.p.a.
ou à son représentant autorisé.
7) La formalité de la procédure de
contestation prévoit (comme instruc-
tions expliquées dans le MODULE
CI-DESSOUS):
• Le remplissage du module de conte-
station de non-conformité (le module
contient des informations guide pour
son remplissage, et dans le cas
nécessaire contactez le service
commercial ALPEGO S.p.a.).
• L’envoi de ce module (par mail,
recommandé ou fax à l’attention
du service commercial ALPEGO
S.p.a.) à la société ALPEGO S.p.a.
• L’envoi d’éventuels éléments
supplémentaires pour clarier ou
documenter les motivations de
la contestation (photos, films,
analyses, rapports, croquis…)
• Mettre à disposition de la so-
ciété ALPEGO S.p.a. le matériel
contesté, uniquement si demandé,
en conformité avec le point 6.
8) Pour réaliser une assistance immédia-
te et pour des motifs de gestion
et fiscaux, tous les matériels de
remplacement, seront débités et
facturés au client au moment de
l’expédition. L’éventuelle recon-
naissance de couverture en garantie
prévoit la réception du matériel et/ou
les analyses de la cause du potentiel

mit dem Boden in Berührung kommen.
• Zufällige Brüche, die zum Transport
zuzuschreiben sind.
• Mängel, die einem fehlerhaften Einbau
zuzuschreiben sind.
• Kosten für normalen und Sonder-
Wartungsdienst.
3) Das Material, das als ungeeignet betrachtet
wird, muss sofort, nachdem die mangelnde
Konformität festgestellt wurde, beanstandet
werden, wobei man dem vorhergese-
henen Verfahren folgt, und man muss
auch – sonst kann die Garantie verfallen
- schriftlich die mögliche Verwendung des
Erzeugnisses oder die Fortsetzung der
Arbeit, oder die Art der auszuführenden
Maßnahme mit dem Lieferanten verein-
baren, soll die mangelnde Konformität
bestehen und verbleiben (es reicht, ein
e-mail oder ein Fax an ALPEGO S.p.a.
mit Empfang-Bestätigung zu richten).
4) Keine unterschiedlichen Garantie-
Bedingungen werden anerkannt, außer
diejenigen, die ausschließlich und aus-
drücklich von der VERTRIEBSLEITUNG
von ALPEGO S.p.a. akzeptiert wurden.
5) Jede Änderung des gelieferten Erzeug-
nisses, die nicht ausdrücklich und schrift-
lich von der VERTRIEBLEITUNG der
Fa. ALPEGO S.p.a. genehmigt wurde,
verursacht die Aufhebung der Garantie.
6) Das Erzeugnis, das als ungeeignet oder
mangelhaft betrachtet wird, muss im Hau-
se der Fa. ALPEGO oder bei einem seiner
Vertreter zur Verfügung gestellt werden.
7) Das Reklamations-Verfahren sieht fol-
gendes vor (gemäß denAnweisungen im
Antrag-Formular):
• Ausfüllen des Formulars für einen
Reklamations-Antrag (Das Formular
enthält Richtlinien zum Ausfüllen und,
falls nötig, wenden Sie sich an das
Vertriebs-Service von ALPEGO S.p.a.).
• Zusendung des ausgefüllten Formulars
anAlpego S.p.a. (mit Einschreiben oder
Fax, aber im letzterem Fall muss der
Eingang vom Vertriebs-Service der Fa.
ALPEGO bestätigt werden).
• Ermittlungvonzusätzlichen Details, umdie
GründederReklamation zu erzählen oder
zu beweisen (Bilder, Film, Untersuchun-
gen, sachliche Beweise, Skizzen usw).
• Beistellung bei der Fa. ALPEGO des
beanstandeten Materials, nur wenn von
Alpego ausdrücklich verlangt, laut dem
unter Punkt 6 angegebenen Hinweis.
8) Damit die Wartung unverzüglich erfolgen
kann und aus Steuer- und Wirtschafts-

THEY ARE EXCLUDED FROM
THE WARRANTY:
• All the lubricants and greases
• All the components subject to wear
and to contact with the soil
• Accidental breakages due to transport.
• Defects due to incorrect installation.
• Maintenance fees for ordinary or
extraordinary service
3) Material deemed defective must be
claimed following the procedures
indicated by the MANUFACTURER
at the time when the alleged defect
is discovered and it is necessary –
otherwise the right to the warranty
may become void – to agree with
the MANUFACTURER in writing (an
e-mail or a fax will sufce) whether the
product can still be used or the work
with it can be continued or the type of
intervention necessary to correct the
problem, should this exist and persist.
4) No conditions of warranty are admissi-
ble other than those exclusively and
expresslyacceptedby the COMMERCIAL
MANAGEMENT of ALPEGO S.p.a.
5) Any modification carried out on
the supplied product, without the
explicit and written authorization of
the COMMERCIAL MANAGEMENT
of ALPEGO S.p.a. forfeits the right to
the warranty.
6) The product deemed not to be in
compliance or to be defective must
be made available at the premises of
the ALPEGO S.p.a Company or at the
premises of one of their authorized
representatives.
7) The formality of the procedure for the
presentation of a claim under warranty
foresees (as per the instructions given
in the relevant form):
• The lling out of the form concerning
the NON-CONFORMITY CLAIM
(this form contains some guidelines
for its compilation and, if neces-
sary, contact the ALPEGO S.p.a.
Commercial Service Department).
• The sending of said form to ALPEGO
S.p.a. (by Registered Letter or fax,
provided that in the latter case its
receipt is acknowledged by the
ALPEGO’s Commercial Services).
• The sending of possible other
elements or documents with the
purpose of explaining the reasons
of the claim (photos, lms, analyses,
actual ndings, sketches, etc.).
• Making available to the ALPEGO Co.
the claimed item only if specically
requested by the same, in complian-
ce with what is stated under point 6).
8) In order to perform the immediate
service and because of administrative
and scal reasons, all materials alleged
to be defective will be charged and
invoiced to the customer when they are
ESTÁN EXCLUIDOS DE LA GA-
RANTÍA:
• Todos los lubricantes y grasas.
• Todos los componentes de desgaste
y en contacto con el suelo.
• Roturas accidentales por transporte.
• Defectos debidos a una instalación
incorrecta.
• Gastos por el servicio de manteni-
miento ordinario o extraordinario.
3) El material considerado disconforme
debe ser reclamado utilizado el trámite
respectivo, en el momento en que se
advierte su estado anormal, además
y so pena de dejar sin efectos la
garantía, se debe acordar por escrito
(basta un correo electrónico o un
fax enviado a ALPEGO S.p.a., con
aviso de recibido) el uso del bien o la
continuidad de los trabajos o el tipo de
operación que se efectuará estando el
producto en estas condiciones.
4) No se contemplan condiciones de
garantía diferentes, salvo las que
expresamente acepte la DIRECCIÓN
COMERCIAL de ALPEGO S.p.a.
5) Cualquier modiÞ cación realizada
al suministro que no sea autorizada
expresamente y por escrito por la
DIRECCIÓN COMERCIAL de ALPEGO
S.p.a., deja sin efectos la garantía.
6) El producto considerado defectuoso
o no conforme, debe ser puesto a
disposición de la sociedad ALPEGO
S.p.a. o a uno de sus representantes
autorizados.
7) La formalidad del trámite para la
reclamación prevé (conforme a las
instrucciones descritas en el mismo
formulario):
• la compilación del FORMULARIO
DE RECLAMACIÓN POR DISCON-
FORMIDAD (el formulario contiene
información guía que facilita su com-
pilación, y si es necesario contactar
el servicio comercial de ALPEGO
S.p.a.).
• el envío de este formulario puede
hacerse por correo certiÞ cado o
por fax, pero en este último caso el
recibido debe ser conrmado por el
Servicio Comercial de la sociedad
ALPEGO S.p.a.
• el envío de cualquier otro elemento
adicional para aclarar o documentar
la reclamación (fotos, vídeos,
evaluaciones, cotejos objetivos,
bosquejos, etc.).
• del material considerado no
conforme, sólo podrá realizarse si
es requerido expresamente por la
misma sociedad, de conformidad
con lo previsto en el punto 6).
8) Para una asistencia inmediata, y por
motivos administrativos y fiscales,
todos los materiales que se sustitu-
yan serán cargados y facturados al

garanzia, previo ricevimento dei materiale
e/o analisi delle cause dell’ipotizzato
difetto o non conformità, darà diritto
all’accredito dei prezzo del prodotto e
del suo eventuale riposizionamento.
CONTROLLI DA EFFETTUARSI AL
RICEVIMENTO DELLA MERCE
9) I reclami relativi alla quantità o allo
stato della merce ricevuta (imballo
e/o situazioni evidenti e rilevan-
ti di difformità) dovranno essere
contestati, con note sul documento
di consegna, direttamente al vettore
e contestualmente al momento dello
scarico della merce presso l’acqui-
rente. La contestazione al momento
della consegna permette di accedere

1.9 QUALIFICHE E MANSIONI

ATTENZIONE: l’uso della mac-

di salute tali da consentire il regolare

Qualsiasi persona che si trovi interamente

Svolge le mansioni di esercizio ordinario,
necessarie al funzionamento della macchina:
attuazione dei comandi, perizia nel ciclo
operativo, pulizia delle superci e intervento
in caso di malfunzionamento.

ladens beim Kunden reklamiert werden.
Die Reklamation zur Zeit der Lieferung
erlaubt es, falls die Ware vom Trans-
porteur oder vom Kunden gesichert
worden ist, Schadenersatzansprüche
bei der VerSicherung einzutragen. Die
Fa. ALPEGO S.p.a. bewahrt Bilder, die
während der Ladung aufgenommen
werden, um die korrekte Ausführung
dieses Vorgangs zu beweisen.
10) Die Reklamationen bez. auf die Qualität
der gelieferten Waren müssen inner-
halb von 8 Tagen nach der Lieferung
der Waren vorgelegt werden und be-
freien den Kunden von der vereinbarten
Zahlung und den Zahlungsfälligkeiten
nicht. Die Kostenersatzansprüche müs-
sen mit dem dazu bestimmten Formular
per Einschreiben oder Fax (aber im
letzterem Fall muss der Eingang vom
Vertriebs-Service der Fa. ALPEGO
