Zużytego sprzętu elektrycznego i elektronicznego nie wolno wyrzucać do śmietnika. Selekcjonowanie
i prawidłowa utylizacja tego typu odpadów przyczynia się do ochrony zasobów środowiska naturalnego
i umożliwia uniknięcie negatywnego wpływu na zdrowie, które może być zagrożone przez nieodpo-
wiednie postępowanie z odpadami. Użytkownik jest odpowiedzialny za dostarczenie zużytego sprzętu
do wyspecjalizowanego punktu zbiórki, gdzie będzie on przyjęty bezpłatnie. Informacje o takim punkcie
można uzyskać u władz lokalnych, albo pytać w punkcie sprzedaży lub też w serwisie producenta.
WARUNKI GWARANCJI
Producent udziela gwarancji na okres 24 miesięcy, licząc od daty zakupu. Gwarancja obejmuje uszkodze-
nia powstałe z winy producenta tzn. wady materiałowe lub błędy montażowe. Nie obejmuje ona uszko-
dzeń powstałych w wyniku niewłaściwego obchodzenia się z pokrywą lub dokonywania przeróbek
przez nabywcę. Gwarancja nie obejmuje również świetlówek i zapłonników. W celu dokonania naprawy
należy przesłać pokrywę wraz z kartą gwarancyjną na adres producenta lub dystrybutora. Warunkiem
uznania gwarancji jest zgodność daty produkcji podanej na wyrobie i wpisanej na karcie gwarancyjnej.
Niniejsze warunki nie wyłączają, nie ograniczają ani nie zawieszają uprawnień kupującego wynikających
z niezgodności towaru z umową.
DISASSEMBLY AND DISPOSAL
It is forbidden to dispose of used electric and electrical equipment in a trash bin. Segregating and proper
utilization of this kind of waste leads to conserving the resources of natural environment and allows
avoiding negative inuence on health as it can be endangered by improper waste handling. The user
is responsible for delivering the used product to a specialized collection point where it will be accepted
free of charge.You can obtain information about such a facility at the local authorities, or by asking either
the seller or the manufacturer service.
TERMS OF WARRANTY
The producer provides with twelve month guarantee starting from the date of purchase. Guarantee cov-
ers the damages arising to the producer’s faults or assembly fault. It does not cover the damages due
to improper handling of the equipment or making modications by the purchaser as well as uores-
cent lamp and the starter. In event of claim under this guarantee the equipment must be sent together
with guarantee card to the address of a manufacturer or of a distributor. Guarantee will only be valid
if production date placed on the product is compliant with the one on the guarantee card. These condi-
tions do not exclude, limit or suspend the rights of the buyer deriving from the discordance between
the merchandise and the agreement.

Kein abgenutztes elektrisches und elektronisches Haushaltsgerät darf zum Hausmüll geworfen werden.
Die Selektion und richtige Entsorgung solcher Abfälle trägt zum Schutz der Ressourcen der natürli-
chen Umwelt bei. Das ermöglicht die Vermeidung der negativen Einwirkungen auf unsere Gesundheit,
die durch leichtsinnige Handlungsweise mit den Abfällen gefährdet werden könnte. Bringen Sie bitte
das abgenutzte Gerät zu einer eingerichteten Sammelstelle oder einem Wertstosammelhof, wo es ko-
stenlos entgegengenommen wird. Genauere Information über Sammelstelle von Geräteabfällen erhal-
ten Sie bei Ihrer Gemeindeverwaltung, Ihrem Händler oder dem Service des Herstellers.
GARANTIEBEDINGUNGEN
Der Hersteller leistet Ihnen ab Kaufsdatum eine Garantie für 24 Monate. Die Garantie schließt Schäden
ein, die vom Hersteller verursacht worden sind, das heißt Material- und Montagefehler. Sie erstreckt sich
nicht auf Schäden, die durch unsachgemäße Behandlung oder Umbau des Gerätes durch den Benutzer
entstanden sind. Das Leuchtrohr und der Starter fallen auch nicht unter die Garantie. Im Garantiefall
senden Sie das Aquarium samt mit dem vom Verkäufer ausgefüllten Garantieschein an die Adresse
des Herstellers oder Ihres Großhändlers. Eine Voraussetzung für die Anerkennung der Garantierechte
ist Identität des auf dem Produkt gezeichneten Herstellungsdatumsmit dem auf dem Garantieschein
eingeschrieben. Beim Fall, wenn die Ware dem Vertrag nich entspricht, werden die daraus folgenden
Rechte des Käufers durch diese Bedingungen weder ausgeschlossen, noch beschrenkt oder ausgesetzt.
DEMONTAGE ET DEMOLITION
Les appareils électroménagers et électroniques usés ne peuvent être jetés à la poubelle. Le triage
et le recyclage correct de ce type de déchets contribuent à la protection de l’environnement et per-
mettent d’éviter les eets négatifs sur la santé, laquelle peut être menacée par le mauvais maniement
des déchets. L’utilisateur a la responsabilité de ramener le matériel usé à un point de collecte spécialisé,
où il sera repris gratuitement. Les informations sur des points de collecte sont disponibles chez les des
autorités locales, les distributeurs et le service après vente du fabricant.
CONDITIONS DE GARANTIE
Le fabricant accorde une garantie des 24 mois à partir de la date d’achat. La garantie couvre des dé-
fauts dûs au fabricant, c’est à dire des défauts de matière et des défauts de montage. Elle ne couvre pas
des défauts survenus suite à un maniement non conforme du corps ou des transformations par l’ache-
teur. La garantie ne couvre pas non plus les tubes et les starters. Pour eectuer une réparation il faut
envoyer le corps et la garantie à l’adresse du fabricant ou du distributeur. La garantie peut être acceptée
en condition que la date de production sur le produit et sur la che de garantie sont les mêmes.
Les conditions ci-dessus n’exclusent pas, ne restrennent pas, ni ne susprennent pas des droits de l’ache-
teur qui résultent de non-conformité du marchandise avec un contrat.

Использованное электрическое и электронное бытовое оборудование нельзя выбрасывать в му-
сорные ящики. Селекция, сбор и правильная утилизация отходов такого рода способствует защите
ресурсов окружающей среды и позволяет избежать негативного влияния на здоровье, для кото-
рого неправильное обращение с отходами может представлять опасность. Пользователь является
лицом, ответственным за доставку использованного оборудования в специализированный приём-
ный пункт, где это оборудование примут бесплатно. Информацию о таких пунктах можно получить
в местной администрации, в пункте продажи или в сервисе изготовителя.
ГАРАНТИЙНЫЕ ОБЯЗАТЕЛЬСТВА
Производитель гарантирует безот-казную работу светильника в течение 24 месяцев с даты его
приоб-ретения. Гарантия распространяет-ся на дефекты, возникшие по вине производителя,
то есть дефекты материала или ошибки монтажа. Производитель не несет ответст-венности
за дефекты, происшед-шие в результате небрежного обращения с покрышкой или выполнения при-
обретателем пере-делок. Гарантия не распространя-ется на люминесцентные лампы и стартеры.
Для ремонта необходимо направить покрышку вместе с гарантийным талоном по адресу произ-
водителя или дистрибьютера. Условием признания гарантии есть соответсвие дат изготовления
выбитой на изделии и на гарантийным свидетельстве. Bыше/ниже указанные условия не исключа-
ют, не ограничивают и не приостанавливают права покупателя являющихся последствием несоот-
ветствия товара с договором.

Zestawy akwariowe typu BRILLUX wykonane
są zgodnie z aktualnie obowiązującymi norma-
mi bezpieczeństwa.
Przed każdą operacją związaną z instalacją
elektryczną w pokrywie lub z włożeniem ręki
do wody – np. czyszczenie akwarium, wymiana
wody, wymiana świetlówek – należy odłączyć
od sieci pokrywę (poprzez wciśnięcie łącznika
oraz wyjęcie wtyczki z gniazda) i wszystkie inne
urządzenia elektryczne, znajdujące się w akwa-
rium. Nie wolno instalować uszkodzonej pokry-
wy oraz takiej, która ma uszkodzony przewód
przyłączeniowy. Przewodu przyłączeniowego
nie wolno wymieniać ani naprawiać. W przypad-
ku uszkodzenia przewodu należy zwrócić się
do serwisu producenta. Zestawu można używać
tylko w pomieszczeniach zamkniętych. Poziom
wody w akwarium powinien być minimalnie
wyższy niż dolna część pokrywy głównej.
BRILLUX aquarium kits are made in accordance
with the binding safety standards.
Before each operation connected with the elec-
tric installation in the lid or with putting a hand
in the water – e.g. cleaning the aquarium, ex-
changing water, exchanging lamps – it is neces-
sary to switch o the power of the lid (by press-
ing the connector and taking the plug out of the
socket) and all other electric equipment located
in the aquarium. You must not install a damaged
lid or a lid that has a damaged connection cord.
The connection cord must not be exchanged
or repaired. In case of damaging the cord you
should contact the manufacturer’s repair shop.
The kit can be used only in closed spaces. The
water level in the aquarium should be slightly
higher than the lower part of the main lid.
Die Aquariumssysteme, Typ BRILLUX, werden
nach den aktuell geltenden Sicherheitsnormen
ausgeführt.
Vor jeder Tätigkeit, die mit der Elektroanlage
im Deckel verbunden ist, oder vor Greifen mit
der Hand ins Wasser – z.B. Aquariumsreinigung,
Wasseraustausch, Leuchtstoampenwechsel
– sollen der Deckel (durch Drücken des Schalters
und Abziehen des Steckers) und alle anderen
Elektrogeräte, die sich im Aquarium benden,
vom Netz abgetrennt werden. Der Deckel, der
beschädigt wird, oder Deckel mit beschädigter
Anschlussleitung darf nicht montiert werden.
Die Anschlussleitung darf nicht gewechselt oder
repariert werden. Im Falle der Leitungsbeschädi-
gung sollen Sie sich mit der Herstellerwerkstatt
in Verbindung setzen. Das Aquariumssystem
darf nur in geschlossenen Räumen verwendet
werden. Das Wasserniveau im Aquarium soll et-
was höher als der untere Hautdeckelteil sein.
Kits aquarium BRILLUX sont réalisés conformé-
ment aux normes de sécurité en vigueur.
Il faut déconnecter le couvercle du réseau (en
enfonçant l’interrupteur et en retirant la prise)
et tout autre dispositif électrique qui se trouve
dans l’aquarium, avant de réaliser toute opé-
ration relative à l’installation électrique dans
le couvercle ou avant de mettre la main
dans l’eau – p.ex. le nettoyage de l’aquarium,
le remplacement d’eau de l’aquarium, le rem-
placement des lampes uorescentes. Il est in-
terdit d’installer un couvercle endommagé ou
celui dont le cordon d’alimentation est endom-
magé. Il est interdit de remplacer ou de réparer
le cordon d’alimentation. Lorsque le cordon est
endommagé, il faut s’adresser au réparateur
conseillé par le fabricant. Il n’est possible d’uti-
liser le kit que dans les locaux fermés. Le niveau
d’eau de l’aquarium doit dépasser juste un petit
peu le bas du couvercle principal.

полнены согласно действующим на данный
момент нормам безопасности.
Перед каждой операцией связанной с элект-
ропроводкой в крышке или с вложением руки
в воду – например, очистка аквариума, заме-
на воды, замена ламп – следует отключить от
электросети крышку (нажимая выключатель
или вынимая штепсель из розетки) и все дру-
гие электрические устройства, находящиеся
в аквариум. Нельзя устанавливать повреж-
денную крышку или крышку с поврежденным
электропроводом. Электропровод нельзя
заменить или отремонтировать. В случае его
повреждения следует обратиться в сервис
производителя. Комплект можно применять
только в закрытых помещениях. Уровень
воды в аквариум должен быть минимально
выше нижней части главной крышки.
