BEFORE USING THE DEVICE
★Read and strictly follow instructions on liquid’s use.
Refer to information on liquid you wish to transfer. Read it carefully
and use the liquid properly.
★In case of direct contact with liquid, act immediately.
In case of liquid ingestion, skin contamination etc., immediately
proceed with liquid’s safety procedures and seek medical attention.
)
★It is strictly prohibited to use fire.
When transferring dangerous (inflammable, explosive etc.) liquids
and/or operating the device in hazardous areas, remember to attach
a ground wire to the nozzle and pump’s main body. Do not use fire.
★Do not disassemble or regulate the device.
Doing so permanently invalidates the warranty.
★Do not insert the tip of the hose into the liquid during the delivery.
When the level of liquid in the container runs low, the pump may
suck liquid mixed with air. There is a risk of splashing the liquid in
the delivery container.
★Remember to decompress the tank.
After using the device, close the air valve. Open main body’s P-cock
to restore normal pressure in the tank. Be very careful of the
left-over pressure. It may cause the pump construction to be
unstable. Always make sure the pressure meter shows 0.
★Keep inner pressure at 0.3 MPa or less.
The safety valve reacts to pressure of 0.5 MPa. If the safety valve
opens, immediately stop liquid delivery and cut the air supply. After
that, remember to properly set the regulator (0.3 MPa).
2
★Use the device in a safe place.
Keep the pump away from children.
★Seek medical attention when necessary.
If you suddenly feel worse when operating the pump, immediately
discontinue the operation and seek medical attention.
★Use protective equipment.
Wear protective equipment according to liquid’s safety instructions.
★Do not upgrade, reassemble or repair the pump.
All repair and service related matters are restricted to authorized
experts.
★Prevent chemical reactions.
When changing the liquid you are going to transfer, remember to
remove the previous liquid and clean the device. Not doing so may
result in dangerous chemical reactions.
3
★Request technical service whenever required.
When the device stops operating or operates in a strange manner,
immediately turn it off and contact technical service. Do not use
broken equipment, as it may result in accidents.
★Do not cause shock to device’s main body.
It may result in pump’s malfunction, breakdowns and leakage.
★After using the device, remember to release the leftover liquid.
Leftover liquid may cause rusting of the device, eventually leading
to breakdowns.
★Prevent humidity from getting into compressed air.
If you are dealing with a liquid, which should not come in contact
with water, use an air dryer on the compressed air line.
★Hold the hose/nozzle firmly.
During the delivery the liquid may leave the hose with considerable
force (especially when transferring low viscosity liquids).
Remember to hold the hose firmly in your hands.
★Remember to close the air valve.
When you finish using the device, close the air valve.
★Do not overfill the tank.
If you are going to transfer liquid directly from device’s tank,
remember to keep at least 5 cm distance between the top lid and the
liquid level.
★Fix the lid properly.
Remember to cover the tank with the lid carefully and fix it bolts
(use dedicated spanner (19)). Not fixing the lid tightly enough may
result in leakage and material damage.

USAGE
1. Take off the lid, pour the liquid into the can and make sure cans outlet is in the
same position as lid’s outlet. Insert the suction pipe. Regulate its length if
necessary.
2. Cover the tank with a lid. Fix the lid using bolts. Tighten them equally.
3. Set the delivery valve perpendicularly to the hose in order to close it.
4. Set the air valve ②perpendicularly to the hose in order to close it.
5. Close the air release valve ④.
6. Connect compressed air line to the coupler.
7. Opening the air valve ②will let compressed air (1 MPa) into the can. Check if the
pressure meter shows value below 0.3 MPa.
※If the pressure exceeds 0.5 MPa, the safety valve will open. If it does, immediately
stop the delivery. After the pressure comes back to normal set the pressure regulator
properly to a level of 0.3 MPa or below.
8. Opening the delivery valve ⑤begins the delivery.
9. Closing the delivery valve ⑤stops the delivery respectively.
10. After using the device, close the air valve ②to cut off the air supply.
11. Opening the air release valve ④will restore normal pressure inside of the tank.
12. When the pressure meter shows 0, remove the lid.
Leftover pressure may cause the lid to jump off. It may also splash the
leftover liquid. Remember to check the pressure meter first.
1. Detach the delivery valve ⑤and elbow ⑩from the suction pipe.
2. Release nut A ⑪and remove the suction pipe ⑮through the lid.
3. Release the central and closing bolts ⑫⑬. Insert the suction pipe ⑮. Fix the nut
A ⑪to the central bolt ⑫. The inset has an identical height (28 mm).
4. Attach the elbow ⑩and delivery valve ⑤.
