1.0 INTRODUZIONE
La console di comando permette, sia all’operatore addetto alla macchina lavabiancheria che al tecnico installatore,
di poter eseguire le seguenti operazioni:
Selezione del programma di lavaggio
Avvio, pausa e reset del programma di lavaggio
Funzionamento manuale delle pompe (adescamento)
Diagnostica del sistema
1.1 NORMATIVE DI RIFERIMENTO
I nostri sistemi vengono costruiti secondo le normative generali vigenti ed in conformità alle seguenti direttive
europee:
n° 2004/108/CE “e s.m.i.
n° 2006/95/CE “DBT Low Voltage Directive” e s.m.i.
n° 2011/65/UE , 2012/19/UE “direttive RoHs e WEEE” e s.m.i.
Ai sensi dell’art. 13 del DL n° 151 del 25/07/2005 (attuazione delle direttive 2002/95/CE, 2002/96/CE,2003/108/CE) si comunica
che:
I dispositivi elettrici ed elettronici non devono essere considerati rifiuti domestici.
I consumatori sono obbligati dalla legge a restituire i dispositivi elettrici ed elettronici alla fine della loro vita utile a degli idonei centri
di raccolta differenziata. Il simbolo del cassonetto barrato riportato sul prodotto, sul manuale di istruzioni o sull’imballo indica che il

2.0 INSTALLAZIONE
2.1 MONTAGGIO
Utilizzando il velcro in dotazione, posizionare la console sulla parte frontale della macchina lavabiancheria in modo
da rendere agevole la selezione dei programmi da parte dell’operatore.
Pulire con un panno la superficie della macchina lavabiancheria, nel punto in cui si vuole posizionare la
console.
Attaccare una striscia di velcro sulla parte posteriore della console e un’altra sulla macchina
lavabiancheria.
Agganciare quindi la console sulla macchina lavabiancheria .
2.2 COLLEGAMENTI ELETTRICI
ATTENZIONE: Prima di eseguire interventi di manutenzione sull’apparecchio, scollegare sempre
l’alimentazione.
Aprire il modulo segnali e rimuovere uno dei tappi che si trovano ai suoi lati.
Sul modulo segnali montare il PG7, relativo al cavo telefonico proveniente dalla console, nel modo
mostrato dalle figure seguenti:
Svitare il dado del PG7 Sfilare il dado del PG7 dal cavo
Inserire il PG7 nel foro della cassetta Avvitare il dado sul PG7
Collegare il plug telefonico (RJ11) del cavo proveniente dalla console sul morsetto Console del circuito
modulo segnali.
Richiudere il modulo segnali.


3.0 FUNZIONAMENTO
La console standard a seconda del tipo di modalità in cui è stato programmato il sistema eco•wash dopo la fase di
caricamento iniziale (fase di inizializzazione), visualizza:
Prg:-- : Modalità Programma
PrtAT:ND : Modalità Autostart a tempo
PrtAC:ND : Modalità Autostart a combinazione
Pg:Relè : Modalità Relè
La fase di inizializzazione avviene ad ogni accensione del sistema e al collegamento con il computer.
3.1 DISPLAY E TASTI
L’interfaccia del sistema, completamente digitale, è composta da un display alfanumerico (2 righe per 16 caratteri)
e da una tastiera a membrana ( cinque tasti).
: Tasti utilizzati per la selezione del programma di lavaggio (operatore/installatore)
/►: Tasti utilizzati per l’avviamento e la messa in pausa di un programma di lavaggio
(operatore/installatore).
Enter: Tasto utilizzato per confermare e per avviare la modalità di adescamento manuale (installatore)
F: Tasto utilizzato per scorrere le voci di menu e per la selezione della modalità diagnostica (installatore)
3.2 Modalità Programma
3.2.1 In stand-by
In questa fase il display visualizza:
hh:mm ora e minuti
Quando la console è in modalità stand-by è possibile eseguire le seguenti operazioni:
Selezione del programma di lavaggio premendo i tasti  > il display nella seconda riga visualizza il
nome del programma.
Esecuzione del programma di lavaggio > premere brevemente il tasto/►
Il sistema richiede di selezionare il carico effettuato sulla macchina lavabiancheria; con i tasti  è
possibile selezionare il carico tra 25/50/75 e 100%. Per uscire e tornare in stand-by premere il tasto F,
mentre per avviare definitivamente il programma premere il tasto Enter.
Adescamento delle pompe > tenere premuto per circa 3 secondi il tasto Enter
Modalità diagnostica 1 > premere il tasto F
Modalità diagnostica 2 > tenere premuti contemporaneamente per circa 3 secondi il tasti Fe Enter
Regolazioni display > tenere premuti contemporaneamente per circa 3 secondi i tasti /►e Enter
3.2.2 In esecuzione
Quando un programma è in esecuzione il display visualizza quanto segue:
Le informazioni riportate sul display sono:
Il numero del programma in esecuzione.
Lo stato del programma che può essere: ► in esecuzione oppure in pausa.
La durata del programma di lavaggio, espressa in minuti (il primo minuto in secondi).
Sulla seconda riga compare, in modalità alternata, il nome del programma in esecuzione e il carico.
Nel caso i nomi dei programmi non sono stati inseriti di default la console visualizza Programma #.
Quando la console sta eseguendo un programma di lavaggio è possibile eseguire le seguenti operazioni:
Mettere in pausa il programma di lavaggio > tenere premuto per circa 3 secondi il tasto/►
Modalità diagnostica 1 > premere il tasto F

3.5 Modalità Relè
3.5.1 In stand-by
In questa fase il display visualizza:

3.5.2 In esecuzione
Quando un programma è in esecuzione il display visualizza quanto segue:

Lo stato del programma che può essere: ► in esecuzione oppure in pausa.
La durata del programma di lavaggio, espressa in minuti (il primo minuto in secondi).

Quando la console sta eseguendo un programma di lavaggio è possibile eseguire le seguenti operazioni:

Modalità diagnostica 2 > tenere premuti contemporaneamente per circa 3 secondi il tasti Fe Enter
Regolazioni display > tenere premuti contemporaneamente per circa 3 secondi i tasti /►e Enter
3.6 In pausa
Quando la console è in modalità pausa (il display visualizza ) è possibile eseguire le seguenti operazioni:
Riprendere il programma di lavaggio > premere il tasto /►
Ritornare nella modalità attesa (uscita dal programma di lavaggio) > premere il tasto Enter > il display
visualizza Sei sicuro? SI > premere il tasto Enter per confermare.
Nel caso non si volesse uscire dalla modalità pausa, selezionare Sei sicuro?NO.
Quando il sistema viene messo in pausa perde tutti i dosaggi delle pompe attive in quel momento.
3.7 In adescamento
Questa fase permette di far funzionare manualmente le pompe del sistema eco•wash.
Per entrare nella modalità adescamento, dalla modalità stand-by premere
per circa 3 secondi il tasto Enter, dopodichè il display visualizza:
Con i tasti è possibile selezionare le singole cifre (da 0 a 9) che
compongono la password (premere brevemente il tasto Enter per passare alla cifra successiva).
Una volta inserita la password, per confermarla bisogna tenere premuto il tasto Enter per circa 3 secondi; a
questo punto il display visualizza:
Nella modalità adescamento è possibile eseguire le seguenti operazioni:
Selezione della pompa da adescare > premere i tasti  per la selezione.
Attivazione della pompa > premere il tasto Enter > lo stato pompa visualizza “►”ed è visibile un conto
alla rovescia di 60 secondi.
Fermare la pompa > premere il tasto Enter > lo stato pompa visualizza “”
Ritornare nella modalità attesa > tenere premuto per circa 3 secondi il tasto Enter .(Se per 2 minuti non
viene premuto nessun tasto, automaticamente si torna nello stato di attesa).

Nella fase di adescamento le pompe funzionano per 60 secondi.
Nella fase di adescamento se la pompa è in allarme (ER vicino al numero della pompa) non può
essere adescata.
3.8 In diagnostica 1
Questa fase permette di verificare lo stato delle pompe e degli ingressi del modulo segnali.
E’ possibile entrare nella modalità diagnostica 1, durante l’esecuzione di un
programma oppure se si è in stand-by, premendo il tasto F.Il display
visualizza:
Quando una pompa o un segnale è attivo, il numero corrispondente risulta lampeggiante. Il lampeggio della lettera
W indica l’apertura dell’elettrovalvola del kit di flussaggio.
Nella modalità diagnostica 1 è possibile eseguire le seguenti operazioni:
Ritornare alla modalità precedente > premere brevemente il tasto F (se per 30 secondi non viene premuto
nessun tasto, automaticamente si torna nella modalità precedente).
3.9 In diagnostica 2
Questa fase permette di verificare lo stato delle comunicazioni tra i vari moduli che compongono il sistema.
E’ possibile entrare nella modalità diagnostica 2, durante l’esecuzione di un programma oppure se si è in stand-by,
tenendo premuti contemporaneamente e per circa 3 secondi i tasti F ed Enter . Il display visualizza:
Nella modalità diagnostica 2 è possibile eseguire le seguenti operazioni:
Controllare i vari moduli > premere il tasto F
Ritornare alla modalità precedente > premere brevemente il tasto Enter (se per 30 secondi non viene
premuto nessun tasto, automaticamente si torna nella modalità precedente).
3.10 Regolazione display
In questo menu è possibile regolare il contrasto e la luminosità del display.
E’ possibile entrare nella modalità regolazione display solo se si è in stand-by.
Tenendo premuti, contemporaneamente e per circa 3 secondi, i tasti /► eEnter il display visualizza:
Quando la console è in modalità regolazione display è possibile eseguire le seguenti operazioni:
Spostare il cursore tra le voci Contrasto e Luminosità > premere brevemente il tasto Enter
Aumentare e diminuire il valore percentuale della voce selezionata > premere i tasti 
Ritornare alla modalità precedente > tenere premuto per circa 3 secondi il tasto Enter (se per 30 secondi
non viene premuto nessun tasto, automaticamente si torna nella modalità precedente).

1.0 INTRODUCTION
The control console enables both the operator in charge of the washing machine and the installer technician, to
carry out the following operations:
Select the washing program
Start, pause and reset the washing program
Manual functioning of the pumps (priming)
System diagnostic
1.1 STANDARDS OF REFERENCE

2.0 INSTALLATION
2.1 ASSEMBLY
Using the provided velcro, position the console on the front of the washing machine facilitating programs selection
by the operator.
Clean the surface of the washing machine with a cloth, in the point where the console is to be positioned.
Stick a strip of velcro on the rear of the console and one on the washing machine.
Place the console on the washing machine.
2.2 ELECTRIC CONNECTIONS
ATTENTION: Before carrying out maintenance on the appliance, always disconnect the power
supply.
Open the signals module and remove one of the plugs at its sides.
Assemble the PG7, relating to the telephone cable coming from the console, on the signals module as
shown in the following figures:
Loosen nut of the PG7 Remove the nut of the PG7 from the cable
Insert PG7 inside hole of the box Tighten nut on PG7
Connect the telephone plug (RJ11) of the cable coming from the console on Console clamp of the signals
module circuit.
Close the signals module again.


3.0 FUNCTIONING
The control console depending on the mode in which it was programmed the eco•wash system during the booting
(initialization phase), shows:
Prg:-- : Standard (program) mode
PrgAT:NA : Timed autostart mode
PrgAC:NA : Combination autostart mode
Pg:Relay : Relay mode
The initialization phase occurs each time the system is switched on and at the connection to the
computer.
3.1 DISPLAY AND KEYS
The fully digital system interface is made of an alphanumerical display (2 rows for 16 characters) and a membrane
keyboard (five keys).
: Keys used for selecting the washing program (operator/installer)
/►: Keys used for start-up and pausing of a washing program (operator/installer).
Enter: Key used to confirm and start the manual priming mode (installer)
F: Key used to scroll the menu entries and to select the diagnostic mode (installer)
3.2 Standard (program) mode
3.2.1 In stand-by
In this phase the display shows:
hh:mm hour and minutes
When the console is in stand-by mode, it is possible to perform the following operations:
Selection of the washing program by pressing keys  > the second row of the display shows the
program name.
Execution of the washing program > briefly press key /►
The system requests selecting the load made on the washing machine; with keys  it is possible to
select the load among 25/50/75 and 100%. To exit and return in stand-by, press the Fkey, whereas, to
definitively start the program, press the Enter key.
Priming of the pumps > keep the Enter key pressed for about 3 seconds
Diagnostic 1 mode > press the Fkey
Diagnostic 2 mode > keep keys Fand Enter simultaneously pressed for about 3 seconds
Display adjustments > keep keys /► and Enter simultaneously pressed for about 3 seconds
3.2.2 In execution
When a program is in execution, the display shows the following:

3.6 In pause
When the console is in pause mode (the display shows ), it is possible to perform the following operations:
Re-start the washing program > press the /► key
Return to stand-by mode (exit the washing program) > press the Enter key > the display shows Are you
sure? YES > press the Enter key to confirm.
In case of not wanting to exit the pause mode, select Are you sure? NO.
When the system is paused loses all doses of active pumps at the time.
3.7 In priming
This phase enables manually functioning the pumps of the eco•wash system.
To enter the priming mode from the stand-by mode, press the Enter key for
about 3 seconds, the display will then show:
Using keys it is possible to select the individual digits (from 0 to 9)
composing the password (briefly press the Enter key to pass on to successive digit).
Once the password is entered, to confirm keep the Enter key pressed for about 3 seconds; the display will now
show:
In priming mode it is possible to perform the following operations:
Selection of the pump to prime > press keys  to select.
Activation of the pump > press the Enter key > the pump status displays “►” and a 60 second count-down
is visible.

Return to stand-by mode > keep the Enter key pressed for about 3 seconds. (If no key is pressed for 2
minutes, automatically returns to stand-by status).
During the priming phase the pumps function for 60 seconds.
In the priming phase, when the pump is in alarm (ER close to the number of the pump) can not be
primed.
3.8 In diagnostic 1
This phases enables checking the status of the pumps and of the inputs of the signals module.
It is possible to access the diagnostic 1 mode during execution of a program
or if in stand-by, by pressing the Fkey. The display shows:
When a pump or signal is active, the corresponding number flashes. The
flashing of the letter W indicates the opening of the flushing kit solenoid valve.
In diagnostic 1 mode it is possible to perform the following operations:
Return to previous mode > briefly press the F key (if no key is pressed for 30 seconds, automatically
returns to previous mode).
3.9 In diagnostic 2
This phase enables checking the status of the communications between the various modules composing the
system.
It is possible to access diagnostic 2 mode during execution of a program or if in stand-by, by keeping the keys F
and Enter simultaneously pressed for about 3 seconds. The display shows:
In diagnostic 2 mode it is possible to perform the following operations:
Check the various modules > press the Fkey
Return to previous mode > briefly press the Enter key (if no key is pressed for 30 seconds, automatically
returns to previous mode).
3.10 Display adjustment
In this menu it is possible to regulate the contrast and brightness of the display.
It is possible to access the display regulation mode only if in stand-by.
Keeping keys /► and Enter simultaneously pressed for about 3 seconds, the display shows:
When the console is in stand-by regulation mode, it is possible to perform the following operations:
Move the cursor between Contrasto (Contrast) and Luminosità (Brightness) > briefly press the Enter
Increase and decrease percentage of the selected entry > press the  keys
Return to previous mode > keep the Enter key pressed for about 3 seconds (if no key is pressed for 30
seconds, automatically returns to previous mode).
