Nanofex Craftsman/Jewellers Workbench
Before you commence the assembly process, we recommend that you read these instructions
thoroughly beforehand to familiarise yourself with the assembly process and to also check that you
have the correct components. If for any reason you need assistance, you can find our contact details
on the top of page of these instructions.
We highly recommend that any assembly is carried out on a flat, level surface if possible and that you
use another person to assist you if necessary for your convenience all guide holes are pre-drilled.

Take 2x the provided panels just as shown in the picture
and secure them with the confirmat screws via pre-drilled
pilot holes.
Now take another panel with drawer runners and match
the previous one, find the pilot holes and secure the
panels with the confirmat screws just as shown in the
picture.
Place the support panel at the bottom of the assembled
part, align it with the pre-drilled pilot holes and secure it
with the confirmat screws.
Take the panel, which has two predrilled holes in the
middle. Please attach it to the third runner. You will find
pilot holes on the runner. Secure the panel with the
confirmat screws.

Place the panel with the runners going from both sides on
top of the previous panels aligning the pilot holes. And
make that the runners would match with the other panel
runners.
Take the second panel, which has runners going from both
sides and match the runners with the last panel. Secure the
panel via predrilled pilot holes with the confirmat screws.
Now take the same panel as you can see in the picture
and secure it with the confirmat screws.
Take the panel as shown in the picture, make sure that
the runners are at the same level and secure the panel
with confirmat screws.

Now place 2x of the longer boards just as shown in the picture
and secure it with the confirmat screws. Please note that the
bottom board has one pilot hole more than the top one.
At this point, your workbench should look like this.
Place the back board on top of the workbench just as shown in
the picture and secure it with the confirmat screws.
Flip the workbench on its legs and continue to
step 13 to place the worktop.

Safely place the worktop on the workbench just as shown in
the picture.
After placing the worktop, please look under the workbench.
You will find pre-drilled pilot holes which you need to secure
the worktop with the provided screws.
Place the support shelf in the position as shown in the
picture and secure it with confirmat screws from the other
side. Please continue to step 16 for the drawer assembly.
Take two of the provided drawer panels and place them
in the same position.

Attach the drawers back panel that the cut out for the
board would be facing the same direction. And now
secure it with the confirmat screws.
Slide the drawer’s baseboard as shown in the picture.
Now place the drawers front panel and secure it with the cam
locks from each side. Repeat steps 13 to 16 to finish assembling
the drawers.

Attach the shelf on the side of the workbench as shown in
the picture and adjust it to your required height. After
finding the best place for your shelf secure it with the
provided screws.
