Easy-to-use and competitively priced, the Ascom OfficeT offers optimum
speech quality, a user-friendly interface and ergonomic design to ensure
maximum mobility – plus, of course, all the functions and features you

Full mobility
The Ascom OfficeT is a sophisticated
wireless phone for office environments,
combining streamlined design with
supreme sound quality for increased
efficiency in the workplace. The user-
friendly menu allows easy access to a
wide range of features.
Easy to use
OfficeT features a scratch-proof keypad
with large buttons and five navigation
keys. A special function key has been
added to support hands-free speech –
and you can access voice-mail at a single
press of a programmable key. In addi-
tion, the high contrast display provides
a large viewing area with exceptional
backlighting, giving you unrestricted
access to the handset even when the
light is poor.
The menu can be set to 17 different
languages, eliminating any possible
confusion and facilitating clear commu-
nication.
Convenient features
The telephone book stores up to 100
numbers and the last 20 dialled,
answered and missed calls are available
for speedy redial. What is more, you can
update your phonebook – either directly
in the phone or with the Cordless Phone
Manager software tool.
The integrated loudspeaker on the back
of the phone offers you hands-free func-
tionality for conference calls or when both
hands are needed elsewhere. The vibrator
discreetly alerts you to incoming calls, and
thanks to an integrated alarm clock you
will neither miss appointments nor dead-
lines. Furthermore, the Office T supports
all standard PBX functions and can access
teleservices.

Features
Hands-free speech
A loudspeaker on the back of the
phone offers excellent sound quality
and can be used for hands-free speech
and conference calling.
Vibrator alert
For noisy environments or when discre-
tion is required, the built-in vibrator
makes silent calls “heard”.
Phone book
Contains up to 100 names and num-
bers.
Entries can be added, deleted or modi-
fied directly in the phone or by using
Cordless Phone Manager (CPM) soft-
ware.
Supports Call-by-Name and Quick Call-
by-Name for fast access.
Redial
Enables you to redial the last 20 dialled,
answered and missed calls.
Missed call function
In idle mode, a “Who Called?” warn-
ing is displayed if there have been
missed calls.
Mute function
Press the Mute button to disconnect
the microphone during a call.
Illuminated graphic display
Two lines of text with twelve characters
each and one line of status icons are
shown in the illuminated display.
Phone & key lock
Protect the phone against misuse using
a PIN code. Avoid accidental phone
calls using the key lock.
Alarm clock
Avoid missing appointments or dead-
lines. You cannot miss when the
phone starts to vibrate and ring, and
the warning and display lights start to
flash.
Personalise your phone
Personalise your phone by selecting
settings such as key click sound, dis-
crete ringing, melody selection, vibrat-
ing alert, key lock, PIN code, language,
display contrast, display backlight, ring
volume, phone lock, and more.
