Bringing the device to idle
To utilize the device as a hotspot, there is no need to login to Google.
Since these devices will be utilized as hotspots and are active, there is no need for Wi-Fi.
Default case is to accept Google Services.
Protecting the device with a password or PIN will be up to the discretion of the company.
•Assuming this functions as a Hotspot, we will skip this step.

Configuring the device as a hotspot
The primary goal in this setup is to make your device function just like a hotspot.
•Remove timeouts for when the device is not in use for a certain time.
•Remove timeouts for when a device is inactive for some time.

Determining/Changing your hotspot
username and password
Select
Network
and Internet
Select
“Mobile
Hotspot”
Note
your Hotspot
Name. Change
if required.
Note your
Password and
Press OK., then
press the bottom
circle button to
return to idle.

“Hotspot
Password”
Change
if required
Swipe up from the
bottom of android

and that will
bring up the list
of applications
The primary goal is to know or change your username and password for the mobile hotspot.
•Know or change the Advertising Hotspot name for login from Wi-Fi devices.
•Know or change mobile hotspot password for access.

Swipe down
from the top
of the device with
one finger and
that will bring up
the small quick
settings list
Swipe from
right to left
to get to the
second page
of the quick
settings
Select the
“Hotspot”
icon to
turn on
You will notice
the icon is now
green. Press the
circle button to
return to idle
You are Now ready
to Connect to the
AT&T RADIANT
Core Hotspot from
your Wi-Fi Device
Swipe down
from the top
again to bring
up the larger
list of quick
settings
