-Selectacontentdestination.Thecontentdestinationiswhereyourrecordingsandmetadataarestoredand
managed.
-Selectthepowerlinefrequencythatisusedinyourregion.Withtherightfrequency,thereislessimageicker.
TheAmericanregionsusuallyuse60Hz.Therestoftheworldmostlyuses50Hz.Ifyou'renotsureofyour
region'spowerlinefrequency,checkwiththelocalauthorities.
-Downloadthemasterkey.Thebodywornsystemrequiresamasterkeyforcertainoperations.Theseoperations
includeforinstance,unlockingacamerathathasn’tbeendockedforovereightweeks.Themasterkeyalso
allowsyoutorestorethesystemIfasystemcontrollerfails.Alwaysstorethemasterkeyinasecurelocation.

Thecontentdestinationstoresandmanagesyourrecordingsandmetadata.AcontentdestinationisforinstanceanEMS(evidence
managementsystem),aVMS(videomanagementsystem)oramediaserver.TheAxisbodywornsolutionsupportsanumberof
differentcontentdestinations.
TheyallrequireaconnectionletointegratewiththeAxisbodywornsystem.Theconnectionleisgeneratedinyourcontent
destination.Forinformationabouthowtogeneratetheconnectionle,pleaserefertotheuserhelpinyourcontentdestination.
Theconnectionwiththecontentdestinationalsorequiresthatthenetworkcommunicationisworkingproperly.Thismayinclude
proxy,rewall,andanti-virusconguration.
IfyouareusingAXISCameraStation,seeGetanAXISCameraStationconnectionle.
Note
•Thebodywornsystempusheschangestothecontentdestination,forexamplewhenyouadd,remove,orchangeauser,
orwhenyouchangeacameraname.Thistypeofcommunicationisoneway,whichmeansthatthecontentdestination
doesn’tpushcorrespondingchangestothebodywornsystem.
•Youmustconnecttoacontentdestinationbeforeyoucanusethebodywornsystem.
